The aim of this study is to examine seasonal changes in Cu and Co concentrations of three plant species for monitoring the effects of pollution in Elazig,Turkey.For this purpose,the leaves of the Pinus nigra L.,Cedrus libani and Cupressus arizonica together with soil samples were collected from different points depending on traffic intensity,nearness the city center and cement factory as well as control location during different months of the year.Flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer(FAAS) was used for measurement of the metals in clear digests after the dry ashing method.Copper and Co concentrations were in the ranges from 1.3to 2.6mg.kg-1 and相似文献

This work described methodology of Sn, Pb, Cd and Zn impurities determination in high-purity graphite at direct atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) with flame furnace (FF) atomizer. It was evidence that quality of AAS measurements are depended from sample amount, its homogeneity, particle size, as well as calibration procedure and operation parameters of FF atomizer. Prior to analysis the method has been developed and optimized with respect to the furnace heating temperature and flame composition of FF atomizer. Conditions of absorption peak areas (QA) formation to each element were studied on the basis of contribution into its value some of individual parameters of analytes, including mass-transporting process from increasing mass of graphite samples into gas phase. Because particle size and homogeneous distribution of analyte in powdered materials has an enormous influence on accuracy and precision of measurement results, graphite as well as appropriate series of powdered reference standards was previously ground and investigated. Graphite samples to be analyzed and standard reference materials with mass from 0.025 to 0.200 g was previously briquetted as pellet and insert on corresponding hole in furnace. The characteristic mass (g0) of Sn, Pb, Cd and Zn were 0.35, 0.1, 0.008 and 0.025 ng, respectively, and relative standard deviation (Sr) not more than 20%. 相似文献

The alpha-methallyl free radical is formed in the flash photolysis of 3-methylbut-1-ene, and cis-pent-2-ene in the vapor phase, and then subsequent reactions have been investigated by kinetic spectroscopy and gas-liquid chromatography. The photolysis flash was of short duration and it was possible to follow the kinetics of the radicals' decay, which occurred predominantly by bimolecular recombination. The measured rate constant for the alpha-methallyl recombination was (3.5+/-0.3) x 10(10) mol(-1) ls(-1) at 295+/-2K. The absolute extinction coefficients of the alpha-methallyl radical are calculated from the optical densities of the absorption bands. Detailed analysis of related absorption bands and lifetime measurements in the original alpha-methallyl high-resolution discrete absorption spectrum image were also carried out by image processing techniques. 相似文献

Mineral oil type lubricating oils have an important role in reducing engine wear. But after some period, depending on the
oil quality, oil replacement is needed since the oil loses its properties. In this paper, an engine oil was tested in a 1300
cc engine car and the change of the thermal stability of the collected portions of oil at different usage periods were experimented
by TG/DTG and DSC techniques. Results show that, as usage period increases lubricating oil contains more of the light components
that distill at low temperatures. The increase in the peak maximum temperature, Tmax, of the DTG, as usage period increases, proposes that the molecular mass of the oil increase, which presumably changes the
viscosity characteristics. Moreover as the usage period increases some residue type components, which only can be destroyed
at very high temperatures, are produced in oil phase.

High resolution electronic absorption spectra of aniline and anilino free radical have been recorded in the vapor phase at room temperature by flash photolysis technique, and subsequent reactions have been investigated by kinetic spectroscopy. It was possible to follow the kinetics of the anilino radical's decay which occurred predominantly by bimolecular recombination. A new metamaterial absorber structure is designed and characterized both numerically and experimentally for microwave energy harvesting applications. The proposed structure includes four wheel resonators with different dimensions, from which the overall response of the structure can then be obtained by summing all the overlapping frequency responses corresponding to each dimension. The essential operation frequency range of the wheels is selected in such a way that the energy used in wireless communications and found within the environment that we live is absorbed. The dimensions are obtained using parametric study and genetic algorithm to realize wideband absorption response. When the simulation and measurement results are taken into account, it is observed that the metamaterial absorber based harvester has potential to absorb and convert microwave energy with an absorption ratio lying within the range of 80 and 99% for the frequency band of 3–5.9 and 7.3–8 GHz. The conversion efficiency of the structure as a harvester is found to be greater than 0.8 in the interval of 2–5 GHz. Furthermore, the incident angle and polarization dependence of the wheel resonator based metamaterial absorber and harvester is also investigated and it is observed that the structure has both polarization and incident angle independent frequency response with good absorption characteristics in the entire working frequency band. Hence, the suggested design having good absorption, polarization and angle independent characteristics with wide bandwidth is a potential candidate for future energy harvester using wireless communication frequency band. 相似文献

We develop a simple new design for a multi-band metamaterial absorber (MTMA) for radar applications. Computer Simulation Technology (CST) Studio Suite 2018 was used for the numerical analysis and absorption study. The simulated results show four high peaks at 5.6 GHz, 7.6 GHz, 10.98 GHz, and 11.29 GHz corresponding to absorption characteristics of 100%, 100%, 99%, and 99%, respectively. Furthermore, two different structures were designed and compared with the proposed MTMA. The proposed structure remained insensitive for any incident angle and polarization angle from 0° to 60°. Moreover, negative constitutive parameters were retrieved numerically. To support the simulated results, the proposed design was fabricated by using a computer numerical control-based printed circuit board prototyping machine and tested experimentally in a microwave laboratory. The absorption mechanism of the proposed MTMA is presented through the surface current and electric field distributions. The novelties of the proposed structure are a simple and new design, ease of fabrication, low cost, durability, suitability for real-time applications and long-term stability given the fabrication technique and non-destructive measurement method and very high absorption. The proposed structure has potential applications in C and X band frequency ranges. 相似文献
