Nanocrystalline transparent films SiCxNy were obtained by plasma-enhanced chemical deposition within the temperature range 473–1173 K from low pressure gas phase from a mixture of hexamethyldisilazane vapor, ammonia, and helium. Physical chemical properties of the films obtained were studied by IR and Raman spectroscopy, ellipsometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, high resolution transmission electron spectroscopy and synchrotron radiation powder diffaction. Voltage-capacity and voltage-current measurements were also made. The dependence of chemical and phase composition of the films on deposition conditions was determined, and the formation of approximately 2 nm sized spherical nanocrystals within the films was established. The nanocrystals are formed by a phase similar to usual α-Si3N4, with silicon atoms partially substituted by carbon ones.  相似文献

As a hot topic of global concern, the distinguishing and detecting of antibiotic pollution is crucial owing to its adverse effect on ecosystems and human health stemming from excessive use and poor management. Herein, a water-stable lanthanide coordination polymer sensor (Dy-TCPB) with multiple emitting centers is prepared. The versatile Dy-TCPB can conveniently differentiate various antibiotics, and displays a self-calibration luminescent response to nitrofurazone (NFZ) and furazolidone (FZD). Each antibiotic exhibits notable correlation to a unique combination of the two ligand-to-Dy ion emission intensity ratios, enabling two-dimensional fingerprint recognition. Furthermore, the novel self-calibration sensor demonstrates effective recognition of NFZ and FZD with excellent sensitivity and selectivity, and detection limits as low as 0.0476 and 0.0482 μm for NFZ and FZD, respectively. The synthetic approach for the fabrication of a singular coordination polymer exhibiting multiple emissions provides a promising strategy for the development of facile and effective ratiometric sensors.  相似文献

N-Organylbis(trimethylsilyl)amines of the general formula RN(SiMe3)2 (R = Me3Si, Et3Ge) were synthesized by reaction of sodium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide with the corresponding trialkylsilyl(germyl) halide. Their IR, UV, and 1H, 13C, and 29Si NMR spectra were studied, and saturated vapor pressures and thermal stabilities were determined. The possibility of using the RN(SiMe3)2 compounds as precursors in chemical vapor deposition of films with specified composition was estimated by thermodynamic modeling.  相似文献

Grown for the first time are KH2PO4 (KDP) crystals with incorporated aluminium oxyhydroxide Al2O3·nH2O nanoparticles (n=3.5–3.6). The influence of the nanoparticles on the structure perfection and the growth kinetics of the crystal faces are studied. The presence of the nanoparticles in the crystal matrix is confirmed by the results of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The most essential inhibiting effect of the nanoparticles is observed for the {100} faces. The mechanism of influence of the nanoparticles on the {100} faces growth is explained on the base of the Cabrera–Vermilyea (C–V) model using Langmuir adsorption isotherm.  相似文献

Investigations on separating hydrogen isotopes have been carried out in a system with plasma rotating in crossed E × B fields— a plasma centrifuge. The processing of chemical reactions in the plasma phase in a strong centrifugal field was simulated. High radial separation factors (up to 140) have been obtained for the decomposition of water vapor with simultaneous separation of hydrogen and oxygen.
