在前文工作的基础上，结合ＭＮＤＯ／ＥＨＭＯ分子轨道方法和自然杂化轨道方法，具体计算了ＣＣ键和ＣＰ键的核自旋偶合常数．计算结果表明，１ＪＣＣ和１ＪＣＰ主要由成键原子的轨道杂化作用和键极性这两种结构因素所决定．为从简单价键理论角度解释和计算１ＪＣＣ和１ＪＣＰ值提供了简便直观的方法．     

Cp*IrCl2]2-catalyzed indirect functionalization of alcohols: novel strategies for the synthesis of substituted indoles

We report novel iridium(III)-catalyzed reactions that afford substituted indoles via the indirect functionalization of alcohols via C-3 selective alkylation of indoles with alcohols and a one-pot cascade strategy from amino- or nitro-phenyl ethyl alcohols, which incorporates oxidative cyclization and C-3 alkylation.     

Isoindolinones via a room temperature palladium nanoparticle-catalysed 3-component cyclative carbonylation-amination cascade

A room temperature 3-component cascade process involving nucleophilic substitution/carbonylation/amination, catalysed by palladium nanoparticles generated in situ from palladacycle 5, affords isoindolinones in good yields. The conversions correlate with the pK_a values of the amines.     

Evaluation of a preclinical blood test for scrapie in sheep using immunocapillary electrophoresis

An analytical method is described for detection of endogenous disease-associated prion protein in the buffy coat fraction from the blood of sheep infected with scrapie. The method has been improved and evaluated for its performance in the preclinical diagnosis of ovine transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. The test system uses a protocol for sample preparation that includes extraction and concentration and a test method that uses a liquid-phase competitive immunoassay for prion protein. Antibodies directed to a peptide sequence at the C-terminus of the prion protein (PrP) and a fluorescein-labeled peptide conjugate are used in the assay. Free zone capillary electrophoresis with laser-induced fluorescence for detection is used to separate the antibody-bound fluorescently labeled peptide and free labeled peptide. In this assay, the PrP competes with the fluorescently labeled peptide for limited antibody binding sites, which results in a reduction of the peak representing the immunocomplex of the antibody bound to the fluorescently labeled peptide. When blood samples from scrapie-infected sheep aged 7-12 months and of the scrapie-susceptible PrP genotypes VRQ/VRQ and VRQ/ARQ were analyzed, the abnormal PrP was found in blood samples. These results correlated with the post-mortem diagnosis of scrapie. The sheep were preclinical and appeared normal at the time of testing but later died with clinical disease approximately 12 months after testing. In older animals, and those with clinical signs, a smaller percentage of animals tested positive. This study has demonstrated that this technology can be used as a sensitive, rapid preclinical test to detect the disease-associated PrP in the blood of scrapie-infected sheep. Improvements in the extraction protocol and capillary electrophoresis conditions will enhance the robustness of this test.

Ｎｉｒａ Ｄｙｎ等提出的四点插值法是一种典型的自由曲线离散造型方法，但该方法不能控制插值点的切向。本文利用薄板样很可能 量的极小化原理给出了具有切向控制的四点分插值条件。用户可以方便地交互控制任一插值点的切向，使得四点插值法更为有效和实用。     

Palladium(II) complexes of readily functionalized bidentate 2-pyridyl-1,2,3-triazole "click" ligands: a synthetic, structural, spectroscopic, and computational study

The Cu(I)-catalyzed 1,3-cycloaddition of organic azides with terminal alkynes, the CuAAC "click" reaction is currently receiving considerable attention as a mild, modular method for the generation of functionalized ligand scaffolds. Herein we show that mild one-pot "click" methods can be used to readily and rapidly synthesize a family of functionalized bidentate 2-pyridyl-1,2,3-triazole ligands, containing electrochemically, photochemically, and biologically active functional groups in good to excellent yields (47-94%). The new ligands have been fully characterized by elemental analysis, HR-ESI-MS, IR, (1)H and (13)C NMR and in three cases by X-ray crystallography. Furthermore we have demonstrated that this family of functionalized "click" ligands readily form bis-bidentate Pd(II) complexes. Solution studies, X-ray crystallography, and density functional theory (DFT) calculations indicate that the Pd(II) complexes formed with the 2-(1-R-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)pyridine series of ligands are more stable than those formed with the [4-R-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl]pyridine "click" ligands.     

Iridium catalysed C-3 alkylation of oxindole with alcohols under solvent free thermal or microwave conditions

Ir-catalysed alkylation of oxindole and N-methyl oxindole with a range of substituted benzyl and heteroaryl alcohols under solvent free thermal or microwave conditions afforded the corresponding C-3-monoalkylated products in high to excellent yield.     

Iridium catalysed alkylation of 4-hydroxy coumarin, 4-hydroxy-2-quinolones and quinolin-4(1H)-one with alcohols under solvent free thermal conditions

Ir catalysed alkylation of 4-hydroxy coumarin, 4-hydroxy-2-quinolones and quinolin-4(1H)-one with a range of substituted benzyl and aliphatic alcohols under solvent free thermal conditions afforded the corresponding monoalkylated products in high to excellent yield and in certain cases produced bis-(3,3′-1-methyl-4-hydroxy)methenes.     

Efficient solvent-free selective monoalkylation of arylacetonitriles with mono-, bis-, and tris-primary alcohols catalyzed by a Cp*Ir complex

Our objectives were to develop catalytic atom-economic processes accessing and/or incorporating versatile functionality using aryl/heteroaryl acetonitriles as substrates. We report essentially solvent-free [Cp*IrCl2]2 catalyzed redox neutral processes whereby substituted acetonitriles react with primary alcohols to deliver monosubstituted aryl/heteroaryl acetonitriles in excellent yield. We further demonstrate that such processes can be achieved by conventional or microwave heating and that bis- and tris-primary alcohols are also processed efficiently.     

Synthesis of 3-substituted isoindolin-1-ones via a palladium-catalysed 3-component carbonylation/amination/Michael addition process

A novel palladium-catalysed three component cascade process is described involving carbonylation of an aryl iodide to generate an acyl palladium species which is intercepted by a primary aliphatic/aromatic amine, amide or sulfonamide followed by intramolecular Michael addition to afford 3-substituted isoindolin-1-ones in good yield.
