Mild electrophilic trifluoromethylation of beta-ketoesters and silyl enol ethers with 5-trifluoro methyldibenzothiophenium tetrafluoroborate

Cyclic and acyclic beta-ketoesters were efficiently trifluoromethylated with 5-trifluoromethyldibenzothiophenium tetrafluoroborate in the presence of a phase-transfer catalyst to afford the corresponding alpha-substituted alpha-trifluoromethyl beta-ketoesters in good to excellent yields. In a second approach, 5-trifluoromethyldibenzothiophenium tetrafluoroborate and tetrabutylammonium difluorotriphenylstannate were used for efficient electrophilic trifluoromethylation of various silyl enol ethers leading to the corresponding alpha-trifluoromethyl ketones in good to high yields.

Catalyst-controlled diastereoselective ring-opening formal [3+2]-cycloadditions of arylvinyl oxirane 2,2-diesters with cyclic N-sulfonyl imines

A diastereoselectivity-controllable formal [3+2]-cycloaddition of arylvinyl oxirane 2,2-diesters with cyclic N-sulfonyl imines is developed, affording the corresponding tricyclic oxazolidine derivatives in moderate to excellent yields with excellent diastereoselectivities in the presence of palladium(0) or scandium(III) triflate. This protocol allows selective synthesis of diastereomers of tricyclic oxazolidine derivatives under switchable and mild conditions. Further transformations of the obtained products were conducted by removing ester groups and arylvinyl moieties.     

Remote Fluorination and Fluoroalkyl(thiol)ation Reactions

Remote functionalization reactions have the power to transform a C−H (or C−C) bond at a distant position from a functional group. This Review summarizes recent advances and key breakthroughs in remote fluorination, trifluoromethylation, difluoromethylation, trifluoromethylthiolation, and fluoroalkenylation reactions. Several powerful strategies have emerged to control the reactivity and distal selectivity such as the undirected radical approach, the 1,5-hydrogen atom transfer, the metal migration, the use of distant directing groups, and the ring-opening reactions. These unconventional and predictable C−H (and C−C) functionalization transformations should allow for the preparation of a wide range of otherwise-difficult-to-access alkyl, aromatic, heteroaromatic, and structurally complex fluorides.     

CoPt(FePt)-C纳米复合膜的结构与磁性

用磁过滤脉冲真空电弧沉积方法制备了CoPt(FePt) C纳米复合薄膜，并在不同温度下进行了退火处理，研究了薄膜中碳的含量以及退火温度对薄膜结构与磁性能的影响.制备态薄膜经过足够高的温度退火后，x射线衍射和磁力显微镜分析发现，在碳基质中生成了面心四方相的CoPt(FePt)纳米颗粒.对于特定组分为Co24Pt31C45和Fe43Pt35C22的薄膜，矫顽力以及颗粒尺寸都随退火温度的升高而增大，当退火温度为700℃时，Co24Pt31C45薄膜的矫顽力为21×105A/m，晶粒尺寸为17nm;当退火温度为650℃时，Fe43Pt35C22相应值分别为28×105A/m和105nm. 关键词： 磁记录材料 磁性薄膜 CoPt FePt纳米复合薄膜     

Catalytic enantioselective addition of terminal 1,3-diynes to aromatic ketones: facile access to chiral nonracemic tertiary alcohols

An efficient, catalytic, and enantioselective 1,2-addition of terminal 1,3-diynes to aromatic ketones was realized in the presence of 10 mol% of a Cu(OTf)(2)-hydroxycamphor-sulfonamide complex, affording chiral tertiary alcohols in up to 94% yield and 90% ee.     

Adaptive synchronization of a critical chaotic system

This paper further investigates the synchronization problem of a new chaotic system with known or unknown system parameters. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, a novel adaptive control law is derived for the synchronization of a new chaotic system with known or unknown system parameters. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulations show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed schemes.     

Highly enantioselective Michael addition of aromatic ketones to nitroolefins promoted by chiral bifunctional primary amine-thiourea catalysts based on saccharides

[reaction: see text] A new class of thiourea catalysts have been developed which integrate saccharide and primary amine moieties into one small organic molecule. These simple catalysts are shown to be highly enantioselective for direct Michael addition of aromatic ketones to a range of nitroolefins (up to 98% ee).
