The concept of the Moore-Penrose inverse in an indefinite inner product space is introduced. Extensions of some of the formulae in the Euclidean space to an indefinite inner product space are studied. In particular range-hermitianness in completely characterized. Equivalence of a weighted generalized inverse and the Moore-Penrose inverse is proved. Finally, methods of computing the Moore-Penrose inverse are presented.  相似文献

Filamins (FLN) are a family of actin-binding proteins involved in regulating the cytoskeleton and signaling phenomenon by developing a network with F-actin and FLN-binding partners. The FLN family comprises three conserved isoforms in mammals: FLNA, FLNB, and FLNC. FLNB is a multidomain monomer protein with domains containing an actin-binding N-terminal domain (ABD 1–242), encompassing two calponin-homology domains (assigned CH1 and CH2). Primary variants in FLNB mostly occur in the domain (CH2) and surrounding the hinge-1 region. The four autosomal dominant disorders that are associated with FLNB variants are Larsen syndrome, atelosteogenesis type I (AOI), atelosteogenesis type III (AOIII), and boomerang dysplasia (BD). Despite the intense clustering of FLNB variants contributing to the LS-AO-BD disorders, the genotype-phenotype correlation is still enigmatic. In silico prediction tools and molecular dynamics simulation (MDS) approaches have offered the potential for variant classification and pathogenicity predictions. We retrieved 285 FLNB missense variants from the UniProt, ClinVar, and HGMD databases in the current study. Of these, five and 39 variants were located in the CH1 and CH2 domains, respectively. These variants were subjected to various pathogenicity and stability prediction tools, evolutionary and conservation analyses, and biophysical and physicochemical properties analyses. Molecular dynamics simulation (MDS) was performed on the three candidate variants in the CH2 domain (W148R, F161C, and L171R) that were predicted to be the most pathogenic. The MDS analysis results showed that these three variants are highly compact compared to the native protein, suggesting that they could affect the protein on the structural and functional levels. The computational approach demonstrates the differences between the FLNB mutants and the wild type in a structural and functional context. Our findings expand our knowledge on the genotype-phenotype correlation in FLNB-related LS-AO-BD disorders on the molecular level, which may pave the way for optimizing drug therapy by integrating precision medicine.  相似文献

New four-component domino reactions are described that allow the one-pot synthesis of spiro[indoline/acenaphthylene-3,4′-pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives from the reaction of phenylhydrazine, 3-aminocrotononitrile, isatin/acenaphthylene-1,2-dione, and cyclic 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, including cyclohexane-1,3-diones, barbituric acid, and 2-thioxodihydropyrimidine-4,6(1H,5H)-dione, in the presence of (±)-camphor-10-sulfonic acid (CSA). These processes take place in water and involve the generation of two rings and five new bonds (two C-C, two C-N and one CN) in a single synthetic operation, with expedient work-up and diminished waste generation due to the absence of extraction and purification steps.  相似文献

Herein we report a simple and efficient oxidative coupling of various aryl methyl amines with diverse coupling partners, such as o-phenylenediamine (benzene-1,2-diamine), 2-aminobenzenethiol and 2-aminobenzamide, to synthesize the corresponding heterocycles using scalable and reusable heterogeneous catalysts under visible light irradiation. A systematic investigation led to the synthesis of benzimidazoles, benzothiazoles and quinazolinones under air atmosphere in very good to excellent yields. The strategy is atom economical and found to be tolerance towards different functional groups, and wide range of substrate scope. Furthermore, the methodology was demonstrated for its suitability on scale up and reusability. The density functional theory (DFT) calculations and the analysis of band structures of pristine and Ba doped CoMoO4 systems showed that the doping of Ba in place of Co improved the catalytic performance of the system.  相似文献

It is known that dopants present in polyaniline (PANI) play an important role in corrosion protection of mild steel since the dopant ions form a secondary layer with iron. Since oxalate ions form a stable iron oxalate layer on mild steel, a study has been made on the corrosion protection performance of steel by vinyl coating containing oxalate doped PANI in acid and neutral media. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) studies have shown that the oxalate doped PANI is able to protect mild steel in sodium chloride solution since the impedance values are maintained at 1010 Ω cm2 even after 100 days of exposure.  相似文献

