Herein, cobalt (Co)-based metal–organic zeolitic imidazole frameworks (ZIF-67) coupled with g-C3N4 nanosheets synthesized via a simple microwave irradiation method. SEM, TEM and HR-TEM results showed that ZIF-67 were uniformly dispersed on g-C3N4 surfaces and had a rhombic dodecahedron shape. The photocatalytic properties of g-C3N4/ZIF-67 nanocomposite were evaluated by photocatalytic dye degradation of crystal violet (CV), 4-chlorophenol (4-CP) and photocatalytic hydrogen (H2) production. In presence of visible light illumination, the photocatalytic dye results showed that 95% CV degradation and 53% 4-CP degradation within 80 min. The H2 production of the g-C3N4/ZIF-67 composite was 2084 μmol g−1, which is 3.84 folds greater than that of bare g-C3N4 (541 μmol g−1).  相似文献

A 2-D finite-volume model is developed to simulate nonlinear IEF in complex microgeometries. This mathematical model is formulated based on the mass conservation and ionic dissociation relations of amphoteric macromolecules, charge conservation, and the electroneutrality condition. Based on the 2-D model, three different separation cases are studied: an IPG in a planar channel, an ampholyte-based pH gradient in a planar channel, and an ampholyte-based pH gradient in a contraction-expansion channel. In the IPG case, cacodylic acid (pK(1) = 6.21) and Tris (pK(1) = 8.3) are used as the acid and base, respectively, to validate the 2-D IEF model. In the ampholyte-based pH gradient cases, IEF is performed in the pH range, 6.21-8.3 using 10 ampholytes in the planar channel and 20 ampholytes in the contraction-expansion channel. The numerical results reveal different focusing efficiencies and resolution in the narrow and wide sections of the contraction-expansion channel. To explain this, the expressions for separation resolution and peak concentrations of separands in the contraction-expansion channel are presented in terms of the channel shape factor. In a 2-D planar channel, a focused band remains straight all the time. However, in a contraction-expansion channel, initially straight bands take on a crescent profile as they pass through the trapezoidal sections joining the contraction and expansion sections.  相似文献

In this study, the facile synthesis of SnO2 quantum dot (QD)-garnished V2O5 nanobelts exhibiting significantly enhanced reversible capacity and outstanding cyclic stability for Li+ storage was achieved. Electrochemical impedance analysis revealed strong charge transfer kinetics related to that of V2O5 nanobelts. The SnO2 QD-garnished V2O5 nanobelts exhibited the highest discharge capacity of ca. 760 mAhg−1 at a density of 441 mAg−1 between the voltage ranges of 0.0 to 3.0 V, while the pristine V2O5 nanobelts samples recorded a discharge capacity of ca. 403 mAhg−1. The high capacity of QD-garnished nanobelts was achieved as an outcome of their huge surface area of 50.49 m2g−1 and improved electronic conductivity. Therefore, the as-presented SnO2 QD-garnished V2O5 nanobelts synthesis strategy could produce an ideal material for application in high-performance Li-ion batteries.  相似文献

Monodispersed 200 nm-sized ZnO spheres (SPs) with porous structure emanating from 8 nm zinc oxide nanoparticles (NPs) composing the SPs were synthesized by dissolving zinc acetate dihydrate in diethylene glycol at 160 °C. The prepared SPs were employed in fabricating the gold (Au) loaded ZnO (Au/ZnO SP) composite materials, exhibiting high photocatalytic activity in decomposing salicylic acid under UV-light irradiation. It is deduced that its high catalytic activity originates from the charge separation by transferring photoinduced electrons from the conduction band (CB) of ZnO to Au, since the CB level of ZnO (?0.5 V vs. NHE) is located more negative side than that of Au (+0.5 V vs. NHE). The evidence for the charge separation was provided by monitoring.OH radical with bare ZnO SPs and Au/ZnO SP produced in the solution which readily react with 1,4-terephthalic acid (TA) inducing 2-hydroxy terephthalic acid (TAOH) that shows unique fluorescence peak at 426 nm.  相似文献

This study examines the fabrication process and mechanical properties of piezoelectric films with the substrate, which is made from silicon carbide. After depositing the PZT thick film on silicon carbide substrate and silicon substrate respectively, it was shown that silicon carbide substrate formed a stable interface with PZT thick film up to 950?°C, compared with silicon substrate. In addition, the dielectric constant of the PZT thick film sintered at 950?°C on a silicon carbide substrate was 843, and this value was about over 25 % improved value compared with that on a silicon substrate. A thick film piezoelectric micro transducer of a micro cantilever type was fabricated by using a multifunctional 3C–SiC substrate. The fabricated micro cantilever was a micro cantilever with multiple thin films on either silicon or silicon carbide substrate. The piezoelectric thick-film micro cantilever that was fabricated by using a SiC substrate showed excellent mechanical and thermal properties. The piezoelectric micro cantilever on the SiC substrate shows an excellent sensitivity towards the change of mass compared with the piezoelectric micro cantilever on the Si substrate.  相似文献

Recently, we reported elevated levels of advanced glycated end products (AGEs) in human high-density lipoproteins (HDL), with fragmentation of apoA-I in an elderly group, compared with a younger group. More dysfunctional HDL from human plasma was demonstrated in the elderly group, including reconstituted HDL containing glycated apoA-I (gA-I-rHDL) with elevation of AGEs. Based on SDS-PAGE analysis, HDL(3) from the elderly group (E-HDL(3)) exhibited increased multimerization with increased smear band intensity compared to HDL(3) from the younger group (Y-HDL(3)). According to isoelectric focusing gel analysis, gA-I-rHDL and E-HDL(3) showed electromobility to the basic region of pH with a broader band range. In a microfluidic channel, E-HDL(3) had faster mobility with a broader range and a higher isoelectric point (pI, approximately 8.1), whereas Y-HDL(3) showed a narrow band range with a lower pI (approximately 6.9). In conclusion, gA-I-rHDL and E-HDL share several electrophoretic properties with multimerization and faster mobility in microfluidic channels, depending on the isoelectric point. These results can be applied to develop a rapid detection system for modified HDL to predict the extent of aging and aging-related metabolic diseases, such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes.  相似文献
