From dormant seeds of European yellow lupin (Lupinus luteus) and Washington lupin (Lupinus polyphyllus) inhibitors have been isolated that effectively suppress the activity of trypsin and interact nonstochiometrically with chymotrypsin. From their physicochemical properties and aminoacid compositions, the inhibitors from the species of lupin investigated belong to different types.V. F. Magnetic behavior of nickel atoms in diamagnetic complex bismuth niobates having the pyrochlore-type crystal structure and magnesium and zinc in niobium sites was studied. The resonance Raman scattering phenomenon via the predissociated state is described in the four crossing terms A-(1, 2)-B model when terms 1 and 2 strongly interact. The Green's function closed representation for the coupled intermediate electronic terms 1 and 2 is obtained. The transition amplitude I A-(1, 2)-B is found in the WKB approximation. The resonance Raman scattering via the predissociated 3ΠOu + state of the interhalogen molecules is treated in detail.  相似文献

The problem of vibrational wave packet dynamics in the system of two electronic states of a diatomic molecule, where the states are coupled by infinitely short light pulses, is solved. The electronic states were modeled by shifted harmonic oscillators with different frequencies. Exact expressions for the probability densities of the wave packets in the ground and excited states were derived. The spatial, spectral, and temporal characteristics of the wave packets, namely, the range of motion, spatial width, mean energy, spectral width (the mean number of vibrational states in a wave packet), and the autocorrelation function, were calculated as functions of the molecular parameters (the frequency ratio and the distance between the potential minima) and of the delay time between the light pulses. The possibility of controlling the mean energy and spectral width of the wave packets in the ground electronic state by varying the delay time is considered. It was shown that "squeezed" wave packets can be prepared in the ground electronic state if the upper electronic state is shallow.  相似文献

In this paper we consider the mote general problem of the motion of an axially symmetric solid with a spherical cavity filled with an incompressible viscous fluid and moving about a fixed point. Magnetic resonance imaging is well known as a highly effective technique of medical visualization. One of its relatively new approaches is diffusion imaging. As a rule, the majority of magnetic resonance investigations in biology and medicine tends to be carried out in high magnetic fields (1.5 T and higher), but there are some advantages of the same experiments in low magnetic fields. It can be strongly useful, for example, for designing and testing new pulse sequences, training operators of magnetic resonance imagers, making new phantoms (model objects). In this study, diffusion-weighted imaging experiments in a low magnetic field 7 mT are performed in the first time. Nevertheless, this field is about two orders of magnitude bigger than an extremely low Earth field, and so concomitant gradients and polarization problems do not arise. In particular, diffusion weighted images of combined model samples (phantoms) are presented.  相似文献
