With the purpose to use for therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM), blood concentrations of tobramycin (TOB) in each patient were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA). A RIA kit of TOB (Clinical assay-Japan Travenol) was evaluated for precision and recovery, in that partial improvement of the method was made, in order to measure low level of TOB. The RIA was compared with high-performance-liquid-chromatography (HPLC), bioassay (BA) and 2 kinds of enzyme immunoassay (EIA) (EMIT and SLFIA). The RIA of TOB revealed high precision (1.8-2.4% in C.V.) and high reproducibility (5.0-6.9% in C.V.). It was found that this RIA kit can be used for measuring low level of serum TOB concentrations by a modification of the method. The total range of measurable blood level is from 0.1 to 16.0 micrograms/ml. The nearly one to one correspondence was observed between RIA and other 4 methods, when 154 samples obtained from 18 cases were measured. A representative case of TDM for TOB was demonstrated, in which predicted concentrations agreed fairly well with actual measured values at steady state. It was concluded that the RIA kit is useful for clinical application of TDM for the adequate dosage regimen of TOB. Modification of the method for rapid assay of a small number of samples will increase the clinical usefulness.  相似文献

Neutral ruthenium(II) complexes [RuLL'(CN)2] (L, L' = bpy, dmb, dbb; bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, dmb = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine, dbb = 4,4'-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine) were prepared, and the luminescence characteristics of the complexes in the solid state were measured. The luminescence was tuned by crystal waters included in the crystals; for example, [Ru(dbb)2(CN)2] x 2H2O, [Ru(dbb)2(CN)2] x H2O, and [Ru(dbb)2(CN)2] emit luminescence at 640, 685, and 740 nm, respectively.  相似文献

We introduce reflectionfunctors on quiver varieties. They are hyper-Kähler isometries between quiver varieties with different parameters, related by elements in the Weyl group. The definition is motivated by the origial reflection functor given by Bernstein-Gelfand-Ponomarev [1], but they behave much nicely. They are isomorphisms and satisfy the Weyl group relations. As an application, we define Weyl group representations of homology groups of quiver varieties. They are analogues of Slodowys construction of Springer representations of the Weyl group. In order to investigate the relation among the superconducting transition Tc, carrier density n, resistivity ρ and the microstructure in the polycrystalline (In2O3)1?x–(ZnO)x films, we prepared specimen films by post annealing of amorphous films with x = 0.025 at various annealing temperature Ta and for annealing time ta = 1 h and 4 h. As for microstructures, we have investigated the distribution of elements by scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) and electron energy-loss spectroscopy (EELS). We have found followings: (1) The annealed films clearly show the superconductivity of which Tc depends on Ta, ta and n. This indicates that the superconductivity is determined by the combination of crystallinity and carrier density. (2) The data on STEM–EELS spectra mapping of indium plasmon indicate that droplets of the pure indium phase exist inside a film, where the distribution of these droplets dispersed. Therefore, it seems that droplets do not form an electrical conducting path, that is, it is possible that observed superconductivity is due to intrinsic characteristic of polycrystalline (In2O3)1?x–(ZnO)x films.  相似文献

The structural correlations including the lattice constants and the mosaic dispersions between CeO2 and yttria-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) in CeO2/YSZ/Si(001) heteroepitaxial films have been investigated by out-of-plane and in-plane X-ray-diffraction techniques. The distinct linear correlations of the full width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the ω scan between CeO2 and YSZ have been found in both directions. CeO2 always has a 0.7° lower FWHM of the ω scan than YSZ in the out-of-plane direction, but has a 2.6° higher FWHM in the in-plane direction. A possible relationship between the out-of-plane and in-plane FWHMs of the ω scans has been demonstrated with a lattice-rotation model. Besides, the lattice constants of CeO2 are dependent on the FWHMs of the YSZ ω scans: as the FWHM is below 3.5°, CeO2 has a tetragonal distortion, and as the FWHM is higher than 3.5°, CeO2 exhibits a cubic structure without distortion. The results are of great interest, both for the fundamental understanding of the film-growth mechanisms and for potential applications. Let ${(M,\mathcal{F})}$ be a closed manifold with a Riemannian foliation. The Álvarez class of ${(M,\mathcal{F})}$ is a cohomology class of M of degree 1 whose triviality characterizes the minimizability or the geometrically tautness of ${(M,\mathcal{F})}$ . We show that the integral of the Álvarez class of ${(M,\mathcal{F})}$ along every closed path is the logarithm of an algebraic integer if π1 M is polycyclic or ${\mathcal{F}}$ is of polynomial growth.  相似文献

Square‐planar coordinate Ni2+ ions in oxides are exclusively limited to a low‐spin state (S=0) owing to extensive crystal field splitting. Layered oxychalcogenides A2NiIIO2Ag2Se2 (A=Sr, Ba) with the S=1 NiO2 square lattice are now reported. The structural analysis revealed that the Ni2+ ion is under‐bonded by a significant tensile strain from neighboring Ag2Se2 layers, leading to the reduction in crystal field splitting. Ba2NiO2Ag2Se2 exhibits a G‐type spin order at 130 K, indicating fairly strong in‐plane interactions. The high‐pressure synthesis employed here possibly assists the expansion of NiO2 square lattice by taking the advantage of the difference in compressibility in oxide and selenide layers.  相似文献
