利用自组装技术在金电极表面构造了具有不同前端健长度偶氮苯功能化的单分子膜体系:Au/S(CH2)nNHCO-N=N-OCH2CH3(n=2,3,4,6).研究结果表明,仍氮苯到金电极的表现电子转移速率随它们之间的距离长度的增加而呈指数性的下降趋势.基于Marcus电子隧穿理论,得到了此自组装膜体系的长程电子隧穿系数ρ=(1.35±0.2)/CH2在和可逆电活性分子自组装膜体系及理论计算相比较的基础上,从偶氮苯分子自组装膜结构与电子转移过程的关系角度对这一结果进行了分析和说明. 相似文献

为了分析烤烟中游离氨基酸含量与烤烟香型、产地的关系,以国内14个烟草种植省份的138个调制后的烤烟中部叶片为材料,采用柱前衍生-超高效液相色谱-单重四极杆质谱法对烤烟中的20种游离氨基酸进行分析。方法表征结果显示该方法满足分析要求,适合烤烟中游离氨基酸的检测。对调制后烤烟中部叶片的游离氨基酸分析结果显示,烤烟的游离氨基酸含量在产地间差异很大(28.50%~94.20%),其中天冬酰胺、谷氨酰胺含量的相对标准偏差(RSD)超过80%;在3种典型香型(浓香型、清香型和中间香型)烤烟中,浓香型烤烟游离氨基酸含量的RSD大于其他两种香型。对同一香型的不同种植省份和同一省份不同香型的烤烟游离氨基酸分析结果显示,其含量呈现一定的规律。 相似文献

Ordered mesoporous silica thin films have been prepared on silicon substrates by spin-coating technique using poly(alkaline oxide) triblock copolymers EO20PO70EO20 (P123) as structure-directing agent. The X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy investigations show that the obtained mesoporous silica thin films have an ordered pore array structure in nanoscale. The atomic force microscopy analysis reveals that the obtained mesoporous silica thin films exhibit a tile arrangement structure in micron scale. 相似文献

During glycerol fed-batch fermentation, the process could be divided into multiple equal subintervals, and the feed operation
was performed in pulse form at the start of each subinterval. Based on the macrokinetic models, the multipulse feed strategy
for both glucose and corn steep slurry was determined by a general nonlinear optimization approach to maximize the final glycerol
productivity and still control the residual glucose at a low concentration. The experimental results in a 600-mL Airlift Loop
Reactor showed that the tested data with this strategy agreed well with the corresponding model prediction, and that the feed
mode with nonlinear optimization could improve the glycerol productivity significantly compared with those determined just

Microporous polymer membranes continue to receive tremendous attention for energy-efficient gas separation processes owing to their high separation performances. A new network microporous polyamide membrane with good molecular-sieving performance for the separation of N2 from a volatile organic compound (VOC) mixture is described. Triple-substituted triptycene was used as the main monomer to form a fisherman's net-shaped polymer, which readily forms a composite membrane by solution casting. This membrane exhibited outstanding separation performance and good stability for the molecular-sieving separation of N2 over VOCs such as cyclohexane. The rejection rate of the membrane reached 99.2 % with 2098 Barrer N2 permeability at 24 °C under 4 kPa. RA-IR Studies on the Structure of Mercapto-Ended Azobenzene Derivatives in Self-Assembled Monolayers
Self-Assembled Monolayers (SAMs) were prepared from mercapto-ended azobenzene derivatives with the structure of n-CnH2n+1, AzoO(CH2)mSH (n=4,6,8,10,12; m=3,5). the structure of these SAMs was thoroughly studied with grazing-angle incident reflection absorption FT1R technique and wettability measurement. the results suggested that the plane of Azobenzene system of the assembling molecules in the SAMs lies on its back with an approximate angle of 22° included between the substrate surface normal and the Azobenzene plane. Tail alkyl groups (n-CnH2n+1) in these assembling molecules were considered to be in an all-trans conformation, as if they were in a crystalline-like environment. and the C-C-C plane of these all-trans tail alkyl groups, while n≤8, lies also on its back with an angle about 70° between its plane and the substrate surface normal. the conformation of these head groups (-O(CH2)mSH) in SAMs are disturbed by many structural factors. While m=3 or 5, the head group chain was proposed to remain in a gauche conformation to fit the upright orientation of the Azobenzene plane. the packing density was investigated by measuring the contact angle of water on these SAMs. the results showed that the self-assembled monolayer films are perfectly packed and the coverage density might be improved with increasing the length of both tail and head alkyl chains. 相似文献

Micro-PIV是近年来发展起来的一种微尺度流动测速技术.它是传统PIV测量与光学显微技术相结合的一种整场、瞬态、定量测量方法, 其基本测速原理与传统PIV相同, 但在示踪粒子选择、图像获取和处理等方面两者存在较大差别.Micro-PIV突破了传统微尺度流体力学测量手段的局限性, 使得对微尺度流动元件的研究从过去只能给出流量、阻力特性等有限信息逐步转向对全流场内流结构的直接测量上, 并且达到了相当高的分辨率和测量精度.本文对近几年Micro-PIV技术发展状况进行了总结和分析, 论述了Micro-PIV技术与传统PIV的主要区别以及具体的处理技术, 反映了其在科学与工程中的应用,并对此项技术的发展作了展望. 相似文献
