Vaporization of Mn(acac)3 has been studied by mass spectrometry on a quadrupole mass spectrometer with direct insertion probe, which was not previously used for these purposes. The enthalpy of sublimation of Mn(acac)3 was calculated to be 130.5 ± 4.0 kJ/mol. Heterophase interactions in the [M-Mn(acac)3] system were studied directly during the mass spectral experiment (in situ method). The reaction products were judged from the mass spectra of the gas phase. The enthalpies of formation in the gas phase Δ f H gas T of Pb, In, and Ga acetylacetonates were estimated to be −654, −1057, and −1035 kJ/mol, respectively.  相似文献

用动电位伏安法对含镍量10%、30%和50%的铜镍合金以及含钴量5.1%、9.7%、15 %、25%和40%的铜钴合金电极在硼砂-硼酸缓冲溶液(pH 8.5)中的光电化学行为进行了 研究.铜镍合金和铜钴合金均显示p-型光响应,铜镍合金的光响应来自Cu2O,铜钴合金的光 响应来自Cu2O和氧化钴.含镍量10%和30%的铜镍合金电极以及含钴量5.1%铜钴合金电极的 最大光电流iph,max均大于纯铜电极,含钴量15%、25%和40%的铜钴合金电极以及含镍量 50%的铜镍合金电极由于电极表面相当一部分面积分别被氧化钴和氧化镍所占有,iph,max 小于纯铜电极.铜镍合金电极的φv值(电位负向扫描过程中电极表面完全还原为Cu时的电位 )负于纯铜电极,而铜钴合金电极的φv值与纯铜电极大致相等, NiO的存在致使铜镍合金 表面Cu2O膜具有更大的稳定性.从光电化学角度通过φv和iph,max反映铜合金的耐腐蚀性能 与交流阻抗法测得的结果相符.  相似文献

Aluminum, gallium, and indium oxopivalates were synthesized by a heterophase method, and their evaporation was studied by the Knudsen effusion method with the mass-spectral analysis of the gas phase. It was shown that oxopivalates can be considered within binary systems as compounds of the type mM(piv)3 · nM2O3. The standard enthalpies of formation of gallium oxopivalates Ga3O(piv)7(gas), 7Ga(piv)3 · Ga2O3(solid), 4Ga(piv)3 · Ga2O3(solid), and 7Ga(piv)3 · 2Ga2O3(solid) were found.  相似文献

Manganese and cobalt oxopivalates and lead pivalate have been synthesized, mass spectral and thermogravimetric analysis have been performed. Sublimation enthalpies of cobalt and manganese oxopivalates have been determined for the first time, while the sublimation enthalpy of lead pivalate has been found to agree well with literature data. Low sublimation enthalpy, high volatility, and monomolecular composition of gas phase allow one to use these complexes as precursors for preparing oxide films and materials by MOCVD method.  相似文献

Regularities governing the formation and properties of oxide films on titanium–iron alloys containing 10, 20, 32, 45, 60, or 80 at. % Fe are studied by the voltammetry and chronoamperometry methods coupled with local measurements of activation potentials. Dependences of the oxide film thickness on potential are found. Activation potentials for samples with oxide films formed in air and at 5 V decrease with increasing iron content in alloys.  相似文献

Anodic oxide films on some Ti–Al alloys are studied using fast-electron reflection diffraction, Rutherford backscattering, and secondary neutral-particle mass spectrometry. The films are amorphous, with a small amount of crystalline phases, and comprise a mixture of TiO2 and Al2O3. The Ti/Al ratio in an anodic film corresponds to that in the alloy matrix. Constants of anodic oxidation of the alloys are determined.  相似文献

New Cu(II), Co(II), and Pd(II) complexes with benzeneazo-N-tosyl-2-naphthylamine are synthesized by chemical and electrochemical methods and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, and XRD. XRD was used to determine that two six-membered metal rings are formed in transplanar Ni(II) and Pd(II) complexes.  相似文献

Vapor formation of tin(II) and zinc(II) pivalates were studied using the Knudsen effusion method and mass spectrometry analysis of the gas phase. Sublimation of the tin complex is shown to be accompanied by polymerization of the condensed phase, changing its thermodynamic parameters. The vapor formation of zinc pivalate in the presence of trace amounts of water is accompanied by partial hydrolysis of the condensed phase and sublimation of the sample in the form of Zn4O(piv)6 and Zn2piv4. The absolute partial pressures and heats of sublimation of the components of the gas phase above tin and zinc complexes are calculated.  相似文献
