The hydroxy yttrium hexaborate,Y[B2O3(OH)]3,has been synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions at 458 K.The crystal structure was solved and refined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction.It adopts a trigonal space group R3c(No.161) with a = 8.3942(4),c = 20.6484(12) ,V = 1260.03(12) 3,YB6H3O12,Mr = 348.79,Z = 6,Dc = 2.758 g/cm3,F(000) = 1008,μ = 7.015 mm-1,R = 0.0321 and wR = 0.0772.Its crystal structure is made up of six-membered rings,alternating three-connected [BO3(OH)] tetrahedra and planar [BO3] trigonal groups,which are interconnected with each other by sharing their common oxygen corners to form a three-dimensional framework structure with six-membered ring channels that are occupied by the yttrium atoms and run along the c axis.FT-IR,Raman,and TG-DTA results are also presented. 相似文献

水热法合成了新结构类型化合物CsIn[PO3(OH)]2,并通过单晶X-射线衍射表征结构。标题化合物空间群为P1 21/c 1 (No.14),晶体学参数为:Mr=439.69,mP56,a=0.532 86(6) nm,b=0.916 53(7) nm,c=1.478 39(14) nm,β=93.849(9)°,V=0.720 4(1) nm3,Z=4,Dx=4.054 g·cm-3,μ=8.713mm-1,F(000)=800,R1= 0.032 5,wR2=0.087 4。在该化合物中,2个InO6八面体和4个PO4四面体形成交连的六元环柱,并沿a轴方向形成近六方密堆积并连接成Cs+离子占据的十二元环结构隧道,六元环和十二元环连接构筑了三维网络结构。与类似化学计量比化合物Na2In2[PO3(OH)]4·H2O比较,标题化合物中十二元环的形成明显取决于隧道阳离子的大小,其拓扑构造可看作扩展的6,3-网格连接,化合物 RbIn[PO3(OH)]2与之同构。 相似文献

A new iron phosphate (NH4)4Fe3(OH)2F2[H3(PO4)4] has been synthesized hydrothermally at HF concentrations from 0.5 to 1.2 mL. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals its three-dimensional open-framework structure (monoclinic, space group P21/n (No. 14), a=6.2614(13) Å, b=9.844(2) Å, c=14.271(3) Å, β=92.11(1)°, V=879.0(3) Å3). This structure is built from isolated linear trimers of corner-sharing Fe(III) octahedra, which are linked by (PO4) groups to form ten-membered-ring channels along [1 0 0]. This isolated, linear trimer of corner-sharing Fe(III) octahedra, [(FeO4)3(OH)2F2], is new and adds to the diverse linkages of Fe polyhedra as secondary building units in iron phosphates. The trivalent iron at octahedral sites for the title compound has been confirmed by synchrotron Fe K-edge XANES spectra and magnetic measurements. Magnetic measurements also show that this compound exhibit a strong antiferromagnetic exchange below TN=17 K, consistent with superexchange interactions expected for the linear trimer of ferric octahedra with the Fe-F-Fe angle of 132.5°. 相似文献

Polyoxometalates(POMs) with Cd-coordination complexes acting as supporting units are rarely reported. The linkage of the supporting units with inorganic building block(polyanion) is generally established on terminal O-atoms, but scarcely via bridging O-atoms. By introducing liquid small organic molecule(pyridine, C5NH5) as assistant "structure-directing agent", we obtained a novel organic-inorganic hybrid polytungstate,(Hpy)4[Cd(phen)2(P2W18O62)]·nH2O(1, n ≈ 3, py = pyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), under hydrothermal conditions. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that 1 is the first compound containing an asymmetric heteropolyanion, [Cd(phen)2(P2W18O62)]4–, a Wells-Dawson-type polyanion monosupported by Cd-coordination complex via di-bridging O-atoms. 相似文献

Silicon thin films are deposited by inductively coupled plasma chemical vapour deposition (ICP-CVD) at a low temperature of 350℃ using a mixture of SiH4 and H2. The structures of the films are characterized by x-ray diffraction and Raman spectra. Under the optimum experimental conditions, we observe that the crystallinity of Si films becomes more excellent and the preferred orientation changes from (111) to (220) with the decreasing dilution of SiH4 in H2. Such an abnormal crystallization is tentatively interpreted in term of the high density, low electron temperature and spatial confinement of the plasma in the process of ICP-CVD. 相似文献

相机阵列是获取空间中目标光场信息的重要手段,采用大规模密集相机阵列获取高角度分辨率光场的方法增加了采样难度和设备成本,同时产生的大量数据的同步和传输需求也限制了光场采样规模.为了实现稀疏光场采样的稠密重建,本文基于稀疏光场数据,分析同一场景多视角图像的空间、角度信息的关联性和冗余性,建立有效的光场字典学习和稀疏编码数学模型,并根据稀疏编码元素间的约束关系,建立虚拟角度图像稀疏编码恢复模型,提出变换域稀疏编码恢复方法,并结合多场景稠密重建实验,验证提出方法的有效性.实验结果表明,本文方法能够对场景中的遮挡、阴影以及复杂的光影变化信息进行高质量恢复,可以用于复杂场景的稀疏光场稠密重建.本研究实现了线性采集稀疏光场的稠密重建,未来将针对非线性采集稀疏光场的稠密重建进行研究,以推进光场成像在实际工程中的应用. 相似文献

Lithium iron(III) monophosphate-monohydrogen-monophosphate, Li2Fe[(PO4)(HPO4)], was synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions and its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Crystallographic data: monoclinic, P121/n1 (no. 14), a = 4.8142(2) Å, b = 7.9898(4) Å, c = 7.4868(4) Å, β = 104.398(3)°, V = 278.93(2) Å3, Z = 2, Dx = 3.104 g · cm-3. The structure is characterized by FeO6 octahedra sharing common O-corners with six neighbouring PO4 tetrahedra to form a three-dimensional framework. Lithium cations are located within channels running along [100]. The channels are formed by eight-membered rings resulting from the connection of alternating FeO6 octahedra (4×) and phosphate tetrahedra (4×). High-resolution diffraction data allowed to refine a split model for the position of the hydrogen atom. Magnetization data confirm the valence state 3+ for iron and detect an antiferromagnetic ordering of the iron moments below 23.6 K. Thermal decomposition of the compound was investigated by DTA/TG methods. 相似文献
