Summary A large-amplitude beat wave excited at the beat frequency of two copropagating laser beams is extremely unstable and suffers
strong three- and fourwave parametric instabilities with large growth rates. The relativistic effects are seen to be negligible
on both the decay and modulation instabilities. However, the growth rates of these instabilities are sensitive functions of
the plasma parameters.

Our research team has synthesized 33 tricyclic pyrazolopyrimidine arylidene ester derivatives using the lead compound CAM551 as a starting point. This was achieved by a designed five-step synthesis strategy. The synthesized compounds' inhibitory activities against HT-116 human colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line and HGC27 human gastric cancer cells were assessed through traditional MTT assays. The designed and synthesized compounds demonstrated superior inhibition against both types of cancer cells. Additionally, compound 7b , which contains a long-chain substituent, exhibited improved inhibition against hepatocellular carcinoma cells and a greater safety profile. These findings indicate that compound 7b has the potential as an antitumor lead compound for future research. 相似文献

Phototherapy with psoralens as photosensitizers is the commonly used method for the treatment of vitiligo. Considering the structure similarity between psoralens and thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidinones, a series of novel sulfonamide derivatives containing tricyclic thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidinone were synthesized and evaluated for melanin synthesis in murine B16 cells. All new compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and HRMS (ESI). Among them, 6 compounds demonstrated excellent activity than positive control (8-methoxylpsoralen, 8-MOP) with more than 1.5-fold potency. Compound 11w with dichloro substitution at meta-positions in the benzenesulfonyl moiety was the most potent one (658.3 ± 8.7%), exhibiting 5.0-fold stronger activity than 8-MOP (130.9 ± 8.6%). The difluoro analog compound 11o increased melanin synthesis in murine B16 cells with a 4.35-fold potency as compared to 8-MOP. These compounds may serve as lead compounds for further drug discoveries for the treatment of vitiligo. 相似文献

We present an investigation of the nature of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in a bundle by resonant Raman spectroscopy.
The calculation has been done for the three peak positions in radial breathing mode (RBM) spectra obtained by using a laser
excitation wavelength (γ) of 633 nm from He-Ne laser on SWNT bundle sample prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique
using iron catalyst at 800°C. The detailed analysis in the present study is focused on peak positions 162 cm−1, 186 cm−1, and 216 cm−1. The firs step of the analysis is to construct a list of possible (n, m) pairs from the diameters calculated from the RBM peak positions. The parameters of SWNTs studied gives in-depth understanding
of many symmetry, resonance and characteristic properties of SWNT bundles. Our results indicate that the contribution of metallic
SWNTs in the bundle is small at RBM peak positions 162 cm−1, 186 cm−1 and in agreement with pervious results at peak position 216 cm−1. 相似文献

Summary A theoretical investigation is made on the nonlinear relativistic excitation of an electrostatic electron plasma wave at the
beat frequency of two high-power colinear laser beams in a hot, homogeneous and magnetized plasma. The relativistic Vlasov
equation expressed in gyrokinetic variables has been employed to find the nonlinear response of the magnetized plasma electrons.
It is noted that the power density associated with the excited beat wave is much higher for the relativistic consideration
than that for the nonrelativistic consideration.

AbstractHerein, we report the synthesis of 48 novel 3-sulfonylamides containing a tricyclic thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one moiety, and their influence on melanin synthesis in murine B16 cells. All target sulfonylamides were synthesized through key intermediate 3-nitro-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones using three types of ipso-nitration reactions. In this case, we converted the pyrido[1,2-a]- fragment of the thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine moiety to pyrrolo[1,2-a]- and azepino[1,2-a]- side-rings in order to evaluate the bioactivities of the synthesized derivatives for a structure activity-relationships point of view. The obtained results suggest that some of the selected compounds revealed a promising influence on melanin synthesis in murine B16 cells and may serve as lead compounds for further drug discovery and development. 相似文献
