EPR study has shown that the anticancer agent vanadocene dichloride (Cp2VCl2) interacts with carbonate contained in physiological solutions. Chelate complex Cp2VO2CO (|A(iso)(51V)| = 175.1 MHz, g(iso) = 1.9861) is the only paramagnetic species formed in the range about the physiological pH (5.5-11.0). The super-hyperfine coupling (|a(iso)(13C)| = 24.1 MHz) was evidenced at measurements using 13C labelled carbonate. The structure of carbonate complex was validated by comparison of observed and theoretical calculated HFC tensors (at the density functional level of theory).  相似文献

The flow injection analyzer for students, teaching and research (FIAstar) is used in conjunction with a new micropool mercury flow-through electrode, to explore the possibilities offered by using d.c. polarography, rapid scan and amperometric titrations on a dispersed sample zone in motion. The work outlines the principles of the use of a scanning detector for investigation of the concentration gradients and chemical reactions taking place during the dispersion of sample solution within a carrier stream. The data, which are collected in real time, are displayed in three-dimensional diagrams.  相似文献

A series of new [NiX(S2P{O-c-Hex}2)(PPh3)](X = Cl, Br, I and NCS)(1)–(4) and [Ni(NCS)(S2P{OR}2)(PPh3)][R =n-Pr (5), i-Pr (6)] complexes has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, f.i.r., i.r., u.v.–vis., 1H-, 13C{1H}- and 31P{1H}-n.m.r. spectra, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. A single crystal X-ray analysis of [Ni(NCS)(S2P{O-n-Pr}2)(PPh3)](5) reveals the molecular structure of the complex and confirms a square-planar geometry around the central atom of nickel with the NCS anion coordinated via the nitrogen atom.  相似文献

NiII mixed-ligand complexes of compositions [Ni(pmdien)(ttcH)] (1), [Ni(baphen)2(ttcH)] · 4H2O (2), [Ni-(dpa)(ttcH)(H2O)] (3), [Ni(cyclam)(ttcH)] · 2H2O (4), [Ni(hexaa)](ttcH) (5) and [Ni(hexab)(ttcH)] · 2H2O (6), (baphen = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dpa = 2,2-dipyridylamine, cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane, hexaa = 1,3,6,9,11,14-hexaazatricyclo[12.2.1.16,9]-octadecane, hexab = 1,8-dimethyl-1,3,6,8,10,13-hexaazacyclotetradecane) have been prepared and characterized by means of i.r., u.v.–vis. spectroscopies and magnetochemical measurements. The redox properties of the complexes were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The crystal and molecular structure of [Ni(pmdien)(ttcH)] was determined. The nickel atom is penta-coordinated by three N atoms of pmdien, and by S and N atoms of trithiocyanurate(2–) anion.  相似文献

Possibilities of a multicell isoperibolic-semiadiabatic calorimeter application for the measurement of hydration heat and maximum temperature reached in mixtures of various compositions during their setting and early stages of hardening are presented. Measurements were aimed to determine the impact of selected components?? content on the course of ordinary Portland cement (OPC) hydration. The following components were selected for the determination of the hydration behaviour in mixtures: very finely ground granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS), silica fume (microsilica, SF), finely ground quartz sand (FGQ), and calcined bauxite (CB). A commercial polycarboxylate type superplasticizer was also added to the selected mixtures. All maximum temperatures measured for selected mineral components were lower than that reached for cement. The maximum temperature increased with the decreasing amount of components in the mixture for all components except for silica fume. For all components, except for CB, the values of total released heat were higher than those for pure Portland cement samples.  相似文献

A facility for thermalization of fast neutrons (14.2 MeV) emitted by compact deuterium–tritium (D–T) neutron generators (NGs) for thermal neutron activation analysis is proposed. Its final design is based on Monte Carlo calculations (MCNP5). To maximize the ratio between the thermal neutron flux and the total neutron flux and simultaneously to ensure the highest possible value of the thermal neutron flux at the output surface, the facility should consist of a two-layer reflector [tungsten (W)—the inner part, molybdenum—the outer part], a two-layer multiplier (W followed by lead), a moderator (polyethylene followed by magnesium fluoride) and a collimator (molybdenum and nickel near the output surface). For the D–T NG producing the maximum available neutron yield 1015 n s?1, the facility provides the thermal neutron flux 2.0 × 1011 n cm?2 s ?1 and a slightly higher fast neutron flux 2.3 × 1011 n cm?2 s?1. To improve the ratio of the thermal neutron flux to the fast neutron flux (above 2.7) an addition of a silicon layer to the moderator and especially a proper adjustment and a threefold increase of the multiplier thickness is necessary.  相似文献

We present a linear-optical implementation of a class of two-qubit partial SWAP gates for polarization states of photons. Different gate operations, including the SWAP and entangling sqrt[SWAP], can be obtained by changing a classical control parameter, namely, the path difference in the interferometer. Reconstruction of output states, full quantum process tomography, and an evaluation of entanglement of formation prove very good performance of the gates.  相似文献

The influence of the oxygen content on the saturation magnetic moment and the Curie temperature was studied experimentally on non-stoichiometric manganese ferrites having a varying excess of manganese. Taking into consideration the results of studying the electrical conductivity and magnetic relaxation effects, a model was elaborated for the distribution of ions in these ferrites, which starts out from the distribution of ions in stoichiometric manganese ferrite. The experimental results obtained by us and those of other authors confirm the justification of this model.

The paper is concerned with the application of the space-time discontinuous Galerkin method (STDGM) to the numerical solution of the interaction of a compressible flow and an elastic structure. The flow is described by the system of compressible Navier-Stokes equations written in the conservative form. They are coupled with the dynamic elasticity system of equations describing the deformation of the elastic body, induced by the aerodynamical force on the interface between the gas and the elastic structure. The domain occupied by the fluid depends on time. It is taken into account in the Navier-Stokes equations rewritten with the aid of the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method. The resulting coupled system is discretized by the STDGM using piecewise polynomial approximations of the sought solution both in space and time. The developed method can be applied to the solution of the compressible flow for a wide range of Mach numbers and Reynolds numbers. For the simulation of elastic deformations two models are used: the linear elasticity model and the nonlinear neo-Hookean model. The main goal is to show the robustness and applicability of the method to the simulation of the air flow in a simplified model of human vocal tract and the flow induced vocal folds vibrations. It will also be shown that in this case the linear elasticity model is not adequate and it is necessary to apply the nonlinear model.  相似文献
