The ruthenium-catalyzed reaction of aromatic ketones with arylboronic acid esters (arylboronates) gave the ortho arylation product. For this coupling reaction, a RuH2(CO)(PPh3)3 complex exhibited the highest catalytic activity among the complexes screened. Several aromatic ketones, for example, acetophenones, acetonaphthone, alpha-tetralone, and benzosuberone, can be used in this coupling reaction. A variety of arylboronates containing electron-donating (OMe and NMe2) and -withdrawing (F and CF3) groups were found to react with aromatic ketones to give the corresponding aylation products. The corresponding arylboronic acids could be used in this coupling reaction, but the yields were slightly lower, as compared to those of the reaction using the corresponding arylboronates.  相似文献

The total synthesis and an unambiguous structure confirmation of stevastelin B 1, a novel 15-membered cyclic depsipeptide, are described; the fatty acid moiety in 1, prepared stereoselectively from L-quebrachitol was converted into the amino carboxylic acid, whose macrolactamization by Shioiri's procedure effectively constructed the cyclic structure of 1.  相似文献

1,2-Dihydropyrazin-2-one derivatives, which have two aminoalkyl groups at the positions 3 and 6, were found to be efficient tools for the construction of potent, selective and long-acting opioid mimetics. During the course of preparation, we found that the catalytic hydrogenation of 3,6-bis(benzyloxycarbonylaminomethyl)-5-methyl-1,2-dihydropyrazin-2-one to remove the benzyloxycarbonyl groups resulted in a side reaction. By MS and NMR studies and by preparation of additional 1,2-dihydropyrazin-2-one derivatives, the structure of the by-product was identified as 3-aminomethyl-5,6-dimethyl-1,2-dihydropyrazin-2-one. Preparation of additional compounds substituted with deuterium provided us with sufficient information to confirm the structure of the product and to support a cyclization mechanism in its formation.  相似文献

Abstract

Methyl (methyl α-D-(9a), α-(9b), β-D-(10a), and β-L-(10b) idopyranosid)uronates were synthesized from myo-inositol. Baeyer-Villiger oxidation of the optically resolved inosose derivatives (3a and 3b) proceeded regioselectively to afford 4a and 4b in high yields, respectively. Ring-opening of the 7-membered hemiacetal-lactones (4a and 4b) with acid and subsequent deprotection gave the title compounds.  相似文献

A chemoselective approach for the total synthesis of (±)‐gephyrotoxin has been developed. The key to success was the utilization of N‐methoxyamides, which enabled the direct coupling of the amide with an aldehyde and selective reductive nucleophilic addition to the amide in the presence of a variety of sensitive and electrophilic functional groups, such as a methyl ester. This chemoselective approach minimized the use of protecting‐group manipulations and redox reactions, which resulted in the most concise and efficient total synthesis of (±)‐gephyrotoxin described to date.  相似文献

Single puffs of cigarette smoke with a wide continuous range of volatility are directly analyzed using a new system. The system consists of a smoking machine, an online thermal desorption system (TDS), and a multidimensional gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (MDGC-MS) system. The online TDS with the smoking machine collects the single-puff cigarette smoke with glass beads as the cryogenic adsorbent. The MDGC is composed of three capillary columns, Poraplot Q, and DB-WAX for separation and a deactivated capillary column for pressure balance, which enables simultaneous separation of the two different phases. The smoke desorbed from the TDS is divided into vapor and semivolatile phases and analyzed individually with each column by the MDGC. Thus, the system enables the overall analysis of the two phases simultaneously, including acetaldehyde and 1,4-benzenediol. This system also provides more appropriate analysis for compounds crossing the two phases such as toluene and pyridine. For the approach of introducing internal standards, a gas mixture of toluene-d(8) and o-xylene-d(10) is applied and the compounds are detected in the vapor and semivolatile phases, respectively.  相似文献

The diffusion of protons in porous media was observed and evaluated using a pH-imaging microscope with a flat semiconductor. Small particles were packed on the sensing surface of the flat sensor, followed by the addition of a lactic acid droplet on the top of the packed particle layer. The pH distribution accompanied by the diffusion of lactic acid was visualized at the bottom of the layer using the flat sensor. The difference in the diffusion property was confirmed depending on the particle type. The effective diffusion coefficients of the lactic acid in some porous media were estimated by combining the experimental results and mathematical calculation.  相似文献
