Nanogranular CoFeZrO thin films were successfully prepared by radio frequency reactive magnetron sputtering in O2/Ar atmosphere. The magnetic properties and microstructure were investigated. It is found that the Co17.08Fe49.76Zr16.24O16.91 films show the best soft magnetic properties: magnetic coercivity of 0.3 Oe; anisotropy field of 44.9 Oe; saturation magnetization of 16.8 kG; electrical resistivity of 462.8 μΩ cm. The effective permeability of the films reaches 800 and flattens up to 2 GHz. 相似文献

A novel asymmetric giant magneto impedance (AGMI) sensor was developed and the performance of the sensor was carefully studied.
This one dimensional sensor can be further developed as a two-dimensional compass that can be used for navigational purposes.
We used commercial Metglas 2714A ribbon. The sensor uses Co66Fe4Si15B15 ribbon as a sensing element.
The results showed for high sensitivity and resolution. The GMI sensor consists of a crystal oscillator voltage to current
converter for providing the current to the sample, a differential amplifier, successive amplifier stages, multiplier, and
cascaded low-pass filters. The observed sensitivity was 25 V/Oe. Angle sensitivity was found to be 2 mV/degree. Our sensor
showed excellent linearity when compared with previous sensors [13, 14]. These sensors require dc bias coils and two sensor
elements to attain good linearity.

A series of new bis sulfonamide/carbamate derivatives of bis-(4-aminophenyl)methane 3 ( a–d )/ 5 ( a–f ) were synthesized from bis-(4-aminophenyl)methane ( 1 ) using various pharmacologically active sulfonyl chlorides 2 ( a–d ) and carbonochloridates 4 ( a–f ) in high yields. The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by the Infrared spectroscopy, NMR (1H and 13C), mass, and elemental analyses. Further, all the synthesized compounds were tested for the antioxidant activity by using 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, NO, and H2O2 scavenging methods and antimicrobial activity. Most of the compounds exhibited good antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. 相似文献
