太阳风等离子体输出流量的全日面二维结构

本文根据1983年十个 Carrington 周(1733—1742)期间的 K-日冕亮度、行星际闪烁(IPS)观测和光球磁场观测,首次探讨了太阳风等离子体质量、动量和能量输出流量 F_M,F_P 和 F_E 的全日面二维平均结构及其与光球磁场结构的关系.     

Studies related to the head-maturation pathway of bacteriophages T4 And T2:II. nuclear disruption, protein synthesis and particle formation with the mutant 43-.30-.46-

We describe the aberrant phage multiplication of the triple conditional lethal mutant 43-(polymerase).30-(ligase).46-(exonuclease) of bacteriophage T4D in which phage DNA replication is arrested but some late protein synthesis occurs (33). The nuclear disruption is indistinguishable from wild type. Forty-five empty small and empty large particles are assembled per cell when the multiplicity of infection (m.o.i.) is 100. This number corresponds closely to the 38 phage equivalents of cleaved major head protein determined biochemically. By reducing the m.o.i. the number of observable particles decreases, reaching 1-5 per cell at an m.o.i. of 5(+5). The total synthesis of phage related proteins is not significantly dependant on the m.o.i. The synthesis of late proteins is about 10% of that of wild type at high m.o.i. and decreases with the m.o.i. The different early and late proteins do not show the same relative proportions as in wild type and respond differently to an increased m.o.i. These and other results are discussed with respect to the role of phage DNA in prehead assembly and head maturation.

On the singularity of Green's tensor for a perfectly conducting semi-infinite cone

This paper is intended to clarify a misunderstanding concerningthe source singularity of the electric Green's tensor for aperfectly conducting semi-infinite cone of circular cross-section.Tai's series expansion of the Green's tensor is known to lacka singular term at the source region. Jones has reconstructedthe solution to this problem and has pointed out the differencebetween his result and that of Tai. The aim of our paper isto demonstrate that, although Jones's closed-form solution iscorrect, there is a mistake in his comparison with Tai's seriessolution. We conclude that one of the two additional singularterms that Jones claims as missing from Tai's formula must beomitted. Besides, we compare Jones's closed-form solution withSmyshlyaev's solution to the very same problem. We concludethat the magnetic field expressions given by Jones and Smyshlyaevcoincide, but a singular term is missing from Smyshlyaev's expressionfor the electric field.     

On the limiting profile arising from orthonormalizing shifts of exponentially decaying functions

It is shown that, under certain conditions, orthonormalizingthe positive integer shifts of an exponentially decaying functionon the half line by the Gram-Schmidt process leads to a limitingprofile given by orthonormalizing all their integer shifts onthe whole line. These results derive from properties of Choleskyfactorization of bi-infinite and semi-infinite matrices. Anexample is provided by the negative exponential function andconjectures are given, supported by numerical evidence, forthe Gaussian and Lorentz function.     

The stabilization of charged states at phenazine-like units in polyaniline under p-doping: an in situ ATR-FTIR spectroelectrochemical study

The structure and stabilization of charged states during p-doping of polyaniline (PANI) were studied by in situ ATR-FTIR spectroelectrochemistry. The role of phenazine-like units in several copolymers of aniline and a phenazine derivative (3,7-diamino-5-phenylphenazinium chloride, phenosafranine) was investigated by spectroelectrochemistry. PANI and three copolymers with different aniline to phenosafranine ratio were electrochemically prepared. FTIR spectra of as-prepared polymers as well as in situ FTIR spectra during the oxidation of the polymers give evidence of the presence of phenazine-like units in the structure of electrochemically prepared PANI, as shown by vibrations of the phenazine rings. New bands corresponding to the in-plane and out-of-plane C-H vibration of 1,2,4-trisubstituted benzene nuclei in the phenazine skeleton are found at 1033, 957, 880, 766 and 681 cm(-1). The potential dependence of IR bands observed during oxidation of the polymers was compared to that of the ESR intensity and the absorption data and points to the diamagnetic species like π-dimers formed at higher oxidation level of PANI. This charged state is shown to be fixed at the link of the phenazine-like units with the linear segments of PANI.     

烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)原生质体再生成植株及影响植株分化的某些因素

从烟草(品种革新一号)单倍体花粉植株的叶和茎产生的愈伤组织,结合悬浮培养,获得的细胞分离出原生质体。在液体培养基中静置培养,12小时后原生质体开始变为卵圆形,细胞壁明显可见,24小时后完成第一次细胞分裂。以后继续分裂形成浅黄色的愈伤组织,在培养四星期后可达1毫米大小,再放到转床上进行旋转培养18天左右,愈伤组织可达3—4毫米大小。当转移到分化培养基后,分别分化出苗及根,长成完整的植株。 原生质体再生细胞的分裂与分化,不仅受不同器官来源的愈伤组织及其年龄的影响;还受分化培养基的基本成份及所用细胞分裂素的类型等的影响。     

叶轮机械设计自变数在内外环壁面上的限制条件及轴流式叶轮机械S1流面的翘曲

本文利用中心流面法的概念,指出叶轮机械的设计白变数在内、外环壁面上应有附加的限制条件,并导得其具体简明方程。同时,还定性地分析了S₁流面的翘曲情况。     

超导临界温度理论(Ⅰ)

本文求出了Eliashberg方程在T=T_c时的解,得到了下面的临界温度级数表示式: 其中α₀(μ^*),α₁(μ^*)等系数是μ^*的函数.此式表明,T_c不仅依赖于λ,〈ω²〉和μ^*,而且依赖于有效声子谱α²F(ω)的各级矩〈ω²n〉.这是区别于前人的T_c公式最重要的一点。这说明像McMillan以及Allen和Dynes的T_c公式不仅是近似的,而主要是他们没有能正确地概括出α²F(ω)对T_c的影响.
