5,11-Diazadibenzo[hi,qr]tetracene was synthesized as a new nitrogen-substituted polycyclic heteroaromatic compound by Pd-catalyzed cycloisomerization of an alkyne precursor followed by oxidative cyclization with bis(trifluoroacetoxy)iodobenzene. The substitution of imine-type nitrogen atoms significantly enhanced its electron-accepting character and facilitated the direct nucleophilic addition of arylamines under strongly basic conditions to afford the desired amino-substituted products. The introduction of amino groups induced a remarkable red-shift in their absorption spectra; the tetrasubstituted product exhibited intense near-infrared absorbing property. Furthermore, the π-electronic system, which includes a redox-active 1,4-diazabutadiene moiety, underwent reversible interconversion to its corresponding reduced form upon reduction with NaBH4 and aerobic oxidation.  相似文献

In this note we consider the Schrödinger equation on compact manifolds equipped with possibly degenerate metrics. We prove Strichartz estimates with a loss of derivatives. The rate of loss of derivatives depends on the degeneracy of metrics. For the non-degenerate case we obtain, as an application of the main result, the same Strichartz estimates as that in the elliptic case. This extends Strichartz estimates for Riemannian metrics proved by Burq-Gérard-Tzvetkov to the non-elliptic case and improves the result by Salort for the degenerate case. We also investigate the optimality of the result for the case on 𝕊3 × 𝕊3.  相似文献

Lipophilic bisanthracene-based fluorophore and its derivatives were synthesized by the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction of 9-anthrylboronic acid with a substituted dibromobenzene. In addition to desirable fluorescent properties, these molecular systems were demonstrated to serve as versatile building blocks toward the synthesis of two types of new light-harvesting dendrimers due to their chemical stability.  相似文献

We report the energy dispersions of the highest occupied molecular orbitals (HOMO)-derived bands of a pentacene (Pn) thin film, whose in-plane structure resembles closely that of the ab plane of a low-density bulk Pn phase. Our present photoemission result indicates that the overlap of the pi-orbitals of adjacent Pn molecules is larger than what was expected from theoretical calculations. Further, of the two HOMO-derived bands, the large dispersion width of the band with higher binding energy suggests that this one mainly contributes to the bandlike charge transport in a Pn crystal.  相似文献

A polyol compound, amdigenol A, was isolated from the dinoflagellate Amphidinium sp. that adhered to the surface of the marine alga Digenea simplex. A structural elucidation was performed by 2D-NMR spectroscopy, degradation with a second generation Hoveyda–Grubbs catalyst and ESI-CID-MS/MS analyses. Amdigenol A consists of a C98-linear carbon backbone including two core structures of amphidinol analogs and is likely formed linearly by two amphidinol analogs.  相似文献

An antireflective structure with two-dimensional 300-nm periodicity was fabricated on a phosphate glass surface using an imprinting process with a SiC mold. The optimized structure designed using RCWA calculation was a convex circular cone sharing the ridge line of adjacent cones. The SiC mold was fabricated using electron beam drawing and subsequent reactive ion etching with CHF3 and O2 gases. The glass’ surface reflectance was estimated as 0.2% at 530 nm wavelength, which was approximately 1/20 that of the optically polished surface.  相似文献

Small-sized albumin gel microspheres, MSs, containing 5-fluorouracil (5FU) with targeting moieties on their surfaces (average diameter: 1.5 μm) were prepared by the glutaraldehyde crosslinking method and suspension technique. Since galactose is known to interact specifically with the asialoglycoprotein receptor on hepato-cyte, the galactose residues were introduced on the surface of MSs as the targeting moieties for hepatoma through polyethylene glycol (PEG) spacers. PEG spacers were employed to depress the immu-nogenicity of albumin, to keep the mobility of the galactose residues, and to heighten the distributive stability of the MSs in aqueous solution. It was confirmed by ESC A analysis that the PEG chains were introduced onto the surfaces of MSs. The amount of galactose residues introduced to MS were estimated to be 0.013 wt%. The intra-MSs aggregation was observed by the addition of Ricinus Communis Agglutinin I (RCA120) into the MS suspension, and then the aggregation of MSs was dissociated by addition of free lactose. Moreover, by incubation of the MSs with human hepatoma HLE cells, the phenomena of MS's specific binding onto HLE cell surfaces and phagocytosis of MSs by HLE cells were observed. These results suggested that the galactose residues on the surface of MSs were recognized with the galactose receptors on hepatoma cell surfaces. The release rate of 5FU from MSs was investigated in vitro in physiological saline at 37OC. About 90% of encapsulated 5FU were found to be released from MSs through incubation for 8 h.  相似文献
