1,1-Difluoroethysilanes (R3SiCF2CH3, R = Me or Et) were synthesized from 1,1-difluoroethyl phenyl sulfone and chlorosilanes using magnesium metal via reductive 1,1-difluoroethylation. It was confirmed that 1,1-difluoroethylsilanes were effective 1,1-difluoroethylating reagents for carbonyl compounds.  相似文献

A fluoride-induced nucleophilic (phenylthio)difluoromethylation method using TMS-CF2SPh has been achieved. This new methodology efficiently transfers “PhSCF2” group into both enolizable and non-enolizable aldehydes and ketones to give corresponding (phenylthio)difluoromethylated alcohols in good to excellent yields. Diphenyldisulfide can also be (phenylthio)difluoromethylated into PhSCF2SPh in high yield. The reaction with methyl benzoate, however, gives only low yield of (phenylthio)difluoromethyl phenyl ketone. The above-obtained PhSCF2-containing alcohols can be further transformed into difluoromethyl alcohols using an oxidation-desulfonylation procedure. This new type of nucleophilic (phenylthio)difluoromethylation methodology may have other potential applications in the medicinal and agrochemical fields.  相似文献

The establishment of bioorthogonal chemistry is one of the most significant advances in chemical biology using exogenous chemistry to perturb and study biological processes. Photo-modulation of biological systems has realized temporal and spatial control on biomacromolecules in living systems. The combination of photo-modulation and bioorthogonal chemistry is therefore emerging as a new direction to develop new chemical biological tools with spatiotemporal resolution. This minireview will focus on recent development of bioorthogonal chemistry subject to spatiotemporal control through photo-irradiation. Different strategies to realize photo-control on bioorthogonal bond-forming reactions and biological applications of photo-controllable bioorthogonal reactions will be summarized to give a perspective on how the innovations on photo-chemistry can contribute to the development of optochemical biology. Future trends to develop more optochemical tools based on novel photochemistry will also be discussed to envision the development of chemistry-oriented optochemical biology.

通过光还原沉积法, 利用氧空位诱导作用, 在Ni掺杂的缺陷态TiO2纳米管阵列(TNT-Ni)上得到金属 Pd含量不同的Pd-TNT-Ni催化剂. 采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、 紫外-可见 漫反射(UV-Vis DRS)、 表面光电压(SPV)、 光致发光光谱(PL)和电化学测试等表征手段, 探究了Pd与Ni掺杂的缺陷态TiO2纳米管阵列之间的强相互作用对其光吸收特性和载流子分离及传输效率的影响, 阐明了强相互 作用对材料光催化活性的调控机理, 提出了Pd增强Pd-TNT-Ni光催化性能的作用机理. 结果表明, 通过光还 原法制备的Pd纳米颗粒尺寸为10~20 nm的Pd120-TNT-Ni样品的光响应值为4.22 mA/cm2, 是未负载Pd样品光 响应值(1.14 mA/cm2)的3.7倍, 其具有最佳的平均产氢速率(5.16 mmol·g?1·h?1), 是TNT样品平均产氢速率 (0.45 mmol·g?1·h?1)的12倍, 表明Pd与缺陷态TiO2纳米管阵列之间的强相互作用驱动了载流子的分离及传输, 且Pd作为电子捕获势阱及反应活性位点, 显著提高了材料的光催化性能.  相似文献

We reported a chalcogenide glass-based rib waveguide fabricated using photolithography and dry etching method. A commercial software(COMSOL Multiphysics) was used to optimize the waveguide structure and the distribution of the fundamental modes in the waveguide based on the complete vector finite component. We further employed thermal annealing to optimize the surface and sidewalls of the rib waveguides. It was found that the optimal annealing temperature for Ge As Se S films is 220℃, and the roughness of the films could be significantly reduced by annealing. The zero-dispersion wavelength(ZDW) could be shifted to a short wavelength around ~2.1 μm via waveguide structural optimization, which promotes supercontinuum generation with a short wavelength pump laser source. The insertion loss of the waveguides with cross-sectional areas of 4.0 μm×3.5 μm and 6.0 μm×3.5 μm was measured using lens fiber and the cut-back method. The propagation loss of the 220℃ annealed waveguides could be as low as 1.9 d B/cm at 1550 nm.  相似文献

The ring-opening difluoromethylation-halogenation of cyclic (thio)ethers is reported through a simple strategy relying on carbon-chalcogen bond activation with difluorocarbene. The reaction proceeds through in situ protonation of the previously little-known difluoromethylene oxonium or sulfonium ylide intermediate followed by ring-opening with halide ion to afford halogenated acyclic difluoromethyl (thio)ethers that can then be employed for further elaboration. TMSCF2X (X=Br, Cl) are unique reagents to achieve this synthetic purpose, which serve as both the difluorocarbene source and the halide ion source.  相似文献

A monocular method to measure the pose of a translation-only one-dimensional (1D) object containing at least two known characteristic points is presented. The position of any other point on the 1D object can be located after the pose measurement. Scene information is not needed to apply the method. If the distance between the characteristic points is unknown, there is a scale factor between the object's real positions and the measurement results. The method can also be used to measure the pose and shape parameters of a parallelogram, prism or cylinder object.  相似文献
