Extraction of arsenic(V) from sulfuric acid solutions with various extractants in multistage counter-current extraction-stripping systems was compared. The extraction ability of the extractants studied showed the following order: ENIM 100>TBP=CYANEX 923>2-methylhexanol. The extraction depends significantly on the number of extraction stages and the phase ratios in extraction. The effects of the number of stripping stages and the phase ratio in stripping are less important.  相似文献

A sensitive flotation—spectrophotometric method, based on the ion associate formed by the anionic thiocyanate complex of osmium with the basic dye methylene blue (MB) is described. The ion associate precipitates when the aqueous solution is shaken with toluene, and the separated and washed compound is dissolved in acetone. The molar absorptivity is 2.2 × 105 l mol-1 cm-1 at 655 nm. Beer's law is obeyed. The molar ratio of Os:SCN:MB in the separated and washed ion associate is 1:6:3. Ruthenium reacts similarly. The method is applied to the determination of traces of osmium in crucible platinum after separation of osmium by distillation as tetroxide.  相似文献

The influence of a partially filled conduction band on the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic semiconductors is studied within the framework of thes-f model. Allowing for magnon scattering to arbitrary order in the form of virtual electron- holecreation the magnon spectral density is derived, from which one gets magnon energies which are substantially renormalized by the presence of conduction electrons. In particular it is shown how the quasiparticle structure of the electronic excitation energies [4, 5] leads to scattering corrections in the magnon spectrum. These corrections are always negative and reduce the positive mean field part, which is proportional to the electron densityn. The calculated magnon spectrum is then used to determine the strikingn-dependence of the Curie-temperatureT c of Gd-doped EuO and EuS.  相似文献

Differencies between the mechanism ofn-hexane and benzene adsorption on active carbon were investigated on the ground of kinetic measurements. As it has been stated, the kinetic measurements show fundamental differencies between the mechanism of adsorption in spite of analogy existing in the state of adsorption equilibrium. Within the range investigated, only the adsorption ofn-hexane follows the model of volume filling of micropores. Existence of those differencies is also confirmed by measurements of effective diffusion coefficient values as well as changes of activation energy of the diffusion—adsorption process.
Anwendung kinetischer Untersuchungen zur Interpretation des Adsorptionsverhaltens vonn-Hexan und Benzol an Aktivkohle
Zusammenfassung Mittels kinetischer Messungen untersuchte man die Unterschiede im Mechanismus des Adsorptionsverlaufes vonn-Hexan und Benzol an Aktivkohle. Man stellte fest, daß trotz der Analogie im Adsorptionsgleichgewichtszustand die kinetischen Messungen auf prinzipielle Unterschiede im Adsorptionsmechanismus hinweisen. Im untersuchten Bereich verläuft nur die Adsorption vonn-Hexane nach dem Modell der Mikroporenvolumenausfüllung. Die auftretenden Unterschiede wurden auch durch die Berechnungen der Werte der effektiven Diffusionskoeffizienten sowie Änderungen der Aktivierungsenergie des Diffusions-Adsorptionsprozesses bestätigt.

The indications of a Clark-type electrochemical sensor with a polyethylene foil used as a membrane are noticeably changed if vapours of chlorine derivatives of methane (CCl4, CHCl3, CH2Cl2) are present in the atmosphere examined and the sensor has been calibrated in an atmosphere from which those vapours were absent. The sensitivity of the sensor increases and tends to deviate from linearity. The increase is more profound, when the number of chlorine atoms within a molecule of the vapour increases, the partial pressure of the vapour increases and the temperature of the atmosphere examined decreases. If the vapours affect the membrane for a long time, the response time decreases. If the membrane is freshly subjected to the influence of the vapours, a longer period of time is needed to reach a stable indication corresponding to the partial pressure of oxygen actually observed.  相似文献

At this time, the development of advanced elastic dielectric materials for use in organic devices, particularly in organic field-effect transistors, is of considerable interest to the scientific community. In the present work, flexible poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) specimens cross-linked by means of ZnCl2-bipyridine coordination with an addition of 0.001 wt. %, 0.0025 wt. %, 0.005 wt. %, 0.04 wt. %, 0.2 wt. %, and 0.4 wt. % of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were prepared in order to understand the effect of AuNPs on the electrical properties of the composite materials formed. The broadband dielectric spectroscopy measurements revealed one order of magnitude decrease in loss tangent, compared to the coordinated system, upon an introduction of 0.001 wt. % of AuNPs into the polymeric matrix. An introduction of AuNPs causes damping of conductivity within the low-temperature range investigated. These effects can be explained as a result of trapping the Cl counter ions by the nanoparticles. The study has shown that even a very low concentration of AuNPs (0.001 wt. %) still brings about effective trapping of Cl counter anions, therefore improving the dielectric properties of the investigated systems. The modification proposed reveals new perspectives for using AuNPs in polymers cross-linked by metal-ligand coordination systems.  相似文献

In these studies, we investigated the antioxidant activity of three ruthenium cyclopentadienyl complexes bearing different imidato ligands: (η5-cyclopentadienyl)Ru(CO)2-N-methoxysuccinimidato (1), (η5-cyclopentadienyl)Ru(CO)2-N-ethoxysuccinimidato (2), and (η5-cyclopentadienyl)Ru(CO)2-N-phthalimidato (3). We studied the effects of ruthenium complexes 1–3 at a low concentration of 50 µM on the viability and the cell cycle of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and HL-60 leukemic cells exposed to oxidative stress induced by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Moreover, we examined the influence of these complexes on DNA oxidative damage, the level of reactive oxygen species (ROS), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. We have observed that ruthenium complexes 1–3 increase the viability of both normal and cancer cells decreased by H2O2 and also alter the HL-60 cell cycle arrested by H2O2 in the sub-G1 phase. In addition, we have shown that ruthenium complexes reduce the levels of ROS and oxidative DNA damage in both cell types. They also restore SOD activity reduced by H2O2. Our results indicate that ruthenium complexes 1–3 bearing succinimidato and phthalimidato ligands have antioxidant activity without cytotoxic effect at low concentrations. For this reason, the ruthenium complexes studied by us should be considered interesting molecules with clinical potential that require further detailed research.  相似文献

For dehydration of CaC2O4·H2O and thermal dissociation of CaCO3 carried out in Mettler Toledo TGA/SDTA-851e/STARe thermobalance similar experimental conditions was applied: 9–10 heating rates, q = 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, 24, 30, and 36 K min−1, for sample mass 10 mg, in nitrogen atmosphere (100 ml min−1) and in Al2O3 crucibles (70 μl). There were analyzed changes of typical TGA quantities, i.e., T, TG and DTG in the form of the relative rate of reaction/process intended to be analyzed on-line by formula (10). For comparative purposes, the relationship between experimental and equilibrium conversion degrees was used (for P = Pominus P = P^{{ominus}} ). It was found that the solid phase decomposition proceeds in quasi-equilibrium state and enthalpy of reaction is easily “obscured” by activation energy. For small stoichiometric coefficients on gas phase side (here: ν = 1) discussed decomposition processes have typical features of phenomena analyzable by known thermokinetic methods.  相似文献

Using the direct matching procedure and the interface response theory, the effects of the internal surface of a superlattice (i.e., the substrate/superlattice interface) are studied as a function of superlattice parameters while the substrate parameters are kept constant. Surface states are found inside mini-gaps and their localization properties are investigated. The crossings of these states with mini-bands are observed and examined by means of the variational density of states.  相似文献
