We consider graphene in the presence of external magnetic field and elastic deformations that cause emergent magnetic field. The total magnetic field results in the appearance of Landau levels in the spectrum of quasiparticles. In addition, the quasiparticles in graphene experience the emergent gravity. We consider the particular choice of elastic deformation, which gives constant emergent magnetic field and vanishing torsion. Emergent gravity may be considered as perturbation. We demonstrate that the corresponding first order approximation affects the energies of the Landau levels only through the constant renormalization of Fermi velocity. The degeneracy of each Landau level receives correction, which depends essentially on the geometry of the sample. There is the limiting case of the considered elastic deformation, that corresponds to the uniformly stretched graphene. In this case in the presence of the external magnetic field the degeneracies of the Landau levels remain unchanged. 相似文献

Thermoluminescence properties of lanthanum aluminum oxide (LaAlO3) crystals doped with optically active rare earth ions have been investigated for ultraviolet dosimetry purposes. Single crystals co-doped with 5.0 at.% of Ce3+ and 1.0 at.% of Dy3+ ions have two thermoluminescent (TL) peaks at 151 °C and 213 °C which can be sensitized after 1 h of UV exposure. The material shows very high TL output and linear response for UV spectral irradiance ranging from 0.04 to 1.20 mJ cm−2, that corresponds to 10 times the TL response of the Al2O3:C oxides. From 0.62 to 148.0 mJ cm−2 the dependence is linear with the logarithm of the spectral irradiance. The investigation demonstrates that LaAlO3:Ce,Dy crystals are very attractive to be investigated as UV dosimeters. 相似文献

The Sm3+ ion in the Cs2NaYF6 single crystal was studied by optically detected electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy. Magnetic resonance signals
were recorded by Faraday rotation at the frequency of 0.6–0.85 GHz and magnetic fields of about 0.14 T. The hyperfine parameters

Excitation of the 4f3 ion Nd3+ in hexafluoroelpasolite lattices by synchrotron radiation of wavelength approximately 185 nm leads to fast 4f(2)5d --> 4f3 emission below 52,630 cm(-1) and slower 4f3 --> 4f3 emission from the luminescent states (4)F(3/2) gamma8u (11 524 cm(-1)) and 2G2(9/2) gamma8u (approximately 47,500 cm(-1)). The near-infrared emission is well-resolved, and a clear interpretation of the 4I(9/2) crystal field levels and of the one-phonon vibronic sideband is given. The excitation spectrum of the 2G2(9/2) emission enables clarification of the structure of the 4f(2)5d configuration (which extends from approximately 52,000 to 128,000 cm(-1)). Detailed energy level and intensity calculations have been performed, which provide simulations of the d-f emission and the f-d excitation spectra in good agreement with experiment. It is interesting that although the 4f3 2G2(9/2) gamma8u --> 4f3 4I(J) transitions are very weak in intensity compared with transitions terminating upon higher multiplet terms, most of the 4f(2)5d (3H) 4I(9/2) gamma8g --> 4f3 emission intensity resides in the transitions to 4I(J). 相似文献

The magnetic state of the V(39 nm)/20 [V(3 nm)/Fe(3 nm)] nanostructure has been investigated by polarized neutron reflectometry in the temperature range from 1.6 to 30 K in magnetic fields from 0.2 to 15 kOe. The data obtained indicate that the superconductivity of vanadium layers may affect magnetic ordering both over the depth of the structure and in its plane. 相似文献

The results of polarized neutron reflectometry investigations of the magnetic state of the Nb(500 Å) superconductor-57Fe(39 Å) ferromagnet-Si(34 Å)/Mo(34 Å)]40 superconductor nanostructure in the temperature range 2–60 K in the magnetic field with a strength of 0.5 kOe are presented. A decrease in magnetization in an iron layer for the transition of Nb(500 Å) and [Si(34 Å)/Mo(34 A)]40 layers to the superconducting state has been found. 相似文献

The channeling of neutrons in a three-layer planar waveguide with a neutron-optical potential well is studied. Neutrons incident on a sample surface, which propagate in a middle layer and escape from the waveguide end in the form of a narrow divergent beam, are detected. The decay parameter of a neutron wave inside the waveguide is measured as a function of the potential well depth. Experimental results are compared with a theory. 相似文献

Lattice models that can be used to discretize the quantum field theory with massless fermions have been discussed. These models can also be used to describe Dirac semimetals. It has been shown that the axial current for general lattice models should be redefined in order for the usual expression for the chiral anomaly to remain valid. In this case, in the presence of a time-independent potential of the external electromagnetic field, the formalism of Wigner transformations allows relating the divergence of the axial current to a topological invariant in the momentum space that is defined for a system in equilibrium and is responsible for the stability of the Fermi point. The evaluated expression is the axial anomaly for general lattice models. This expression has been illustrated for models with Wilson fermions. 相似文献
