In this paper, a novel series of 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide derivatives are synthesized in two steps. The first step involved Ugi multicomponent reaction of β-alanine, o-(propargyl)benzaldehyde and isocyanide derivatives. The product of this step, underwent a click 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction with benzyl azide derivatives. The 2-(4-((1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy)phenyl)2-(2-oxoazetidin-1-yl)acetamide product was characterized and their antibacterial activities were evaluated against various G-positive (Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and G-negative (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli) bacteria, using minimal inhibition concentration. The compounds showed very good antimicrobial activity and a number of products have been more active than ciprofloxacin.  相似文献

The behavior of thermoelastic waves at the interface of layered medium and distributions of these waves through the domain are examined by applying the direct finite element method to obtain the field variables directly within the spatial and temporal domains. The analysis is performed in a one-dimensional domain with two different layers to provide a means to follow the behavior of the reflected thermoelastic waves at the interface. It appears that the distributions of thermoelastic waves in an isotropic slab with one layer are significantly different from those in multilayered slabs. For instance, the negative displacement waves, several stresses with positive or negative signs and temperature distributions produced in the multilayered domains, are quite different from those in a single layer. This method may be generalized to simulate the propagation of thermoelastic waves in various multilayered regions and analyze the behavior of the layered composite structures under the mechanical or thermal impact loads.  相似文献

A two-dimensional elasticity analysis for steady-state axisymmetric dynamic response of an arbitrarily thick elastic homogeneous hollow cylinder of infinite length, which is imperfectly bonded to the surrounding fluid-saturated permeable formation, subject to an axially moving ring load, is presented. The problem solution is derived by using Biot’s dynamic theory of poroelasticity in conjunction with double Fourier transformation with respect to time (frequency) and axial coordinate (axial wave number). The analytical results are illustrated with numerical examples in which a concrete tunnel lining of uniform wall thickness is imperfectly bonded to a surrounding water-saturated poroelastic formation of soft/stiff frame characteristic. Numerical solutions for the radial shell mid-plane and formation displacements are calculated by analytical (numerical) inversion of the Fourier transformation with respect to the frequency (axial wave number). Primary attention is focused on the influence of bonding condition at the liner/soil interface, formation material type, and load velocity on the system’s dynamic response. Limiting cases are considered and good agreements with the solutions available in the literature are obtained.  相似文献

In this paper, a numerical solution for viscoelastic drop formation from a nozzle into an ambient gas is presented. A volume of fluid (VOF) method is used to predict the formation and break-up process of viscoelastic drop. Here, Giesekus model is used as the constitutive equation. The major features of the phenomenon, such as instantaneous drop length, limiting length of a drop at breakup, minimum drop radius and the volume of the primary drop is determined for a range of the parameter space spanned by the appropriate dimensionless groups. The results reveal that enhancing the mobility factor, Wiessenberg number, and viscosity ratio causes a noticeable decrease in limiting drop length and a small decrease on the primary drop volume. Also, the increasing of gravitational bond number and capillary number causes the limiting drop length increases while the primary drop volume is reduced.  相似文献
