标题化合物C23H25对O3Cl是由邻氯苯甲醛与5，5-二甲基1，3-环己二酮在N，N-二甲基甲酸腹中反应而得。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射法确定，其晶体属于单科晶系，空间群=1632。晶体结构用直接法解出，使用全矩阵最小二乘法对原子参数进行修正，最后的偏离因子为R=0．054，Rw一0．063。在晶体结构中，吡喃环与苯环之间的两面角为92．43°。

Analysis of mercury(II), methylmercury and phenylmercury by RPHPLC with micellized dithizone post-column derivatization photometric detection

Post-column derivatization detection system based on dithizone solubilized in cetyltrimethyl-ammonium hydrogenesulfate micellar media at pH 2.0 was devised and evaluated for selective detection of mercury(II), methylmercury and phenylmercury in reversed-phase HPLC system with photometric detection at 500 nm. This reagent solution is fully compatible with acidic organo-aqueous mobile phases generally used in RPHPLC. With the aid of the detection systematic study of the retention behaviour of three mercury species on octadecylsilica sorbent was carried out. Influence of pH, acetonitrile volume fraction, complex forming additives was investigated in detail. In mobile phase consisting of 5–30% of acetonitrile in water at pH 2.0 and 2·10^–4 mol·I^–1 DCTA linear calibration curves were measured in range 20–1000 ppb with correlation coefficient better than 0.99. Detection limits were 1–5 ng for this three mercury species. Interferences of copper(II) and silver(I) are negligible.     

Distribution of mercury in soil organic matter fractions obtained by dissolution/precipitation method

Sequential multistep procedure, usually used for the fractionation and characterization of soil organic matter was tested for Hg content in the individual steps and fractions. Under general laboratory conditions serious problems have arosen during the attempt in the Hg mass balance calculation. Several sources of Hg contamination were recognized. The most serious was the background concentration of Hg even in research grade chemicals (what is in general not declared) and laboratory air. The work on operational Hg speciation as non-humic bound, humic acid, fulvic acid bound proceeds from the established status-quo on distribution of mercury of soil organic matter.

2,4,6-三硝基苯酚改性锆铝复合氧化物固定相分离富勒烯的色谱性能研究

制备了用于分离C60和C70的2，4，6－三硝基苯酚改性锆铝复合氧化物高效液相色谱固定相，考察了流动相中甲苯的含量、柱温及流速对C60和C70分离的影响，同时比较了酸腐蚀前后锆铝复合氧化物基质对分离的影响，结果表明，2，4，6－三硝基苯酚改性酸腐蚀后锆铝复合氧化物填料对富勒烯表现出较强的分离能力，具有作为富勒烯制备分离的潜力。     

Preparation and characterization of humic and fulvic acid working standards—practical experience

Two fractions of both fulvic acids (FA) and humic acid (HA) were prepared by fractionation method of Pierce and Felbeck⁵ involving acid hydrolysis of soil rests. This step increases recovery of both FA and HA considerably what suggest us need for slight modification of IHSS method in some cases. The weight loss, change in organic carbon content and visible spectra are figures of merit discussed. After detailed characterization these humic substances (HS) will serve as the working standards for study of interactions between organomercurials and organic part of soil.

Highly Enantioselective Phenylacetylene Addition to Benzaldehyde Catalyzed by Chiral Tridentate Ligand

Development of new or improved methods for the asymmetric preparation of chiral propargylic alcohols has gained considerable significance during the past years because they are useful building blocks for the synthesis of many biologically active compounds and natural products.[1] A series of chiral tridentate ligands were conveniently synthesized from amino acids with good yields (Scheme 1).[2] A preliminary study of the enantioselective alkynylation of benzaldehyde catalyzed by this chiral tridentate ligand was carried out and up to 83% ee of chiral propargyl alcohols was obtained (Table 1 ). A further investigation of the tridentate ligand is currently underway.
