Beilschmiedic Acids F and G,Further Endiandric Acid Derivatives from Beilschmiedia anacardioides

Two new endiandric acid derivatives, beilschmiedic acid F ( 1 ) and beilschmiedic acid G ( 2 ), together with three known constituents, beilschmiedic acid A, beilschmiedic acid C, and sitosterol 3‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside, were isolated from the stem bark of Beilschmiedia anacardioides. Their structures were elucidated mainly by using a combination of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques. The structure and relative configuration of beilschmiedic acid G ( 2 ) was also confirmed by X‐ray crystallographic analysis.     

Carapolide A,A novel hexanortriterpenoid and carapolides b and c,novel tetranortriterpenoids from the seeds of carapaprocera (meliaceae)

Carapolide A, a novel hexanortriterpenoid, and carapolides B and C, novel tetranortriterpenoids have been isolated from the seeds of $\text{Carapa}$$\text{procera}$ and have been assigned structures (2), (10) and (11) respectively on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence.     

Non-minimal and non-universal supersymmetry

I motivate and discuss non-minimal and non-universal models of supersymmetry and supergravity consistent with string unification at 10¹⁰ GeV.     

Carapolides d,e and f,novel tetranortriterpenoids from the seeds of carapagrandiflora (meliaceae)

Carapolides d and e, two new ring b cleaved tetranortriterpenoids, and carapolide f, a novel tetranortriterpenoid spirolactone, have been isolated from the seeds of $\text{carapa grandiflora}$ and have been assigned structures (1), (3) and (6) on the basis of their ¹H and ¹³C spectroscopic properties.     

Obscurine: a new cyclostachine acid derivative from Beilschmiedia obscura

From the methylene chloride extract of the stem bark of Beilschmiedia obscura, a new cyclostachine derivative, obscurine (1), has been isolated, together with six known compounds. The structure of compound 1 was established by spectroscopic methods, including 1- and 2-dimensional NMR techniques.
