The amide 6 has been synthesised by reacting the amine 3 with dichloroketene in situ. This amide 6 on nitration gave formal 7, which when reacted with acetic anhydride and p-toluene sulfonic acid underwent regioselective cleavage of the dioxane ring to furnish the hemiacetal 11. Films of nanocrystalline γ-Fe2O3 were deposited on silicon substrates by using the technique of electrophoretic deposition. The precursor powder was nanocrystalline γ-Fe2O3, which was synthesized, using DC arc plasma in the oxygen ambient by vapour–vapour interaction in gas phase condensation; at a stabilized arc current of 40 A. This powder was characterized by X-ray diffraction, Transmission Electron Microscopy, Vibrating Sample Magnetometer and Mössbauer Spectroscopy. An increase in directional coercivity was observed in case of films deposited on silicon substrates, which is dramatically significant. Preferred orientation of almost similar sized nanocrystalline magnetic domains in deposited films is evident from the results of X-ray diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscopy results. The preferred alignment of the nanocrystallites seems to be responsible for the significant changes observed in magnetic properties of films. 相似文献

The synthesis of a new perfluorinated stationary phase based on silica hydride using a hydrosilation reaction was investigated. The material was characterized by elemental analysis, diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy and 13C cross‐polarization magic‐angle spinning NMR spectroscopy. The retention properties of this new material were tested in the reversed‐phase and normal‐phase mode. Variable buffer strength experiments at two pH conditions for selected polar compounds were used to compare the new phase to hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography retention. These results and previous data reported in the literature were used to postulate differences in the retention mechanism between hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography and silica hydride‐based stationary phases. 相似文献

With increasing demand for perfumes, flavors, beverages, and pharmaceuticals, the various associated industries are resorting to different approaches to enhance yields of desired compounds. The use of fixed-bed biocatalytic reactors in some of the processes for making fine chemicals will be of great value because the reaction times could be reduced substantially as well as high conversion and yields obtained. In the current study, a continuous-flow packed-bed reactor of immobilized Candida antarctica lipase B (Novozym 435) was employed for synthesis of various geraniol esters. Optimization of process parameters such as biocatalyst screening, effect of solvent, mole ratio, temperature and acyl donors was studied in a continuous-flow packed-bed reactor. Maximum conversion of ~ 87% of geranyl propionate was achieved in 15 min residence time at 70 °C using geraniol and propionic acid with a 1:1 mol ratio. Novozym 435 was found to be the most active and stable biocatalyst among all tested. Ternary complex mechanism with propionic acid inhibition was found to fit the data. 相似文献
