盐酸伊达比星杂质A的合成工艺优化及其高效液相分析

通过对盐酸伊达比星脱羟基杂质A的合成研究，为盐酸伊达比星的质控标准提供参考。以盐酸伊达比星为起始原料，经过4步反应得到脱羟基杂质A。本文提供了盐酸伊达比星杂质A的制备方法以及高效液相色谱分析方法，为杂质含量控制提供了依据。该工艺可以稳定、快速制备高纯度脱羟基杂质A，制备总收率为57.20%，纯度为57.20%，其结构经¹H NMR， ¹³C NMR和MS(ESI)表征。     

Comparative studies on the mechanism of uridine phosphorolysis

We have used quantum mechanical method to study the transition states(TSs) of uridine phosphorolysis reaction. Comparing the four different reaction pathways and the five transition states obtained, we conclude that enzymatic uridine phosphorolysis takes place mainly according to acid-catalyzed SN2 mechanism. The proposed reaction pathway is consistent with many experimental results.     

The Squeezing Effect in a Mesoscopic RLC Circuit

Using the path integral method we derive quantum wave function and quantum fluctuations of charge andcurrent in the mesoscopic RLC circuit. We find that the quantum fluctuation of charge decreases with time, oppositely,the quantum fluctuation of current increases with time monotonously. Therefore there is a squeezing effect in the circuit.If some more charge devices are used in the mesoscopic-damped circuit, the quantum noise can be reduced. We also findthat uncertainty relation of charge and current periodically varies with the period π/2 in the under-damped case.

Glass transitions and mixed phases in block SBS

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) does not allow for easy determination of the glass‐transition temperature (T_g) of the polystyrene (PS) block in styrene–butadiene–styrene (SBS) block copolymers. Modulated DSC (MDSC), which deconvolutes the standard DSC signal into reversing and nonreversing signals, was used to determine the (T_g) of both the polybutadiene (PB) and PS blocks in SBS. The T_g of the PB block was sharp, at ?92 °C, but that for the PS blocks was extremely broad, from ?60 to 125 °C with a maximum at 68 °C because of blending with PB. PS blocks were found only to exist in a mixed PS–PB phase. This concurred with the results from dynamic mechanical analysis. Annealing did not allow for a segregation of the PS blocks into a pure phase, but allowed for the segregation of the mixed phase into two mixed phases, one that was PB‐rich and the other that was PS‐rich. 本文通过一个构造的向量场,建立了非线性代数方程组的解流形与对应向量场的不变流形之间的等价关系,把解流形的分叉问题转化为对向量场奇点附近局部性态的研究。这种思路具有几何直观性,并为解流形的跟踪与分叉计算提供了一套新的数值方法。

分析由若干段等截面或者变截面构件组成的压杆平面内稳定问题．从由三段等截面构件组成的压杆平面内稳定问题出发，对两端为变截面、中间为等截面构件组成的压杆的平面内稳定问题进行了分析，得出和两端为等截面构件情况类似的屈曲荷载计算公式．并对两端固接的情况进行了研究分析．     

Banach function subspaces of L of a vector measure and related Orlicz spaces

Given a vector measure ν with values in a Banach space X, we consider the space L¹(ν) of real functions which are integrable with respect to ν. We prove that every order continuous Banach function space Y continuously contained in L¹(ν) is generated via a certain positive map related to ν and defined on X* x M, where X* is the dual space of X and M the space of measurable functions. This procedure provides a way of defining Orlicz spaces with respect to the vector measure ν.
