液芯光纤光度法在乙醇水溶液中测定铂(Ⅱ)、钛(Ⅳ)   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用氟塑料长光纤管,以42%乙醇水溶液作液芯,组成液芯光纤,基于铂与氯化亚锡、钛与过氧化氢形成黄色络合物在乙醇水溶液中很稳定,拟定了测定铂、钛的液芯光纤光度法。该法灵敏度高,用 1m长光纤作吸收池,铂的灵敏度为 4. 845 A/mg· L-1,钛的灵敏度为1.41A/mg· L-1(A为吸光度),与常规法(1cm)比色皿相比灵敏度提高了 100倍。该法测定了催化剂中铂,煤灰粉中钛,结果与推荐值相符。  相似文献

为了寻找新型高效低毒的抗糖尿病分子,由Mannich反应一步合成了15个新的含有异噁唑结构单元的β-氨基酮,制备方法简便、反应条件温和、产品易纯化,收率为51.2%~89.3%.所得化合物结构均通过1HNMR,13CNMR,ESIMS和HRMS表征.生物活性实验结果表明,在低浓度范围,目标分子对蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶1B和α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性不高,但对过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体的激动活性强度中等,其中化合物1-(3,4-二氯苯基)-3-(5-甲基异噁唑-3-氨基)-3-(6-甲氧基萘-2-基)-1-丙酮(15)的过氧化物酶体增殖因子活化受体(PPAR)激动活性最好,达到75.3%,值得进一步研究.还讨论了目标分子的合成条件及其结构-活性关系.  相似文献

煤是由有机物和无机物组成的混合物。无机物按其在煤中的浓度大小可分为三类:(1)常量元素,在煤中浓度大于0.5%,如Si,Al,Fe,Ca等。(2)次要元素,约占煤的0.02%—.5%,包括K,Mg,Na,Ti,有时还有P,Ba等。(3)微量元素,在煤中浓度<0.02%,这类元素目前已测出60种左右。60年代以来,基于能源需求的增加,国内外煤炭消耗量都很大,考虑到有害的微量元素对环境的污染,国外进行了大量的煤  相似文献

Zero‐dimensional fluorescent carbon dots (CDs) that are used as a cell‐imaging reagent are prepared by using a simple and effective route employing lithium‐intercalated graphite from lithium‐ion batteries as a carbon source. Under ultrasonic exfoliation, the interlayer space increases, while the layer distortion and remaining lithium of the lithium‐intercalated graphite are utilized to disrupt the graphitic structure and produce the CD suspension. Subsequently, after concentration and purification, the obtained colloidal CD suspension has a fluorescent yield of up to 1.2% and is therefore comparable to the CDs prepared in previous reports. These CD products are water‐soluble, nanosized (approximately 3.5 nm), and biocompatible and can easily enter into HeLa cells to act as a cell‐imaging reagent without any further functionalization. In addition, these CDs do not impose toxicity against HeLa cells and have high photostability with low photobleaching and demonstrate potential applications for bio‐labeling as well as solution state optoelectronics.  相似文献

The great performance of a fibrous bed bioreactor (FBB) is mainly dependent on the cell adhesion and immobilization into the fibrous matrix. Therefore, understanding the mechanism and factors controling cell adhesion in the fibrous matrix is necessary to optimize the FBB setup and further improve the fermentability. The adhesion behavior of a strain of Clostridium tyrobutyricum isolated from an FBB was studied, which was proven to be affected by the different environmental conditions, such as growth phase of cells, pH, ionic strength, ionic species, and composition of media. Our results also suggested that electrostatic interactions played an important role on bacteria adhesion into the fibrous matrix. This study demonstrated that the compositions of fermentation broth would have a significant effect on cell adhesion. Consequently, a two-stage glucose supply control strategy was developed to improve the performance of FBB with higher viable cell density in the operation of the FBB setup.  相似文献

