Quantitative determination of ppb-order 10B was carried out in a small number of cultured tumor cells by particle tracks by the 10B(n,)7Li reactions using solid state nuclear track detector (SSNTD) for boron neutron capture therapy research. The detection limit of 10B concentration in tumor cells is less than 1·10-3 ppm under our experimental conditions which permits the quantitative determination of 10B in a small number of boronated tumor cells (105/ml = ca. 0.1 mg). Boron quantities in tumor cells determined were well compatible with the tumor cell killing effects of boron neutron capture therapy.  相似文献

The lankacidin biosynthetic gene cluster in Streptomyces rochei strain 7434AN4 was found to span 31 kb of the giant linear plasmid pSLA2-L and contain a polyketide synthase (PKS)/nonribosomal peptide synthetase (NRPS) hybrid gene (lkcA), type I PKS genes, and pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) biosynthetic genes (lkcK-lkcO). Feeding of PQQ to a pqq mutant restored the lankacidin production, suggesting its crucial role in an oxidation process. However, formation of the 17-membered macrocyclic ring was not catalyzed by PQQ-dependent dehydrogenase (Orf23), but was by flavin-dependent amine oxidase (LkcE). Compound LC-KA05 isolated from an lkcE disruptant was an acyclic intermediate lacking the C2-C18 linkage. These results suggested a cyclization mechanism for the synthesis of the lankacidin macrocyclic skeleton.  相似文献

Three types of bi‐functionalized copolymers ( P1FAz , P2FAz , and P3FAz ) with different numbers of fluorene units and an azobenzene unit were synthesized and characterized using UV–vis and polarized absorption spectroanalysis. The trans‐cis photoisomerization was conformed under 400 nm light irradiation for all copolymers in chloroform. However, in the film state, only the transcis photoisomerization occurred by mono‐fluorene attached copolymer poly[(9,9‐di‐n‐octylfluorenyl‐2,7‐diyl)‐alt‐4,4′‐azobenzene)] ( P1FAz ). Photo‐induced alignment was achieved using the P1FAz film after irradiation with linear polarized 400 nm light and subsequent annealing at 60 °C. Surface orientation of a spin‐coating film of poly(9,9‐didodecylfluorene) ( F12 ) was achieved using the photo‐induced alignment layer of the P1FAz film after annealing at 90 °C. The photo‐induced alignment layer of P1FAz has potential application to the surface orientation technique for appropriate polymers, which will be useful for the fabrication of optoelectronics devices. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Laguerre-Gaussian (LG) beams of various higher-order radial modes are generated by using a reflective phase-only liquid crystal on silicon (LCOS) spatial light modulator (SLM). Because of the LCOS SLM's phase-modulation characteristic of a wide spatial bandwidth, a phase modulation scheme effectively generates higher-order LG beams of up to the fifth-order radial mode. We also perform correlation analyses between the observed and the theoretical two-dimensional mode profiles to universally obtain correlation coefficients of more than 0.946, which suggest mode generations of high quality.  相似文献

The reaction of terminal alkynes with hydrosilanes and tert-alkyl isocyanides in the presence of Rh(4)(CO)(12) gives (Z)-β-silyl-α,β-unsaturated imines in good yields. On the other hand, the use of aryl isocyanides in place of tert-alkyl isocyanides leads to the formation of E isomers.  相似文献

The excited state dynamics of the photomerocyanine (PMC) form originating from spirobenzopyran and the bi-functional photochromic compound spirobenzopyran–azobenzene (SpAz), containing typical photochromic molecules of spirobenzopyran (Sp) and azobenzene (Az), were investigated using picosecond time-resolved fluorescence measurements in solution at 200 and 285 K and in a PMMA polymer film at 298 K. While the fluorescence lifetimes of PMC were about twice as long as those of SpAz under all experimental conditions, both lifetimes showed similar strong dependence on viscosity rather than temperature. These results suggest that non-radiative decay to an intermediate state could be accompanied by a significant conformational change. The effect of the Az moiety in this relaxation process is also discussed. It is unlikely that an energy transfer from the PMC moiety to the Az moiety occurs. It was concluded that the PMC moiety in the bi-functional SpAz is independent from the Az moiety.  相似文献

The thermal reaction of C(60) with five- and six-membered morpholinocycloalkenes in refluxing toluene exclusively gave the [2+2] cycloadducts in high yields. However, a seven-membered homologue sluggishly reacted with C(60) because of the increasing steric hindrance. This cycloaddition reaction is likely to proceed via a single electron transfer (SET), a radical-coupling, and subsequent ion cyclization rather than the prior proton transfer between the radical ions.  相似文献

A partial-wave analysis of the ω ωπ0-system produced in the π- p→ωπ0 n reaction at 38 GeV/c beam momentum has been performed. A new 5?- meson state,ρ 5(22350), with a massM=2330±35 MeV and a width Γ=400±100 MeV, is observed. The analysis also confirms the 1?- ρ(2150) meson, a radial-orbital excitation of the ρ(770), observed earlier by the GAMS Collaboration.  相似文献
