γ‐Butyrobetaine hydroxylase (BBOX) is a 2‐oxoglutarate dependent oxygenase that catalyzes the final hydroxylation step in the biosynthesis of carnitine. BBOX was shown to catalyze the oxidative desymmetrization of achiral N,N‐dialkyl piperidine‐4‐carboxylates to give products with two or three stereogenic centers.  相似文献

The generation of extremely stable light bullets in a preformed plasma near critical density has been observed experimentally during the interaction of intense picosecond laser beam with a metallic target in air. Optical probing measurements indicate the formation of pulsating channels, typically of about 5 microm in diameter, directed towards a heating laser beam, as well as of disconnected massive plasma blocks moving also towards the laser beam. The velocities of the dense plasma blocks reach the values of 4.5x10(8) cm/s. The blocks are stable during their acceleration and propagation in air. Self-generated magnetic fields up to 4-7 MG were observed by means of the Faraday rotation of a probe laser beam.  相似文献

The paper considers the analytical procedure for determination of U and Th isotopes in environmental samples for those cases when coincentrations are on the background levells. The technique includes preconcentration operations with the use of ion-exchange and electrodeposition with the aim to obtain preparations for alpha-spectrometry. A novel, cost-efficient method for the analytical extraction of the Fusarium mycotoxin zearalenone (ZON) from edible oils by dynamic covalent hydrazine chemistry (DCHC) was developed and validated for its application with high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection (HPLC-FLD). ZON is extracted from the edible oil by hydrazone formation on a polymer resin functionalised with hydrazine groups and subsequently released by hydrolysis. Specifity and precision of this approach are superior to liquid partitioning or gel permeation chromatography (GPC). DCHC also extracts zearalanone (ZAN) but not α-/β-zearalenol or -zearalanol. The hydrodynamic properties of ZON, which were estimated using molecular simulation data, indicate that the compound is unaffected by nanofiltration through the resin pores and thus selectively extracted. The method's levels of detection and quantification are 10 and 30 μg/kg, using 0.2 g of sample. Linearity is given in the range of 10–20,000 μg/kg, the average recovery being 89%. Bias and relative standard deviations do not exceed 7%. In a sample survey of 44 commercial edible oils based on various agricultural commodities (maize, olives, nuts, seeds, etc.) ZON was detected in four maize oil samples, the average content in the positive samples being 99 μg/kg. The HPLC-FLD results were confirmed by HPLC–tandem mass spectrometry and compared to those obtained by a liquid partitioning based sample preparation procedure.  相似文献

A method has been developed for the determination of microamounts of uranium in soils, which is based on application of the rapid and effective removing of luminescence quenchers from liquid preparations with subsequent uranium determination by laser-induced luminescence registration of its polysilicate complexes. To remove the luminescence quenchers, they were precipitated in strongly basic carbonate medium in the presence of activated charcoal (as a collector of the precipitate).  相似文献

The results of observation of plutonium isotopes (238Pu and239,240Pu) vertical distribution dynamics (including mobile forms) in the profile of peaty-podzol-gley soil within 30 km limits from the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Station (ChNPS) are considered. The spin-valve complex magnetoimpedance of symmetric ferromagnet-normal-metal-ferromagnet junctions is investigated within the drift-diffusion (standard) model of spin injection. The ac magnetoresistance-the real part difference of the impedances of the parallel and antiparallel magnetization configurations-exhibits an overall damped oscillatory behavior, as an interplay of the diffusion and spin relaxation times. In wide junctions the ac magnetoresistance oscillates between positive and negative values, reflecting resonant amplification and depletion of the spin accumulation, while the line shape for thin tunnel junctions is predicted to be purely Lorentzian. The ac spin-valve effect could be a technique to extract spin transport and spin relaxation parameters in the absence of a magnetic field and for a fixed sample size.  相似文献

Attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) with the use of a slide-on germanium accessory followed by chemometric analysis allowed for providing meaningful information about the biochemical composition of a single endothelial cell. In this work, the methodology of the ATR-FTIR measurements of dried cells and dried cells immersed in water solution is presented. The contact of the cell and Ge crystal was set up manually and monitored through the integration of the amide I band. Additionally, the cell imaging in transreflection mode was tested, but the spectral differences between sub-cellular structures were not prominent in the registered spectra. It has been shown that the ATR-FTIR method gives better results due to the increased spatial resolution and S/R ratio as well as small contribution of the optical artifacts.  相似文献
