Gas-phase acidities (Delta H degrees (acid)) of lactones with ring sizes from four to seven have been measured on a Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer. Electron affinities (EAs) of the corresponding lactone enolate radicals were measured on a continuous-wave ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometer, and the bond dissociation energies (BDEs) of the alpha C-H bonds were derived. In order of increasing ring size, Delta H degrees (acid) = 368.7 +/- 2., 369.4 +/- 2.2, 367.3 +/- 2.2, and 368.3 +/- 2.2 kcal/mol and BDE = 99.4 +/- 2.3, 94.8 +/- 2.3, 89.2 +/- 2.3, and 92.8 +/- 2.4 kcal/mol for beta-propiolactone, gamma-butyrolactone, delta-valerolactone, and epsilon-caprolactone, respectively. For their corresponding enolate radicals, EA = 44.1 +/- 0.3, 38.8 +/- 0.3, 35.3 +/- 0.3, and 37.9 +/- 0.6 kcal/mol. All of these lactones are considerably more acidic than methyl acetate, consistent with a dipole repulsion model. Both BDEs and EAs show a strong dependence on ring size, whereas Delta H degrees (acid) does not. These findings are discussed, taking into account differential electronic effects and differential strain between the reactant and product species in each reaction.  相似文献

结合内蒙古地区现状,对沙棘的生物学和生态学特性、沙棘属植物化学成分和微量元素及种植沙生植物——沙棘的重要性和必要性进行了详细的研究和探讨。研究表明,沙棘属植物具有极强的生态适应性并富含多种营养成分和生物活性物质,并以耐干旱、耐瘠薄、萌蘖及固氮能力强等特点被称为治理非宜林地水土流失、改善生态环境的先锋树种。种植沙棘是治理内蒙古脆弱生态环境最经济、最有效的措施,是贫瘠的不毛之地发展经济、增加收入的经济树种。另外.种植沙棘的技术简便,容易掌握,投资少,见效快。  相似文献

以内蒙古地区沙棘果实为原料,研究了提取黄色素的工艺条件,同时对该色素的性质进行了初步探讨。结果表明,以95%的乙醇溶液作浸提剂,提取的黄色素浓度最高,工艺流程简单易行,且无毒,无污染。对提取的黄色素进行的性质试验表明,沙棘黄色素对光、热具有较好的稳定性,适用于酸性或弱碱性的食品中,葡萄糖、氧化剂(H2O2)、还原剂(Na2SO3)等食品添加剂均无明显影响以上结果为这种优良天然色素的开发与应用提供了参考。  相似文献

Cross-linking ability is possible with the oligonucleotide-tethered, monofunctional trans-Pt(II) complex shown. An analytical separation was performed on an analytical J-type counter-current chromatography (CCC) instrument using a 5.4 ml column, with a 1 ml/min mobile phase flow rate. This separation had a resolution of 0.69 and was achieved in 10 min. The same separation was performed using two 2300 ml columns connected in series at a flow rate of 850 ml/min using a production scale J-type centrifuge. This production scale separation was also obtained in 10 min with a resolution of 0.71. This represents an 850 times increase in productivity. This paper presents these separations and the underlying scale up theory.  相似文献

Comparing the performance of different counter-current chromatography (CCC) J-type centrifuges has and will always be difficult. This is due to the number of variables such as speed of rotation, swung radius, β-value, column bore, column length that can be chosen during the design of an instrument. This situation is further complicated by the implication that some of these variables are intrinsically linked, such that if one is changed another or others can also change. The chromatographer has no influence on these hardware parameters once the instrument designer has chosen them. However, the chromatographer wants a CCC column that retains the most liquid stationary phase in order to achieve the best separation of the components in a mixture. What matters most is column performance in terms of: sample loading per injection, speed of separation, purity of target and yield of target. The instrument that has the best performance in all these areas is called a “high-performance” CCC system. This paper demonstrates to the modern chromatographer that a “high-performance” CCC instrument has shorter, lower volume columns that are rotated faster to provide quicker separations, even with the same sample loading.  相似文献

The use of Fourier-transform Raman spectroscopy for characterising lignocellulosics has increased significantly over the last twenty years. Here, an FT-Raman spectroscopic study of changes in the chemistry of waterlogged archaeological wood of Pinus sp. and Quercus sp. from a prehistoric assemblage recovered from northern Greece is presented. FT-Raman spectral features of biodeteriorated wood were associated with the depletion of lignin and/or carbohydrate polymers at various stages of deterioration. Spectra from the archaeological wood are presented alongside spectra of sound wood of the same taxa. A comparison of the relative changes in intensities of spectral bands associated with lignin and carbohydrates resulting from decay clearly indicated extensive deterioration of both the softwood and hardwood samples and the carbohydrates appear to be more deteriorated than the lignin. The biodeterioration of the archaeological timbers followed a pattern of initial preferential loss of carbohydrates causing significant loss of cellulose and hemicellulose, followed by the degradation of lignin.  相似文献