In the title compound, C17H21NO3S, the S atom is in a distorted tetrahedral geometry and the N atom exhibits sp2 character. The antiperiplanar conformation is observed for the N and hydroxyl‐O atoms and the torsion angle around the N—C linkage is ?136.3 (2)°. The mol­ecules are linked by O—H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form an infinite one‐dimensional chains along the c axis.  相似文献

Recent spectroscopic, kinetics, and structural studies on cytochrome c oxidases (CcOs) suggest that the histidine-tyrosine cross-link at the heme a3-CuB binuclear active site plays a key role in the reductive O2-cleavage process. In this report, we describe dioxygen reactivity of copper and heme/Cu assemblies in which the imidazole-phenol moieties are employed as a part of copper ligand LN4OH (2-{4-[2-(bis-pyridin-2-ylmethyl-amino)-ethyl]-imidazol-1-yl}-4,6-di -tert-butyl-phenol). Stopped-flow kinetic studies reveal that low-temperature oxygenation of [CuI(LN4OH)]+ (1) leads to rapid formation of a copper-superoxo species [CuII(LN4OH)(O2-)]+ (1a), which further reacts with 1 to form the 2:1 Cu:O2 adduct, peroxo complex [{CuII(LN4OH)}2(O2(2-))]2+ (1b). Complex 1b is also short-lived, and a dimer Cu(II)-phenolate complex [CuII(LN4O-)]2(2+) (1c) eventually forms as a final product in the later stage of the oxygenation reaction. Dioxygen reactivities of 1 and its anisole analogue [CuI(LN4OMe)]+ (2) in the presence of a heme complex (F8)FeII (3) (F8 = tetrakis(2,6,-difluorotetraphenyl)-porphyrinate) are also described. Spectroscopic investigations including UV-vis, 1H and 2H NMR, EPR, and resonance Raman spectroscopies along with spectrophotometric titration reveal that low-temperature oxygenation of 1/3 leads to formation of a heme-peroxo-copper species [(F8)FeIII-(O2(2-))-CuII(LN4OH)]+ (4), nu(O-O) = 813 cm(-1). Complex 4 is an S = 2 spin system with strong antiferromagnetic coupling between high-spin iron(III) and copper(II) through a bridging peroxide ligand. A very similar complex [(F8)FeIII-(O2(2-))-CuII(LN4OMe)]+ (5) (nu(O-O) = 815 cm(-1)) can be generated by utilizing the anisole compound 2, which indicates that the cross-linked phenol moiety in 4 does not interact with the bridging peroxo group between heme and copper. This investigation thus reveals that a stable heme-peroxo-copper species can be generated even in the presence of an imidazole-phenol group (i.e., possible electron/proton donor source) in close proximity. Future studies are needed to probe key factors that can trigger the reductive O-O cleavage in CcO model compounds.  相似文献

A mixed potential type yttria-stabilized zirconia-based sensor using NiO sensing electrode and Pt reference electrode was fabricated, and its NO2 sensing characteristics were examined at various operating temperatures in the range of 700–950 °C. It was observed that the sensitivity to NO2 strongly depends on the operating temperature of the sensor; the sensitivity decreases with increasing operating temperature, while the response/recovery rates increase. To rationalize this temperature dependence of NO2 response, polarization curves and complex impedances of the sensor were measured in the base gas and in the sample gas (400 ppm NO2?+?base gas) at various operating temperatures. It turned out that the operating temperature had a strong influence on the rate of anodic reaction of oxygen; the increased rate of anodic reaction leads to lower NO2 sensitivity and quicker response/recovery at higher operating temperature.  相似文献

A series of novel 2-amino-5-arylthieno[2,3-b]thiophenes has been synthesized regioselectively from the reaction of 5-aryldihydro-3(2H)-thiophenones with ethyl cyanoacetate/malononitrile and sulfur powder in the presence of morpholine under thermal as well as microwave irradiation conditions. This transformation presumably occurs via domino Gewald reaction-dehydrogenation sequence. The 2-amino-5-arylthieno[2,3-b]thiophenes were evaluated for their in vitro activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv (MTB) and multi-drug resistant M. tuberculosis (MDR-TB). Among 12 compounds screened, ethyl 2-amino-5-(1-naphthyl)thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-3-carboxylate was found to be the most active compound with MIC of 1.1 μM against MTB and MDR-TB.  相似文献
