Infrared spectra of Mn(NH3)2Zn(CN)4.2C6H6 andMn(ethylenediamine)Zn(CN)4.2C6H6 are reported. The spectral data suggest that these compounds are similar in structure toHofmann-Td-type and the en-Td-type clathrates,respectively. Three Hofmann-diaminododecane-type clathrates of the form M(1,12-diaminododecane) Ni(CN)4G (M = Co, Ni or Cd; G = benzene, naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene or biphenyl) have been prepared in powder form. The 1,12-diaminododecane molecules in the host lattice permit the inclusion of bulky guest molecules. The spectral features suggest that these compounds are similar in structure to the other Hofmann-diam-type clathrates. 相似文献
Bragg gratings are used in several photonic devices to reflect, and thus to isolate, specific wavelengths of light. Gratings can be photoinduced in chalcogenide glasses by illumination of bandgap light in an interference pattern. We used holographic interferometry to create Bragg gratings in amorphous As2Se3 thin films with a period of 0.56 microm by illumination with 633-nm light. The quality of the gratings was tested in real time, and refractive-index modulations as high as 0.037 were measured. These gratings were found to be stable over a period of several months if they were kept in the dark. 相似文献
Resistivity and Hall effect measurements on n-type undoped Ga-rich InxGa1-xN (0.06 ≤ x ≤ 0.135) alloys grown by metal-organic vapour phase epitaxy (MOVPE) technique are carried out as a function of temperature (15-350 K). Within the experimental error, the electron concentration in Inx Ga1-x N alloys is independent of temperature while the resistivity decreases as the temperature increases. Therefore, Inx Ga1-xN (0.06 ≤ x ≤0.135) alloys are considered in the metallic phase near the Mort transition. It has been shown that the temperaturedependent metallic conductivity can be well explained by the Mort model that takes into account electron-electron interactions and weak localization effects. 相似文献
The authors report on a robust method for the synthesis of gold nanorods (AuNRs) with tunable dimensions and longitudinal surface plasmon resonance. The method relies on seed-mediated particle growth in the presence of benzalkonium chloride (BAC) in place of the widely used surfactant cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB). Uniform AuNRs were obtained by particle growth in solution, and BAC is found to stabilize the AuNRs for >1 year. The SERS activity of the resulting AuNRs is essentially identical to that of CTAB-protected nanorods. The SERS activity of the BAC protected nanorods was applied to the quantitative analysis of potato virus X (PVX). The calibration plot for PVX is linear in the 10 to 750 ng?mL?1 concentration range, and the detection limit is 2.2 ng?mL?1.

In this paper, we model and solve profit maximization problem of a telecommunications Bandwidth Broker (BB) under uncertain market and network infrastructure conditions. The BB may lease network capacity from a set of Backbone Providers (BPs) or from other BBs in order to gain profit by leasing already purchased capacity to end-users. BB’s problem becomes harder to deal with when bandwidth requests of end-users, profit and cost margins are not known in advance. The novelty of the proposed work is the development of a mechanism via combining fuzzy and stochastic programming methodologies for solving complex BP selection and bandwidth demand allocation problem in communication networks, based on the fact that information needed for making these decisions is not available prior to leasing capacity. In addition, suggested model aims to maximize BB’s decision maker’s satisfaction ratio rather than just profit. As a solution strategy, the resulting fuzzy stochastic programming model is transformed into deterministic crisp equivalent form and then solved to optimality. Finally, the numerical experiments show that on the average, proposed approach provides 14.30% more profit and 69.50% more satisfaction ratio compared to deterministic approaches in which randomness and vagueness in the market and infrastructure are ignored. 相似文献
A thermal analysis technique and an apparatus are described which are used to study phase transformations in glassy materials by monitoring the temperature dependence of the microhardness through a phase transformation with the heating rate varied as a parameter. The method has been named Thermomicrohardness Analysis (TμHA). The glass transformation behaviors of a-As2Se3 xerographic photoreceptor type films have been studied to elucidate the nature of structural changes in the glass transformation region of glasses. It is shown that on an Itoh-Shishokin plot the Vickers microhardness exhibits a sharp fall in the glass transition interval due to a relaxation phenomenon similar to the relaxation of the enthalpy as determined by DSC measurements. Furthermore it is shown that the relaxation rate in both the processes is inversely proportional to the instantaneous viscosity. 相似文献
Experimental Hall data that were carried out as a function of temperature (60–350 K) and magnetic field (0–1.4 T) were presented for Si-doped low Al content (x=0.14) n–AlxGa1−xAs/GaAs heterostructures that were grown by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). A 2-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) conduction channel and a bulk conduction channel were founded after implementing quantitative mobility spectrum analysis (QMSA) on the magnetic field dependent Hall data. An important decrease in 2DEG carrier density was observed with increasing temperature. The relationship between the bulk carriers and 2DEG carriers was investigated with 1D self consistent Schrödinger–Poisson simulations. The decrement in the 2DEG carrier density was related to the DX-center carrier trapping. With the simulation data that are not included in the effects of DX-centers, 17 meV of effective barrier height between AlGaAs/GaAs layers was found for high temperatures (T>300 K). With the QMSA extracted values that are influenced by DX-centers, 166 meV of the DX-center activation energy value were founded at the same temperatures. 相似文献
