The photochemistry of diphenylsulfonyldiazomethane (DSD) was studied by means of nanosecond laser flash photolysis. The photochemical behavior of this molecule upon UV irradiation is characterized by sulfene formation, presumed to arise via Wolff rearrangement of a carbene. We were able to detect the sulfene and the sulfene ylide formed upon sulfene trapping by pyridine. Sulfene quenching by nucleophiles was also examined.  相似文献

The recovery of humoral immune response has been comparatively studied by a radioimmunoanalysis (RIA) method and by Mancini single immunoradial diffusion method in an experiment consisting in chronic contamination with low doses of tritiated water (HTO) and oral administration of high doses of ascorbic acid on rats as radioprotector. The radioprotective effect of ascorbic acid was found to be dependent both on the radiation dose and the amount of ascorbic acid administered.  相似文献

A route to efficient generation of C6H4+*, potentially the benzyne radical cation, is presented. Laser vaporization of Mg+* and supersonic expansion in helium doped with o-, m-, or p-C6H4F2 yields, among other ions, o-, m-, p-C6H4F2Mg+* complexes, but no C6H4+*. Collision-induced dissociation experiments show that the o-C6H4F2Mg+* complex can be converted into C6H4+* in a mildly energetic collision, with a center-of-mass energy around 1-2 eV. These conditions can also be reached in the ion source when argon is used as a carrier gas. In this way, mass spectra containing the desired m/z 76 peak, i.e. C6H4+*, are obtained.  相似文献

The concentrations of238Pu and239, 240Pu were determined in 12 sediment samples collected from the bed of the Romanian Danube river and Black Sea coast during June–September 1994. After the sample material has been properly prepared and242Pu tracer added, plutonium was separated from americium and curium by anion exchange. After electrodeposition on stainless steel discs the elements were counted with an -spectrometry system with silicon surface-barrier detectors. The239, 240Pu concentrations range between 150 and 800 mBq kg–1 dry, while the238Pu concentrations rise up to max 150 mBq kg–1 dry. Although the chemical yields are rather low (51%) we appreciate the results as valuable since they report for the first time the distribution of the plutonium contamination along the Danube river and the Black Sea coast-Romanian sector.  相似文献

Summary The energies of combustion of crystalline L-α-glutamic and 6-aminohexanoic acids were measured in a static bomb adiabatic calorimeter, in pure oxygen at 3040 kPa. Corrections were made for the heats due to the ignition of sample and for the nitric acid formation. The derived enthalpies of formation for L-α -glutamic and 6-aminohexanoic acids are ΔfHcr0= -1002.6±1.1 kJ mol-1and ΔfHcr0= -641.6±1.2 kJ mol-1, respectively. The data of enthalpy of formation are compared with literature values and with estimated values by means of group additivity, using parameters recommended by Domalski and Hearing.  相似文献

The unconventional methodology for the non-epimerizable cycloacetalization of optically active (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)propane-1,3-diol (p-nitrophenylserinol) (condensed H2SO4 96% as solvent and catalyst, i.e., sulfuric transacetalization) producing (2R,4S,5S) diamino-1,3-dioxanes was enlarged by the use of N-protected forms of 2,2-dimethoxyethylamine (DMEA, aminoacetaldehyde dimethylacetal). Conversely, N-protected derivatives of p-nitrophenylserinol were successfully cyclocondensed with DMEA in the same sulfuric conditions. N-Functionalization of DMEA upon treatment with trimesic acid trichloride and cyanuric chloride yielded the corresponding triple amide and melamine, respectively. Their adapted sulfuric transacetalization in triplicate in reaction with arylserinols (aryl: phenyl, p-nitrophenyl) afforded a new series of optically active tripodands.  相似文献

The synthesis of new phenothiazinyl- and phenyl-nitrones under classical versus microwave heating conditions is described. Better yields were obtained under microwave irradiation in the condensation reactions of phenothiazyl-carbaldehyde with hydroxylamine derivatives. The structures of the new phenothiazinyl-nitrones were assigned on the basis of MS, FT–IR and NMR spectra. The new nitrones and some known phenyl-nitrones were screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activity against several Candida species, Gram negative bacteria, such as Ecoli, Citrobacter spp, Morganella spp, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae (± ESBL), Proteus spp, Acinetobacter spp and the Gram positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus, with moderate results.  相似文献

We report on a novel method for atmospheric pressure ionization of compounds with elevated electron affinity (e.g., nitroaromatic compounds) or gas phase acidity (e.g., phenols), respectively. The method is based on the generation of thermal electrons by the photo-electric effect, followed by electron capture of oxygen when air is the gas matrix yielding O2 or of the analyte directly with nitrogen as matrix. Charge transfer or proton abstraction by O2 leads to the ionization of the analytes. The interaction of UV-light with metals is a clean method for the generation of thermal electrons at atmospheric pressure. Furthermore, only negative ions are generated and neutral radical formation is minimized, in contrast to discharge- or dopant assisted methods. Ionization takes place inside the transfer capillary of the mass spectrometer leading to comparably short transfer times of ions to the high vacuum region of the mass spectrometer. This strongly reduces ion transformation processes, resulting in mass spectra that more closely relate to the neutral analyte distribution. cAPECI is thus a soft and selective ionization method with detection limits in the pptV range. In comparison to standard ionization methods (e.g., PTR), cAPECI is superior with respect to both selectivity and achievable detection limits. cAPECI demonstrates to be a promising ionization method for applications in relevant fields as, for example, explosives detection and atmospheric chemistry.
