By means of expanding a hard-edged aperture into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions, the approximate analytical formula of one kind of higher-order Gaussian beams called the Hermite–Gaussian beams (HGBs) passing through circular apertured and misaligned optical system is obtained in this paper. The result provides more convenience for studying its propagation than the usual way by using diffraction integral directly. Some numerical simulations are also given for illustrating the propagation properties of the HGBs through the circular apertured optical systems.  相似文献

Ge-132对小鼠H22肝癌移植瘤的实验研究证明:1.Ge-132对H22肝癌移植瘤有一定的抑制作用,300mg/kg体重剂量抑瘤率达到36.19%;2.增强机体的抗氧化作用,抑制脂质的过氧化物水平;3.促进免疫功能,当Ge-132和环磷酰胺联合使用时,可抵抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用,而且并不减弱其抑制瘤作用。  相似文献

The main goal of this work is to identify two polyamides (PA11 and PA1012) by mass spectrometry including pyrolysis-GC/MS and MALDI-TOF MS. PA11 and PA1012 have similar properties and cannot be distinguished by many other methods. Using pyrolysis-GC/MS, the pyrograms of PA11 and PA1012 at 600 °C were compared. Specific pyrolyzates for PA11 and PA1012 were obtained, 2-azacyclotridecanone for PA11 and 1,10-diaminodecane, 1,10-dicyanodecane for PA1012, respectively, which was the basis to distinguish them. Meanwhile, MALDI-TOF MS can give specific repeat unit for these two polyamides, dehydrated 11-aminoundecanoic acid (M = 183) for PA11, acetylate of dodecanedioic acid and diaminodecane (M = 366) for PA1012, which can be another means of identifying them.  相似文献

针对视频图像数据实时存储过程中普遍存在的丢帧问题,通过深入分析典型的存储算法,找出实时存储过程中视频图像数据丢失的原因:计算机在连续存储相同大小的文件时,存储速度在一定的范围内波动.本文采用队列式缓存结构有效地消除了存储速度波动所带来的影响,保证了在数据流速小于磁盘平均存储速度的前提下,高速视频图像数据的实时存储,解决了丢帧问题.实践验证了该算法的可行性与可靠性.  相似文献

An approximate analytical propagation formula of the elliptical Gaussian beams through a paraxial ABCD optical system with a circular aperture is obtained on the basis of the expansion of a hard-edged aperture into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions. 建立了固相吸附热脱附-气相色谱-质谱(TD-GC-MS)综合筛查工业源废气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的方法。对两种型号的固相吸附管进行了比较,最终选择使用Tenax SS TD Tubes吸附管。气体样品以恒定流速通过吸附管,富集分析物,经热脱附后,用GC-MS进行检测,目标化合物以内标法定量,非目标化合物的含量以甲苯的响应系数计算。方法检出限为1.06~5.44 ng,以采样体积300 mL计算,目标化合物的检出限为0.004~0.018 mg/m~3。吸附管平均加标回收率为78.4%~89.4%,相对标准偏差为3.9%~14.4%(n=7)。应用该方法对大连市某垃圾焚烧发电厂排放的废气进行VOCs目标及非目标化合物综合筛查,共检出29种VOCs,其中仅5种VOCs为预先设定的目标化合物,另外24种为非目标化合物,5种目标化合物含量仅占所有检出物总量的26.7%。证明了工业源废气VOCs分析中非目标化合物筛查的重要性,该研究思路对完整测定工业源挥发性有机污染物分布具有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献

Optical waveguide ring resonator is the basic element of resonator integrated optic gyro (RIOG). In this paper, we report a novel configuration of optical waveguide ring resonator using a multi-turn structure. The characteristic of the light propagating across the crossed waveguides is analyzed using the finite difference beam propagation method. The relationship between the propagation loss and the intersection angle for arbitrary intersecting angles has been analyzed. Some crossed waveguides are fabricated in silica waveguides to verify the theoretical results. On this basis, the influences of the loop numbers and the excess loss of the crossed waveguide on the limited sensitivity of the RIOG have been analyzed. There is a critical intersection angle for certain resonator, only when the intersection angle is bigger than the critical angle, the gyro sensitivity can be improved by increasing the loop numbers. This will be helpful to how to determine the optimum length in resonator for its application in RIOG.  相似文献

Crossed waveguide is widely used in optical devices, whose excess loss has a strong impact on multi-turn optical waveguide ring resonator and resonator integrated optic gyro. The resonance curve of the ring resonator is sharply dependent on the loss within the resonator. This paper presents how to get excess loss of the crossed waveguides nondestructively through the comparison of the resonance characteristics between one-turn and multi-turn optical waveguide ring resonators.  相似文献
