A systematic study of the upper semicontinuity and the lower semicontinuity of the solution map in parametric affine variational

Ranges of monochromatic muons in nuclear photoemulsion, produced in the ?? ?? ??? ?? decay, are measured by the coordinate method to determine their energy by the range. The variance of the muon energymeasured by this method ?? ?? = (0.11±0.01) MeV, which corresponds to the accuracy of the determination of the charged particle energy by the range in nuclear emulsion ??3.1%. The developed technique will allow electron energy measurements in the 2??-decay (??3 MeV)with an accuracy of (5?C6)%. 相似文献

Random coil phosphorus chemical shift of deoxyribonucleic acids 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Random coil phosphorus chemical shift has been studied using 16 17-nucleotide DNA sequences. Due to the presence of residual base stacking in these sequences, the temperature and sequence effects were investigated at 50 and 55 degrees C. The phosphorus chemical shifts of random coil DNA sequences have been found to be independent of temperature. Sequence effect analysis shows that the phosphorus chemical shift of a nucleotide in a random coil DNA sequence depends on both its 5'- and 3'-nearest neighbors. A trimer model has been used to establish the random coil 31P chemical shift prediction protocol which shows an accuracy of 0.02 ppm. 相似文献

Metastasis is the main cause of cancer mortality. During this process, cancer cells dislodge from a primary tumor, enter the circulation and form secondary tumors in distal organs. It is poorly understood how these cells manage to cross the tight syncytium of endothelial cells that lines the capillaries. Such capillary transmigration would require a drastic change in cell shape. We have therefore developed a microfluidic platform to study the transmigration of cancer cells. The device consists of an array of microchannels mimicking the confined spaces encountered. A thin glass coverslip bottom allows high resolution imaging of cell dynamics. We show that nuclear deformation is a critical and rate-limiting step for transmigration of highly metastatic human breast cancer cells. Transmigration was significantly reduced following the treatment with a protein methyltransferase inhibitor, suggesting that chromatin condensation might play an important role. Since transmigration is critical for cancer metastasis, this new platform may be useful for developing improved cancer therapies. 相似文献
