用γ计数率的变化定位核元件的技术研究

用标准放射源进行模拟核材料库房监控实验,当放射源被转移出系统的时候,在不同位置探测了γ计数率变化,根据γ计数率变化的距离平方反比规律实现了被转移的放射源的定位,并估算了该放射源的源强.     

GM(1,1)的周期修正模型及其在泉水流量预测中的应用

本文阐述了 GM( 1 ,1 )的残差周期修正模型 ,并将它应用于山西神头泉的流量预测中 ,建立了神头泉流量的 GM( 1 ,1 )周期修正模型 ,对其流量进行了预测 ,为神头泉域岩溶水资源开发利用和保护提供了科学依据     

Fast Si magic-angle-spinning NMR acquisitions by RAPT-CP Al → Si polarization transfer

Using enhancement of the ²⁷Al central-transition magnetization by applying RAPT prior to ²⁷Al → ²⁹Si cross-polarization, we demonstrate fast acquisition of ²⁹Si one-dimensional MAS and two-dimensional ²⁷Al–²⁹Si HETCOR spectra on a new sialon phase Ba₂Al₃Si₉N₁₃O₅.     

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism/heteroduplex capillary electrophoretic mutation analysis of the P53 gene.

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism (F-SSCP) analysis with capillary electrophoresis (CE) is the most common method for the detection of mutation because of its high sensitivity and resolution. In this study, we prepared an inexpensive linear polyacrylamide (LPA), and successfully applied it to CE-SSCP analysis and tandem CE-SSCP/heteroduplex analysis (HA) of the P53 gene on an ABI capillary genetic analyzer. A comparison of the sieving capabilities of a homemade LPA and commercial polydimethylacrylamide (PDMA) demonstrates that the homemade LPA has a higher resolution, a shorter analysis time, and is more suitable for tandem SSCP/HA than commercial PDMA. To show the usefulness, mutations of P53 gene exon 7 - 8 in 37 tumor samples were investigated by using homemade LPA. The results indicate that 10 mutations were found in 9 of 37 cases; the majority of P53 mutations were missense mutations, and 70% were located in exon 7, which plays an important role in neoplastic progression in human tumorigenesis.     

高压下聚苯胺的结构和电性能研究

 以金刚石压腔高压装置为工具，用Ⅱ型金刚石作压砧兼红外窗口，对本征态聚苯胺进行了高压（0~8.4 GPa）就位红外光谱测试。结果表明：在4.8~5.2 GPa压力区间，代表醌环振动的吸收峰相对代表苯环振动的吸收峰变小，表明聚苯胺在此压力区间结构上发生了显著变化，且这种变化是不可逆的。聚苯胺的高压（0~14.5 GPa）电阻测量结果表明：当压力小于7.5 GPa时，电阻随压力升高而显著降低，据此认为聚苯胺为电子性导电物质；在7.5 GPa处电阻出现极小值，然后又缓慢升高，至10 GPa后基本不变。推测聚苯胺电阻极小值是由结构变化引起的。至于红外光谱与电阻测量结果反映聚苯胺结构变化的压力值不一致，可能是由于测试条件不同所致。     

激光除锈过程的实时监测技术研究

对激光除锈过程中的实时监测技术进行了实验研究,结果表明:除锈过程中产生的声波强度会随着表面清洁度的变化而发生明显的变化,声波信号包含了除锈过程中的大量信息,可作为激光除锈实时监测的基本信号.     

On potentially <Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-graphic sequences

For given a graph H, a graphic sequence π = (d ₁, d ₂,..., d _n) is said to be potentially H-graphic if there is a realization of π containing H as a subgraph. In this paper, we characterize the potentially (K ₅ − e)-positive graphic sequences and give two simple necessary and sufficient conditions for a positive graphic sequence π to be potentially K ₅-graphic, where K _r is a complete graph on r vertices and K _r-e is a graph obtained from K _r by deleting one edge. Moreover, we also give a simple necessary and sufficient condition for a positive graphic sequence π to be potentially K ₆-graphic. SSIMS analysis of organics, polymer blends and interfaces

This paper gives a critical review on the applications of ToF SIMS in the areas of polymer additive characterization and in the study of polymer blends and interfaces. Polymer additives can readily be identified by ToF SIMS using their parent molecular ions or characteristic fragments. This analytical capability has been successfully applied to monitor the migration or segregation of additives during polymer processing. ToF SIMS is an ideal analytical tool for the study of polymer blends and interfaces because it is able to provide information on both surface composition and morphology. In combination with other analytical techniques such as AFM and XPS, ToF SIMS chemical imaging capability has opened up new horizons in the investigation of complex polymer blend systems. Finally the main advantages and limitations of ToF SIMS in these application areas are also discussed.
