亚甲基蓝褪色光度法测定肝素

用紫外-可见光谱法研究肝素(Hep)对亚甲基蓝(MB)的褪色反应,在pH3.0的BrittonRobinson缓冲溶液中,肝素与亚甲基蓝形成离子缔合物时,染料发生明显的褪色,体系吸光度的降低与肝素钠浓度成正比.建立了一种简单、灵敏、选择性高的肝素测定方法.本法在0-4.0μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9978),回收率范围为98.8%-101.9%.用于肝素钠注射液的分析,结果令人满意.     

Regulating silver nanowire size enables efficient photoelectric conversion

The increasing demand for the state-of-the-art transparent conductive electrodes has received great interest in synthesizing silver nanowires(AgNWs) with a uniform diameter that exhibit excellent conductance, transparency, flexibility and mechanical ductility. Herein, we report the controllable synthesis of ultrathin AgNWs with high aspect ratio via a polyol-assisted process.The diameter of AgNWs can be continuously modulated from 20 to 80 nm by simply adjusting the aging time. The selfassembled films fabricated by using AgNWs with a diameter of 20 nm as building blocks enable an excellent performance and show a sheet resistance of ～30 Ω/sq and an optical transmittance of 94%. In addition, such nanowire-based conductive films can keep the excellent flexibility and resistance after bending 10,000 cycles. Similarly, the intelligent dimming films prepared by this AgNW films also have excellent flexibility and stability.     

Cobalt diselenide nanobelts grafted on carbon fiber felt: an efficient and robust 3D cathode for hydrogen production

Design and fabrication of low-cost, highly efficient and robust three-dimensional (3D) hierarchical structure materials for electrochemical reduction of water to make molecular hydrogen is of paramount importance for real water splitting applications. Herein, a 3D hydrogen evolution cathode constructed by in situ growing of cobalt diselenide nanobelts on the surface of commercial carbon fiber felt shows exceptionally high catalytic activity with 141 mV overpotential to afford a current density of 10 mA cm^–2, and a high exchange current density of 5.9 × 10^–2 mA cm^–2. Remarkably, it also exhibits excellent catalytic stability, and could be used for more than 30 000 potential cycles with no decrease in the current density in 0.5 M H₂SO₄. This easily prepared 3D material with excellent electrocatalytic performance is promising as a realistic hydrogen evolution electrode.     

阶梯算符本征态下介观电子谐振腔的量子效应

基于电荷取分立值的事实,运用阶梯算符的性质,计算电荷、电流以及能量的量子涨落,研究介观电子谐振腔的量子效应.结果表明,计及电荷量子化的事实,在阶梯算符本征态下介观电子谐振腔中电流的量子涨落为零,而电荷与能量的量子涨落不为零,分别与电荷的量子化性质有关,大小决定于系统自感、电容、栅压和形状因子以及状态参量等因素.     

格列齐特的平行催化氢波及其应用

对格列齐特在缓冲溶液中的电化学行为进行了研究,提出了一种灵敏、快速测定格列齐特的新方法为平行催化氢波法. 在NH3H2O-NH4Cl (pH=8.89±0.1)支持电解质中,格列齐特产生1催化氢波,峰电位Ep=-1.49 V(vs.SCE). 加入氧化剂K2S2O8后,该催化氢波被催化,峰电流增加约30倍,峰电位基本不变,产生1较灵敏的平行催化氢波. 其二阶导数峰峰电流i'p与格列齐特浓度在1.0×10 -8 ～6.0×10 -6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.997 0,n=10),检出限为5.0×10 -9 mol/L. 测定了片剂中格列齐特的含量,并对加标尿样进行了回收实验,结果准确、可靠,可用于药物制剂中格列齐特含量的测定.
