In this paper, we propose a new physical method in combination with mixed solution of thiazone and polyethylene glycol 400 (thiazone PEG 400 solution) penetration into tissue to assess the skin optical clearing. Four treatments were performed: (1) control group (C); (2) polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG400); (3) 0.25% thiazone (0.25%T); (4) 0.25% thiazone and 5-min ultrasound (0.25%T/SP). The diffuse reflectance spectra and imaging depth of human skin in vivo at different times were measured by spectroscopy and optical coherence tomography (OCT). The optical clearing efficacy of skin was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that the diffuse reflectance at 540 nm of samples at 10 min after being treated by 0.25%T/SP decreased by approximately 15.51%, whereas, 0.46%, 4.73% and 5.75% were received in C, PEG400 and 0.25%T, respectively. And at 60 min, the decrease in diffuse reflectance of samples in 0.25%T/SP is about 2.22-fold, 1.20-fold compared with that of the samples in PEG 400 and 0.25%T, at 540 nm, respectively. Simultaneously, 0.25%T/SP results in 41.33% increase in OCT 1/e light penetration depth after 60 min. There was a significant difference in the optical clearing effect on skin between ultrasound-mixed solution of thiazone in combination with PEG 400 and the mixed solution (P < 0.05).  相似文献

Blends of linear low‐density polyethylene (LLDPE) with polystyrene (PS) and blends of LLDPE with high‐impact polystyrene (HIPS) were prepared through a reactive extrusion method. For increased compatibility of the two blending components, a Lewis acid catalyst, aluminum chloride (AlCl3), was adopted to initiate the Friedel–Crafts alkylation reaction between the blending components. Spectra data from Raman spectra of the LLDPE/PS/AlCl3 blends extracted with tetrahydrofuran verified that LLDPE segments were grafted to the para position of the benzene rings of PS, and this confirmed the graft structure of the Friedel–Crafts reaction between the polyolefin and PS. Because the in situ generated LLDPE‐g‐PS and LLDPE‐g‐HIPS copolymers acted as compatibilizers in the relative blending systems, the mechanical properties of the LLDPE/PS and LLDPE/HIPS blending systems were greatly improved. For example, after compatibilization, the Izod impact strength of an LLDPE/PS blend (80/20 w/w) was increased from 88.5 to 401.6 J/m, and its elongation at break increased from 370 to 790%. For an LLDPE/HIPS (60/40 w/w) blend, its Charpy impact strength was increased from 284.2 to 495.8 kJ/m2. Scanning electron microscopy micrographs showed that the size of the domains decreased from 4–5 to less than 1 μm, depending on the content of added AlCl3. The crystallization behavior of the LLDPE/PS blend was investigated with differential scanning calorimetry. Fractionated crystallization phenomena were noticed because of the reduction in the size of the LLDPE droplets. The melt‐flow rate of the blending system depended on the competition of the grafting reaction of LLDPE with PS and the degradation of the blending components. The degradation of PS only happened during the alkylation reaction between LLDPE and PS. Gel permeation chromatography showed that the alkylation reaction increased the molecular weight of the blend polymer. 为发现防治蚜虫的新型活性化合物,以蚜虫报警信息素E-β法尼烯(EBF)为先导,设计合成了20个未见文献报道的含吡唑环甲酰胺基EBF类似物,所有化合物结构均通过1H NMR,IR及HRMS确证.初步生物活性研究表明,部分目标化合物对五日龄豆蚜(Aphis craccivora Koch)在600mg/L时表现出较好的杀虫活性,其中5a及5k对豆蚜活性与商品化药剂氟虫腈及先导化合物EBF相当,甚至优于EBF.对影响目标化合物的活性因素进行了初步探讨.  相似文献

合成了不同离子化程度的磺酸型阴离子聚氨酯离聚物,并通过红外光谱、示差扫描量热、动态力学、应力-应变等方法研究了它们的性能,结果表明:离子化程度不同对聚氨酯离聚物的软硬段相容性有较大的影响,引入少量离子,使软硬段相容性提高,引入大量离子时,则又使软硬段相分离程度提高,随着离子化程度的提高,材料的抗张强度、水溶性逐步提高,为控制聚氨酯材料的亲水性及制备水溶性聚氨酯提供了一种新途径。  相似文献

Perylene diimide (PDI) and naphthalene diimides (NDIs) are compounds widely used in supramolecular structures due to their versatile and functional properties. They have high absorptions and photoluminescence capabilities, which make them ideal for electronic transition studies. Reflux method, a widely employed synthetic technique, was utilized to synthesize NDI and PDI derivatives. In this method, the respective amino acids and NTDA (naphthalene-1,4,5,8-tetracarboxylic dianhydride) were combined in acetic acid and the resulting mixture was subjected to reflux. This study centered on a diverse set of NDI and PDI ligands, comprising L-ala-NDI, B-ala-NDI, Gly-NDI, Imi-NDI, Pyr-NDI, L-ala-PDI, B-ala-PDI, Gly-PDI, Imi-PDI, and Pyr-PDI ligands. Crystal structures were obtained for three NDI ligands, while the characterization of all ligands involved several analytical techniques such as NMR, IR, UV, DFT, TD-DFT calculations, and single-crystal x-ray crystallography specifically for the NDI ligands. The investigation focused on studying the electron acceptor/donor behavior of the NDI and PDI ligands, identifying their potential for charge transfer applications. Furthermore, the NLO (nonlinear optical) response of all 10 NDI and PDI ligands was assessed through an analysis involving HOMO-LUMO, TDM, EDDM, NCI, Iso-surface, MEP, natural population, and DOS analysis. This evaluation encompassed the examination of linear polarizability, as well as first and second hyperpolarizability in the context of NLO. The findings of the study revealed that Gly-PDI, Imi-PDI, L-ala-PDI, and B-ala-PDI ligands displayed a higher NLO response compared with the other ligands. These results highlight the potential of these ligands for nonlinear optical applications. The comprehensive characterization and assessment of the NDI and PDI ligands contribute to a deeper understanding of their electron properties, positioning them as promising candidates for charge transfer and nonlinear optical materials.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the complex Swift-Hohenberg(CSH) equation $\frac{\partial u}{\partial t}=\lambda u-(\alpha+\mathrm{i}\beta)\l(1+\frac{\partial^2}{\partial x^2}\r)^2u-(\sigma+\mathrm{i}\rho)|u|^2u $ subject to periodic boundary conditions. 研究了用ICP-AES法测定Au-Be合金中Be及萃取Au后测定微量Pt、Pd、Rh、Ir、Ag等25个杂质元素的方法。元素间的干扰用等效浓度法校正。杂质元素标准加入回收率为96-107%,相对标准偏差为1.7-12%。取2.5g试样时相对分析下限为1×10^-4-5×10^4%。测定合金成分Be时相对误差不大于2%。  相似文献
