分数导数结合傅里叶最小二乘拟合处理含噪音的重迭信号

提出了一种含噪音重迭信号的综合处理方法 :先用傅里叶最小二乘法拟合噪音数据 ,然后对拟合后的信号求 2 .5次导数 ,在对模拟数据研究的基础上 ,讨论了求导后峰位漂移及其影响因素 ,给出了一个用于矫正峰位值的经验公式。用该方法对模拟和实际的紫外含噪音重迭信号进行处理 ,结果良好     

Analyses of f→f Transition Spectra of Ln(DPA)3 3-ComplexeS

A new parameter b characterizing covalent behaviour of 4f orbit has been developed on the basis of spectral properties of trivalent lanthanides and used to tested the interaction between 4f electrons and ligands for many of the lanthanides compounds. The factors influencing covalent bonding and changing law of covalency have been discussed by the new parameter.     

稀土-二甲酚橙络合物的胶束液相色谱分离与测定

本文应用一种新的高效液相色谱-胶束液相色谱法,在Shim-Pack CLC-ODS(150mm×6.0mm)色谱柱上,用含1.6×10~(-2)mol/L的CTMAB和pH=7.40的三-(羟甲基)-氨基甲烷缓冲液的甲醇/水(5:95)作流动相,对15种稀土元素-二甲盼橙络合物进行分离,取得了较满意的结果。     

三元混配络合物形成的极谱研究——Cd-Bipy-Gly体系的稳定常数测定

用般谱法研究了Cd(Ⅱ)-2,2′-联吡啶(bipy)、Cd(Ⅱ)-甘氨酸(Gly)二元体系及cd(Ⅱ)-bipy-Gly三元体系的配合物的形成条件,用极谱法测定了不同浓庹配体的E_1/2(a)、E_1/2(c)、ΔE_1/2、(i_d)_s和(i_d)_c值,利用Lrden函数作图,外推求得各级稳定常数。

巯基钴卟啉自组装膜的表征及催化性能

用自制的新型尾式巯基钴（Ⅱ）卟啉在金电极上制成自组装单分子膜,并用ＸＰＳ,ＳＥＭ和电化学的方法进行了表征。该膜对抗坏血酸具有良好的催化作用,其氧化过电位较裸金电极上降低了１４０ ｍＶ,响应电流与抗坏血酸（ＡＡ）的浓度在 ７．８ × １０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～１．０×１０－２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为 ０．９９８１;检测下限为 １．３ × １０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ（富集 １０ｍｉｎ）。     

伏安法中离散数据的傅里叶最小二乘处理方法

提出了傅里叶最小二乘法对含噪声伏安数据的处理，并讨论其原理。通过对理论模拟数据和甲醛实验体系中高噪声溶出伏安数据的处理，证明了Ｆｏｕｒｉｅｒ最小二乘法的可行性。     

Synthesis and Characterization of Three New Unsymmetrical Porphyrins

The synthesis and characterization of three new unsymmetrical porphyrins is reported. These porphyrins are isomers and have not been reported previously. A new method was used to synthesize the porphyrins which is different from the general synthetic porcedure which was developed by Adler ^[1]. The structural assignment of the three isomers was based on the elemental analyses, UV-Vis, IR, and ¹HNMR spectra.     

Electrochemical detection of scDNA cleavage in the presence of macrocyclic hexaaza-copper(II) complex

The hexaaza macrocyclic copper(II) complex Cu(II)L(L=1,8-Dihydroxyethyl-1,3,6,8,10,13-hexaazacyclotetradecane), which has octahedral structure similar to some natural complexes, is synthesized and purified. In this study, oxidative breakage DNA by the reaction of Cu(II)L with H2O2 and ascorbate has been investigated by gel electrophoresis experiments. In electrochemical experiments, the on scDNA-modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE) is cleaved by the Cu(II)L and redox changing of the metal catalyst without adding any other reagents. Above all, the need for concentration of scDNA is much lower than that of gel electrophoresis experiments and the process of the performance is easy. Furthermore, Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and A.C. Impedance, which are performed to monitor scDNA cleavage at the scDNA-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE), are fast, simple and highly efficient. The mechanism of the damage can be suggested: Fenton.