A series of novel 3,5‐dichloro‐4‐(1,1,2,2‐tetrafluoroethoxy)phenyl containing 4‐methyl‐1,2,3‐thiadiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized via Ugi reaction. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and high‐resolution mass spectroscopy. The preliminary bioassay results indicated that some title compounds had good fungicide activity at 50 µg/mL; most of the compounds presented a certain degree of direct inhibition activity, good inactivation and curative activity against tobacco mosaic virus at 500 µg/mL and 100 µg/mL; some compounds showed good larvicidal activity against Plutella xylostella L. at 200 µg/mL and excellent larvicidal activities against Culex pipiens pallens at 2 µg/mL.  相似文献

To elucidate the formation process of HCN from the pyrolysis of glycine, the small molecule gaseous pyrolysates, H2O, NH3, CO2, CO, HNCO, and HCN, were analyzed in real-time by TG-FTIR. The appearance of the volatile pyrolysis products and the solid residue was determined in real-time at their corresponding formation temperatures by online Py-two-dimensional GC–MS with heart-cutting and LC–MS/MS. The pyrolysis of 2,5-diketopiperazine, a thermolytic by-product of glycine pyrolysis, was also studied. The results showed that: (1) the pyrolysis of glycine can be divided into three temperature ranges 200–300, 300–440, and 440–900 °C; HCN forms in each range with three peaks appearing at 273, 422, and 763 °C, respectively. (2) The mechanistic pathways of HCN formation from glycine in the low- and high-temperature heating stages are different. Below 273 °C, glycine undergoes a decarboxylation reaction to produce methylamine, which subsequently forms HCN by means of dehydrogenation. Above 300 °C, glycine gives relatively large amounts of HCN via 2,5-diketopiperazine and subsequent HNCO or methylenimine formation.  相似文献

A unique one‐step anodic potential step strategy has been developed recently by our group to fabricate a three‐dimensional (3D) nanoporous gold film (NPGF) within 1 min as an efficient surface‐enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) active substrate. Gloria et al. (J. Electroanal. Chem. 2011, 656, 114–119) demonstrated that the prepared NPGF under optimum conditions (2 M HCl, 50 s) has higher SERS intensities than that of a commercial single‐use gold substrate. However, the SERS performance of 3D NPGFs fabricated in neutral KCl by this strategy have not been investigated. In this paper, SERS performances of the NPGFs fabricated in electrolytes of KCl and HCl are compared for the first time, using pyridine as a test molecule. Equivalent SERS intensities can be obtained on the 3D NPGFs prepared in these two electrolytes under respectively optimum conditions. The results suggest that hot spots of nanogaps and crevices because of the aggregation/coalescence of gold nanoparticles and the formation/removal of thin gold oxide coatings contribute greatly to the high SERS activity. 虽然重离子束治癌已经被证明有着射程精确、入口坪区剂量小、相对生物学效应高等显著优点,但重离子辐照对肿瘤干细胞所产生的辐射生物学效应特性依旧不明确。本研究使用人源神经胶质瘤干细胞来研究在面对肿瘤干细胞时,重离子相对于传统X射线是否有明显的生物学优势。实验结果证明,在神经胶质瘤干细胞中,2 Gy碳离子造成的DNA损伤的修复率比X射线造成的损伤修复率要低;MTT实验则证明经过碳离子辐照的肿瘤干细胞活力要比X射线辐照的肿瘤干细胞低得多。综上所述,面对神经胶质瘤干细胞,碳离子能更有效地靶向肿瘤干细胞从而相对于传统X射线有明显的生物学优势。这些发现对于更好地理解重离子束治癌相关的生物学效应有重要的作用。Though heavy-ion therapy has demonstrated significant benefits such as well-defined range, small entrance dose and high relative biological effectiveness, the characteristics of radio-biological effects on cancer stem cells induced by heavy-ion treatment is not completely clear. In this paper, we used human glioma cancer stem cells to investigate whether heavy ions offered a biological advantage, by effectively targeting cancer stem cells, in comparison to conventional X-rays. Our results showed that the repair rate of DNA damage generated by 2 Gy of carbon ions was lower than that generated by X-rays in glioma stem cells. MTT assay showed that the viability of cancer stem cells irradiated by carbon ions was significant lower than that irradiated by X-rays. Taken together, carbon ions showed a biological advantage over X-rays by effectively targeting glioma cancer stem cells. These findings have significant importance in understanding the biological effects related to heavy-ion therapy.  相似文献
