A flow injection chemiluminescence method is proposed for the determination of cobalt, based on the strong catalytic effect of Cobalt(II) (1,10-phenanthroline)3 complex on the lucigenin-periodate reaction in alkaline medium. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the chemiluminescence signal responded linearly to the concentration of cobalt(II) in the 1.0 × 10−9–3.0 × 10−7 g mL−1 range with a detection limit of 4.4 × 10−10 g mL−1 cobalt(II). The relative standard deviation for the determination of 5.0 × 10−8 g mL−1 of cobalt was 2.3% in eleven replicated measurements. The method was successfully applied to the determination of cobalt(II) in pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of scheduling n jobs on m machines in an open shop environment so that the sum of completion times or mean flow time becomes minimal. It continues recent work by Bräsel et al. [H. Bräsel, A. Herms, M. Mörig, T. Tautenhahn, T. Tusch, F. Werner, Heuristic constructive algorithms for open shop scheduling to minmize mean flow time, European J. Oper. Res., in press (doi.10.1016/j.ejor.2007.02.057)] on constructive algorithms. For this strongly NP-hard problem, we present two iterative algorithms, namely a simulated annealing and a genetic algorithm. For the simulated annealing algorithm, several neighborhoods are suggested and tested together with the control parameters of the algorithm. For the genetic algorithm, new genetic operators are suggested based on the representation of a solution by the rank matrix describing the job and machine orders. Extensive computational results are presented for problems with up to 50 jobs and 50 machines, respectively. The algorithms are compared relative to each other, and the quality of the results is also estimated partially by a lower bound for the corresponding preemptive open shop problem. For most of the problems, the genetic algorithm is superior when fixing the same number of 30 000 generated solutions for each algorithm. However, in contrast to makespan minimization problems, where the focus is on problems with an equal number of jobs and machines, it turns out that problems with a larger number of jobs than machines are the hardest problems.  相似文献

Abstract— It is shown that in attached mustard cotyledons graded control of chlorophyll synthesis by physiologically active phytochrome (Pfr) and threshold control by Pfr of the 'potential capacity' to photophosphorylate are totally different phytochrome actions even though both controls are essential for the build-up of the same functional complex, the machinery for photophosphorylation. The essential findings are as follows: The action of Pfr (made by a 1 min red light pulse) on the capacity and efficiency of photophosphorylation is rapid—detectable after 15 min and completed after 30 min—whereas the action of Pfr on chlorophyll formation is slower—only detectable 45 min after the original red light pulse (R). Detailed escape studies (loss of full reversibility of the inductive effect of a R pulse by far-red) show that the effect of a R pulse on chlorophyll synthesis remains fully reversible for 45 min whereas the action of Pfr on the capacity for photophosphorylation is very fast (occurring within 2 min). Control of capacity for photophosphorylation is a threshold response (whereby the threshold value is approximately 1.25% Pfr based on total phytochrome at 36 h = 100%) whereas control by Pfr of chlorophyll synthesis is graded. Control of capacity for photophosphorylation by Pfr only operates if the hypocotyl hook is connected to the cotyledons for at least 2 min after the inductive R pulse, i.e. until full escape from reversibility has occurred, whereas chlorophyll formation in the cotyledons is not affected by the separation of hook and cotyledons.  相似文献

In the mustard seedling (Sinapis alba L.) the appearance of photodetectable phytochrome and synthesis of relatively abundant cytosolic hemoproteins (nitrite reductase, ascorbate peroxidase) are stimulated rather than impaired by a photooxidative treatment of the plastids. While the ability to synthesize protoporphyrin IX from exogenous 5-aminolevulinic acid was preserved in the photooxidatively damaged plants, protochlorophyll and chlorophyll accumulation was no longer possible. It appears from our data that in higher plants the pathway of tetrapymole synthesis up to protoporphyrin IX is not adversely affected by a photooxidative treatment of the plastids that destroys the capacity of the organelle to synthesize chlorophyll.  相似文献

Silver nanoparticles were generated based on citrate reduction in the ultrastructure of the sporopollenin biopolymer of Ambrosia artemisiifolia (ragweed) and Secale cereale (rye). The nanoparticles enable the acquisition of SERS spectra and thereby a vibrational characterization of the local molecular structure of sporopollenin.  相似文献
