十二烷基硫酸钠毛细管电泳法因具有快速、分辨率高的优势,已成为单克隆抗体纯度分析的主流方法。在非还原单克隆抗体纯度检测中,其样品前处理过程对于结果有显著影响。为优化样品前处理,考察了以碘乙酰胺和N-乙基马来酰亚胺为巯基封闭剂,在pH 6.0~9.0的样品缓冲液条件下,不同种类和批次的单抗的纯度。发现在两种巯基封闭剂中,高pH的样品缓冲液会影响巯基封闭的效果,产生较多的抗体片段;而在低pH条件下,抗体片段较少,单抗的纯度更高。因此在进行非还原单抗的纯度检测中,pH 6.0的样品缓冲液为最佳的前处理条件。  相似文献

Cu‐doped Ni‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) nanomaterials fabricated through a one‐pot hydrothermal reaction were characterized, and their performance as supercapacitor electrode materials was further studied for the first time. The results indicated that the doping of foreign metals and the introduction of K3[Fe(CN)6] in the KOH electrolyte significantly improve the performance of the supercapacitor. The results indicated that the Ni2.6Cu0.4 MOFs material shows the highest specific capacitance (1282 F g?1 at 1 A g?1 in mixed 2 M KOH and 0.1 M K3[Fe(CN)6]) and optimal capacitance retention (85.7% after 2000 cycles). This work provides a feasible optimization strategy for the construction of MOFs‐based supercapacitor electrode materials with excellent performance, and also provides a reliable experimental and theoretical basis for practical industrial production.  相似文献

Energy components used in solid rocket propellants are beneficial for improving the energy performance, and their thermal decomposition characteristics significantly affect the combustion properties of the propellants. As a kind of energetic material with both high energy and low sensitivity (impact and friction), 5, 5'-bistetrazole-1, 1'-diolate (TKX-50) can effectively improve the energy and safety characteristics of solid propellants. Burning catalyst is another important component of solid propellants, which can significantly improve the burning rate of the propellant and reduce the pressure exponent. Among various burning catalysts, nanoscale transition metal oxides can promote the thermal decomposition of the energetic component, thus enhancing the combustion properties of the solid propellant. However, the catalytic effects of nanoscale transition metal oxides with different morphologies on the thermal decomposition of TKX-50 have rarely been studied. Based on the excellent catalytic activity of Fe2O3 for TKX-50 thermal decomposition, nano-Fe2O3 particles with spherical and tubular microstructures were used for TKX-50 thermal decomposition. The Fe2O3 nanoparticles were successfully fabricated via the solvothermal method and characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses. The XRD, FT-IR, and XPS results confirmed the successful fabrication of spherical and tubular Fe2O3 samples. The SEM and TEM images showed that the spherical Fe2O3 samples are composed of agglomerated Fe2O3 nanoparticles with an average particle size of 110 nm. In addition, the average diameter and length of hollow tubular Fe2O3 nanoparticles are 120 nm and 200 nm, respectively. The catalytic activities of spherical and tubular Fe2O3 for TKX-50 decomposition were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) methods. The DSC and TG-DTG curves showed that both tubular and spherical Fe2O3 could effectively promote TKX-50 thermal decomposition. The first thermal decomposition peak temperature (TFDP) of TKX-50 was reduced by 36.5 K and 26.3 K in the presence of tubular and spherical Fe2O3, respectively, at 10 K·min1. The activation energy (Ea) of TKX-50, determined by the iso-conversional method, was significantly reduced in the presence of both tubular and spherical Fe2O3. The results indicated that the microstructure of the catalyst has a significant effect on its catalytic performance for TKX-50 thermal decomposition, and that tubular Fe2O3 with hollow microstructure possesses better catalytic activity than spherical Fe2O3. The excellent catalytic activity of tubular Fe2O3 can be attributed to the hollow microstructure, which has more active sites for TKX-50 thermal decomposition.  相似文献

初步探讨了毛细管整体柱的制备方法及其在气相色谱分析中的应用。以液相色谱用毛细管整体柱作为研究基础,通过改变甲苯和十二醇的比例,使整体柱适用于气相色谱分析。通过二乙烯苯与键合在管壁上的3-(异丁烯酰氯)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(TMP)键合以及其自身的聚合,获得具有牢固结构、良好机械强度的整体柱。将其用于混合溶剂的分析和白酒标样的分析,可直接分析水中低碳醇。与现有的商品柱进行比较,结果表明所制备的整体柱均优于用以对照的商品色谱柱,其中在混合溶剂的分析中,醇类、酯类、酮类和芳烃类的峰形均优于用于比较的多孔层开口管(PLOT)柱;在白酒标样分析中,使得乙醛、甲醇、乙酸乙酯的色谱峰能够分开,比现有的聚乙二醇(PEG-20M)柱的分析方法更为便捷。  相似文献

The thermal decomposition behavior of double‐base rocket propellant SQ‐2 was studied by a Calvet microcalorimeter at four different heating rates. The kinetic and thermodynamic parameters were obtained from the analysis of the heat flow curves. The critical temperature of thermal explosion (Tb), the self acceleration decomposition temperature (TSADT), the adiabatic decomposition temperature rise (ΔTad), the time‐to‐explosion of adiabatic system (t), critical temperature of hot‐spot initiation (Tcr), critical thermal explosion ambient temperature (Tacr), safety degree (SD) and thermal explosive probability (PTE) were presented to evaluate the thermal hazard of SQ‐2.  相似文献

Ag nanoparticle (NP)‐decorated MIL‐125(Ti) microspheres (Ag@MIL‐125(Ti)) were firstly fabricated via a facile hydrothermal and following photo‐reduction method. The photocatalysts were characterized using X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy and UV–visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The characterization results indicated that Ag NPs were dispersed on the surface of MIL‐125(Ti) microspheres, and the Ag NPs had a uniform diameter of about 40 nm. The composites exhibited excellent visible‐light absorption, due to the modification with the Ag NPs. The photocatalytic activity for the visible‐light‐promoted degradation of Rhodamine B was improved through the optimization of the amount of Ag loaded as a co‐catalyst, this amount being determined as 3 wt%. Additionally, studies performed using radical scavengers indicated that O2? and e? served as the main reactive species. The catalyst can be reused at least five times without significant loss of its catalytic activity. Furthermore, a photocatalytic mechanism for degradation of organics over Ag@MIL‐125(Ti) is also proposed. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A polypyridyl nickel complex of [Ni(phen)(H2O)4]SO4?2H2O (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. The results indicated that the central nickel ion is in a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline and four water molecules. The crystal data for this complex are: a=8.8797(18) Å, b=18.468(4) Å, c=22.081(4) Å, α=90°, β=90°, γ=90°, R 1=0.0533, and wR 2=0.2095. Electrochemical experiments showed that the complex could be reoxidized at a gold electrode under the precondition of electrolysis stripping. According to the results of cyclic voltammetry and coulometry, an electrochemical reaction mechanism was proposed. The DNA binding properties of the complex were further investigated by electronic absorption spectrophotometry and electrochemistry. The binding constant and the binding mode between the two species were estimated based on the spectroscopic and electrochemical results.  相似文献
