The IR emission spectra of the molten systems NaCl-CsCl-Cs2CO3-MCl n (M = Li, Be) have been obtained. Spectral data shows that, at a definite limiting molar ratio n lim = [CO3]/[Mn+] characteristic for each Mn+, carbonate-chloride melts based on the NaCl-CsCl eutectic contain carbonate complexes [Li(CO3)3]5? and [Be(CO3)3]4? and, if n < n lim, carbonato chloro complexes [M(CO3) m Cl4?m ], where m = 1–2.  相似文献

Fusion and solidification of Al and Ag samples, as well as Fe93–Al3–C4, Fe56–Co37–Al3–C4, and Fe57.5–Co38–Al1–Pb0.5–C3 alloys (in wt%), have been investigated at 6.3?GPa. Heater power jumps due to heat consumption and release on metal fusion and solidification, respectively, were used to calibrate the thermal electromotive force of the thermocouple against the melting points (mp) for Ag and Al. Thus, obtained corrections are +100°C (for sample periphery) and +65°C (center) within the 1070–1320°C range. For small samples positioned randomly in the low-gradient zone of a high pressure cell, the corrections should be +80°C and +84°C at the temperatures 1070°C and 1320°C, respectively. The temperature contrast recorded in the low-gradient cell zone gives an error about ±17°C. The method has been applied to identify the mp of the systems, which is especially important for temperature-gradient growth of large type IIa synthetic diamonds.  相似文献

The speciation of the products from the reaction of51Cr(VI) with concentrated perchloric and trifluoromethanesulfonnic acids was carried out by ion chromatography, using HCIO4 and Ca(CIO4)2 as eluents. The reaction (1 h) of high specific activity51Cr(VI) with 99% CF3SO3H produces 47.6% of the51Cr as a 3+ species (hexaaquochromium(III), 27.6% as a 2+ species and 1.7% as a 1+ species. The reaction with 70% HClO4 gave 82.5% of the51Cr as a 3+ species, 14.0% as a 2+ species and 2.9% as a 1+ species. The 1+ and 2+ species undergo slow reactions to give the hexaaquo form.  相似文献

This report describes an efficient, easy to use, and inexpensive method for detection of alpha-activity in biological samples, the alpha radiometer. The actinide elements are coprecipitated from acid-dissolved, ashed samples with bismuth phosphate and the precipitate is then mixed with ZnS(Ag) scintillation powder. The mixture is dried, in a thin layer, on the surface of a polystyrene cuvet and scintillations from the layer are detected with a photomultiplier tube. An optimal counting efficiency is obtained with a scintillation powder thickness between 25 and 40 mg·cm−2.  相似文献

The IR and electronic absorption spectra of molten mixtures in the NaCl-CsCl-NaF-CoCl2, NaCl-KCl-NaF-CoCl2, and NaCl-KCl-NaKCO3-CoCl2 systems have been studied. The spectral data show that, for all molten mixtures, the composition ranges exist in which chloro fluoro Co(Cl n F m )(n + m = 4–6) and carbonato chloro CoCl(CO3)4 − n (n = 1–3) complex groups are formed at δ1 < δ1* and δ2 < δ2*1* = F/Co and δ2* = CO3/Co). At δ1 ≥ δ1* and δ2 ≥ δ2*, the mixtures contain complexes homoligand Co and CoF64− and Co(CO3)46−.  相似文献

For more than 25 years, the United States Transuranium and Uranium Registries (USTUR) and the Dosimetry Registry of the Mayak Industrial Association (DRMIA) of the Russian Federation have, each independently, collected tissues at autopsy from workers with potential or confirmed body burdens of actinide elements resulting from occupational exposures. Tissues, thus obtained, were radiochemically analyzed for actinides for the purpose of evaluating the biokinetics of these elements in the human body. Scientists of these two organizations have recently begun a collaborative research program to compare, combine and analyze the data to verify or refine biokinetic models needed for radiation dosimetry.  相似文献
