Electric and spatial characteristics of a pulse-periodic microsecond barrier discharge are investigated in different geometries—triangular
prism, plate, and corrugated electrode—that are in contact with a dielectric plate and form a dihedral angle with it. It is
established that, in the space of the dihedral angle, the regions of discharge represent alternating cylindrical layers with
the axes lying on the contact line. The first conducting layer is formed at some distance from the contact edge of the electrode.
The number of layers and their localization are determined by the angle formed between an electrode and the dielectric plate.

The salt Rb[C6H3(COO)2(–)] · [C6H3(COOH)3] · 2H2O (I) of trimesic acid was synthesized and its thermal stability and conductivity (10–11 ohm–1 cm–1 at 298 K) were measured. Molecular and crystal structures of I were established by X-ray diffraction analysis. Hydrogen bonding system in complex I was detected by IR and Raman spectroscopies. Thermal decomposition of Pu(C2O4)2·6H2O, Pu2(C2O4)3·10H2O and Np(C2O4)2 ·6H2O has been studied by using combination of gas chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, spectrophotometry and complex thermal analysis. We also investigated the decomposition of Pu oxalate under its -radiation. The reduction of Pu(IV) to Pu(III) has been confirmed. The dependence of proton conductivity of 2-sulfobenzoic acid trihydrate on the environmental humidity and temperature is studied. It is shown that trihydrate remains solid when exposed to atmosphere with humidity of up to 65 rel. %. The comparison of 2-sulfobenzoic acid trihydrate with bezoic acid shows that the absence of sulfo group in the benzene ring sharply lowers down the hydrophilic properties of the compound and, correspondingly, its hydration and conductivity. 相似文献

The stimulation of the endothermic beta decay of stable nuclei by the field of synchrotron radiation has been analyzed theoretically in the framework of the photobeta decay mechanism. In contrast to works devoted to the effect of laser fields on beta decay, the action of the field directly on a nucleus rather than on a beta electron is considered (a sufficiently intense flux of hard photons whose energies exceed 60 keV allows this action). The rates of such a beta decay are calculated for a number of “parent nucleus-daughter nucleus” pairs for the relativistic case including Coulomb effects. For the most intense available sources of synchrotron radiation, the rate of stimulated beta decay for most nuclei under investigation appears to be characteristic of third-forbidden β? transitions. The effect of synchrotron radiation on highly forbidden natural nuclear β? decays is also analyzed. In particular, irradiation increases the rate of the β? decay of the 37 87 Rb and 49 115 In nuclei by 2% and by almost two orders of magnitude, respectively. 相似文献

A kinetic model is proposed for a He-Zn laser with a helical hollow cathode oscillating on the Zn II 758.8 nm line: The dependence of the laser output power and gain on the active medium parameters, excitation pulse shape and cavity is investigated theoretically. for the product of the uncertainties in the wave spatial localization and in its Fourier transform localization is obtained
as a function of the space dimensionality. For the state with minimum uncertainty, it is shown that increasing the dimensionality
leads to decreasing the phase volume corresponding to one mode in the canonical distribution of the correlation function as
compared with the phase volume in the case of a coherent field (pure state).
