The properties of 1,3-dimethyl-6,7-dialkoxy-2-benzopyrylium salts were studied. The heterocyclic oxygen atom is readily replaced by nitrogen by reaction of the 2-benzopyrylium salts with primary amines, hydrazine, phenylhydrazine, glycine ethyl ester, and hydroxylamine; reaction with secondary amines leads to naphthalene derivatives. The addition of 1-aryl-2-bromodiazene 1-oxides to olefins yields 1-aryl-2-(2-bromoalkyl)diazene 1-oxides (4). A radical mechanism of the reaction has been suggested. The polarographic reduction of adenine and its 9-(,)-dihydroxy-2-alkyl) derivatives on a short-period mercury electrode in strongly acidic media is determined by the rate of diffusion of the corresponding cations and, at pH values that exceed the pKa values, by the kinetics of surface protonation of the uncharged molecules; this was proved by the dependence of the limiting current on the height of the mercury column, the temperature, and the depolarizer concentration. The polarographic reduction of adenine, adenosine, 9-(,-di-hydroxy-2-alkyl)adenines, and the corresponding phosphates in acidic media proceeds with the loss of sic electrons per molecule. Swelling (and shrinking) of poly(2-vinylpyridine), P2VP, polymer brushes, caused by pH changes, could be readily monitored by transmission surface plasmon resonance, T-SPR, spectroscopy. Gold nanoparticles attached to the P2VP polymer brushes dramatically enhanced the pH-induced shift in the T-SPR absorption spectra. (A 50 nm shift of the absorption maximum of the T-SPR spectrum of the supporting gold nanoislands was observed upon changing the pH from 5.0 to 2.0, corresponding to a swelling of the polymer brushes from 8.1 +/- 0.7 to 24.0 +/- 2.0 nm. The mixture of 9-, 3-, and 7-benzyl-6-substituted purines is formed in almost quantitative yield by the alkylation of 6-benzylamino-, 6-furfurylamino-, 6-methylthio-, and 6-chloropurine with benzyl halides in the biphasic system of the liquid-liquid or liquid-solid type in the presence of interphase catalysts (quaternary ammonium salts, 18-crown-6). The catalytic activity of the quaternary ammonium salts increases with the increase in the lipophilicity of the cation. Taking the alkylation of 6-benzylaminopurine as an example, the possibility of the application of triphasic catalysis in the alkylation reaction of purines is indicated. A trans configuration with an axial orientation of both the purine ring and the furyl ring or the ethoxy group in the 2 position of the dioxane residue was established by PMR spectroscopy for 9-(2-furyl-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)- and 9-(2-ethoxy-2-methyl-1,3-dioxan-5-yl)purine. Functionalization of silver and gold nanoparticles by 12mer-thiolated homo-oligonucleotides, SA and ST (containing only adenine or thymine, respectively), and their hybridization and dehybridization in aqueous dispersions have been described. In addition, ST and SA were self-assembled onto gold films and hybridized with their complementary pairs, unlabeled or labeled by gold and silver nanoparticles. The base pairing between DNA strands and the types of oligonucleotides (adenine or thymine) attached to the nanoparticles was detected by Polarization Modulated Fourier Transform Infrared Reflection Absorption Spectroscopy (PM-FTIRRAS).  相似文献

The characteristics,performance and application of membrane electrode based on ion associate of diclofenac with base dye Safranine T are described.The electrode response to diclofenac has the sensitivity of 47±1.0 mV decade~(-1)over the range of 5×10~(-5)to 5×10~(-2)mol/L at pH 6-12,and the detection limit of 3.2×10~(-5)mol/L.The electrode is easy assembled at a relatively low cost has fast response time(2-4 s)and can be used for a period up to 3.5 months without any considerable divergence in potential.The proposed sensor displayed good selectivity for diclofenac in the presence of different substances.It was used to determine diclofenac in pharmaceuticals by means of the standard addition method.  相似文献
