Fulfilling a request of the editor I try to put the aforementioned paper into perspective of relevant results obtained before. In particular I point out that supersymmetry of the S‐operator in cases where it exists is not necessarily in danger. We solve the consistency conditions of the BRS symmetry in a general N = 1 sypersymmetric Yang-Mills theory with semi-simple gauge group. As a result we find uniquely the supersymmetric extension of the chiral anomaly. Its coefficient is calculated in one loop and does not, in general, vanish. This corrects our earlier statement on the absence of this anomaly.  相似文献

Mesoporous activated carbon has been prepared from coconut coir dust as support for adsorption of some model dye molecules from aqueous solutions. The methylene blue (MB) and remazol yellow (RY) molecules were chosen for study of the adsorption capacity of cationic and anionic dyes onto prepared activated carbon. The adsorption kinetics was studied with the Lagergren first- and pseudo-second-order kinetic models as well as the intraparticle diffusion model. The results for both dyes suggested a multimechanism sorption process. The adsorption mechanisms in the systems dyes/AC follow pseudo-second-order kinetics with a significant contribution of intraparticle diffusion. The samples simultaneously present acidic and basic sites able to act as anchoring sites for basic and acidic dyes, respectively. Calorimetric studies reveal that dyes/AC interaction forces are correlated with the pH of the solution, which can be related to the charge distribution on the AC surface. These AC samples also exhibited very short equilibrium times for the adsorption of both dyes, which is an economically favorable requisite for the activated carbon described in this work, in addition to the local abundance of the raw material.  相似文献

This article proposes a new approach to the conditional autoregressive range (CARR) model using the Birnbaum‐Saunders (BS) distribution. The model aims to develop volatility clustering, which incorporates extreme fluctuations, using a time‐varying evolution of the range process called the BSCARR model. Furthermore, diagnosis analysis tools for diagnosis analysis were developed to evaluate the goodness of fit, such as residual analysis, global influence measures based on Cook's distance, and local influence analysis. For illustrative purposes, three real financial market indices are analyzed. A comparison with classical CARR models was also carried out in these examples. The results indicated that the proposed model outperformed some existing models in the literature, especially a recent CARR model based on the gamma distribution even under the presence of atypical cases (observed values).  相似文献

For intense desorption fluxes, particles desorbed by electronic transitions (DIET) from a surface into a vacuum may thermalize in the gas cloud forming above the surface. In immediate vicinity to the surface, however, a non-equilibrium layer (the Knudsen layer) exists which separates the recently desorbed, non-thermal particles from the thermalized gas cloud. We investigate by Monte Carlo computer simulation the time it takes to form a Knudsen layer, and its properties. It is found that a Knudsen layer, and thus also a thermalized gas cloud, is formed after around 200 mean free flight times of the desorbing particles, corresponding to a desorption of 20 monolayers. At the end of the Knudsen layer, the gas density will be higher, and the flow velocity and temperature smaller, than literature values indicate for thermal desorption. These data are of fundamental interest for the modeling of gas-kinetic and gas-dynamic effects in DIET.  相似文献

Quantum field theories based on interactions which contain the Moyal star product suffer, in the general case when time does not commute with space, from several diseases: quantum equation of motions contain unusual terms, conserved currents cannot be defined and the residual spacetime symmetry is not maintained. All these problems have the same origin: time ordering does not commute with taking the star product. Here we show that these difficulties can be circumvented by a new definition of time ordering: namely with respect to a light-cone variable. In particular the original spacetime symmetries and translation invariance turn out to be respected.
