Palladium-catalyzed reaction between 1-alkenyltin trichlorides and norbornene resulted in stereoselective formation of 3-alkylidenepentacyclo[9.2.1.5,81.1,110.2,1004,9]pentadecane instead of an expected simple alkenylstannylation product. Generation of trichlorostannane and its decomposition product, tin(II) chloride, was confirmed by trapping it with methyl propiolate and norbornene and analysis of the reaction by 119Sn NMR, respectively.  相似文献

This article reports a synthetic method for a norbornene–ethylene–styrene (N‐E‐S) terpolymer, which has not been well investigated so far, via incorporation of styrene (S) into vinyl‐type norbornene–ethylene (N‐E) copolymers catalyzed by a substituted ansa‐fluorenylamidodimethyltitanium [Me2Si(3,6‐tBu2Flu)(tBuN)]TiMe2 catalyst ( I ) activated with a [Ph3C][B(C6F5)4]/Al(iBu)3 cocatalyst at room temperature in toluene. The resulting terpolymerization product contained the targeted N‐E‐S terpolymer and the contaminated homopolymers, which were then able to be completely removed by solvent fractionation techniques. While homopolystyrene was easily extracted by fractionation with methylethylketone as a soluble part, homopolyethylene and a trace amount of homopolynorbornene could be perfectly separated by fractionation with chloroform as insoluble parts. The detail characterizations of a chloroform‐soluble polymer with gel permeation chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance, and differential scanning calorimetry analyses proved that it contained a true N‐E‐S terpolymer with long N‐E sequences incorporated with isolated or short styrene sequences. The homogeneity of the morphology together with a single glass transition temperature that proportionally decreased with the increase of the styrene contents indicated that the N‐E‐S terpolymer obtained in this work is a random polymer with an amorphous structure. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The synthesis of 8-methylguanine 7-oxide (3) was accomplished via a "phenacylamine route", which started from condensation of alpha-(4-methoxybenzylamino)propiophenone (6), prepared by coupling of alpha-bromopropiophenone (4) and 4-methoxybenzylamine (5), with 2-amino-6-chloro-5-nitro-4(3H)-pyrimidinone (7) and proceeded through cyclization of the resulting phenacylaminopyrimidinone (8) and removal of the 4-methoxybenzyl group. The N-oxide 3 and its 9-arylmethyl derivatives 9 and 11 showed only very weak antileukemic activity and no antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Radiation-induced solid-state polymerization of cyclohexene sulfide has been investigated. Differential thermal analysis shows that this compound has a phase transition point at ?74°C and behaves as a plastic crystal in the temperature range from ?74 to ?20°C (melting point). By rapid cooling, this plastic crystal was easily supercooled, and below ?166°C a glassy crystal, i.e., a supercooled nonequilibrium state of plastic crystal, was obtained. In-source polymerization proceeded in the plastic crystalline state. Postpolymerization of glassy crystalline monomer irradiated at ?196°C occurred above ?166°C (glass transition point) during subsequent heating.  相似文献

Ynolates were found to react with alpha-alkoxy-, alpha-siloxy-, and alpha-aryloxyketones at room temperature to afford tetrasubstituted olefins with high Z selectivity. Since the geometrical selectivity was determined in the ring opening of the beta-lactone enolate intermediates, the torquoselectivity was controlled by the ethereal oxygen atoms. From experimental and theoretical studies, the high Z selectivity is induced by orbital and steric interactions rather than by chelation. In a similar manner, alpha-dialkylamino ketones provided olefins with excellent Z selectivity. These products can be easily converted into multisubstituted butenolides and gamma-butyrolactams in good yield.  相似文献

The behavior of aluminum compounds in animals was made clear by using non-destructive neutron activation analysis instead of radiotracer method. Basic aluminum sucrose sulfate (BASS) and dried aluminum hydroxide gel (DAHG) were orally administered to rats. The residual BASS and DAHG on gastric walls of rats were determined by neutron activation analysis. It was obtained the following results that BASS was found at the longer time in the stomach. For reason, it is seemed that BASS is hydrolyzed in gastric juice. And it could not find the aluminum in liver, kidney and spleen.  相似文献

Stereoselective polymerization of racemic lactide (rac-LA) was examined using Al-achiral ligand complexes. By introduction of substituents in aromatic rings of Schiff base ligands, a higher selectivity was obtained without any chiral auxiliaries in the catalyst via a chain-end control mechanism. The T(m) values (T(m) 170-192 degrees C) were comparable to or higher than that of homochiral polymer, poly(L-LA) (T(m) 162 degrees C), and a thermally more stable polylactide than poly(L-LA) was prepared from rac-LA.  相似文献

New polyesters 6a–6c consisting of 2,4-linked tetrahydrofuran rings were synthesized by bulk polycondensation of methyl trans- and cis-4-hydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylates ( 5a and 5b ) and a stereoisomeric mixture of methyl 4-hydroxy-5-methyltetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylate ( 5c ) at high temperature. These monomers were prepared from methyl glycolate or methyl lactate and diethyl maleate through a four-step reaction sequence. The polycondensation was carried out without solvent at different temperatures ranging from 150 to 220°C. Titanium isopropoxide was most effective among the catalysts examined, giving polyesters with number-average molecular weights up to 2 × 104. Polyester 6a consisting of trans-2,4-linked tetrahydrofuran rings was soluble in trifluoroacetic acid and a mixed solvent of chloroform and methanol (10/1, v/v). Polyester 6b composed of cis-2,4-linked tetrahydrofuran rings was soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide and dimethylformamide in addition to the two solvents for 6a . Polyester 6c with 5-methyl-substituted tetrahydrofuran rings was composed of a mixture of stereoisomeric units and thus was soluble in a variety of solvents including chloroform, tetrahydrofuran, acetonitrile, dimethyl sulfoxide, and dimethylformamide. The glass transition temperatures of 6a, 6b , and 6c determined by DSC were 109, 88, and 66°C. These polyesters were found to be very slowly hydrolyzed in a neutral phosphate buffer solution at ambient temperature. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

In continuation of the previous series of studies, polymerization of octadecyl methacrylate (ODMA) induced by electron beams has been investigated in a form of its multilayer or monolayer in an attempt to prepare a stable thin polymer film having a regular layer structure. ODMA multilayers were prepared by the Langmuir-Blodgett technique and irradiated with electron beams from a Van de Graaff accelerator. Multiple reflection infrared spectroscopy and x-ray diffractometry revealed that the ODMA multilayer was polymerized to give a thin polymer film having a regular layered structure when irradiated in nitrogen atmosphere, but no indication of polymerization was observed when irradiated in air. A preliminary study on the ODMA monolayer at a nitrogen–water interface indicated that the monolayer was polymerized.  相似文献
