A mathematical model of laser beam treatment of double layer alloys (Ni/Fe, Al/Fe and Cr/Fe systems) describing the effect of laser beam on different physical and geometrical parameters of coated layer system has been adapted. The numerical solutions of the non-homogeneous heat-transport differential equation could estimate the temperature of the treated region.The suggested model allows investigation of the temperature distribution as a function of treated surface and laser parameters. The physical parameters of the treated materials were taken as functions of temperature due to the change in the temperature of the treated double layer materials. 相似文献

In this paper, we prove the global existence of smooth solutions to the three‐dimensional incompressible magnetohydrodynamical system with initial data close enough to the equilibrium state, (e3,0). Compared with previous works by Lin, Xu, and Zhang and by Xu and Zhang, here we present a new Lagrangian formulation of the system, which is a damped wave equation and which is nondegenerate only in the direction of the initial magnetic field. Furthermore, we remove the admissible condition on the initial magnetic field, which was required in the earlier works. By using the Frobenius theorem and anisotropic Littlewood‐Paley theory for the Lagrangian formulation of the system, we achieve the global L1‐in‐time Lipschitz estimate of the velocity field, which allows us to conclude the global existence of solutions to this system. In the case when the initial magnetic field is a constant vector, the large‐time decay rate of the solution is also obtained.© 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

An adsorbent for the high-performance affinity chromatography of antisteroid antibodies was prepared, based on a commercial pre-packed column. The column contained activated microparticulate silica beads bearing epoxide functions, on which the steroid dexamethasone was covalently linked. The column was used successfully for the rapid and complete isolation of several hundred microgram amounts of specific antidexamethasone antibodies from rabbit antisera. The practical aspects of the purification procedure, especially the optimization of the washing and of the elution steps, are detailed. Despite non-biospecific elution with 20% acetonitrile in an acidic buffer, the purification yield was very satisfactory and the biological activity of the purified immunoglobulins appeared excellent. 相似文献

A mathematical model describing the dynamic emission of a single mode TE CO2 laser with saturable absorber has been adapted. A six-temperature model has been used to describe the amplifying medium, while a four-coupled energy level is used to describe the selective absorbing medium. The suggested mathematical model allows the investigation of the effects of the intracavity absorber on the mode characteristics of the TE CO2 laser and, moreover, the study of the effect of the laser input parameters on the output laser pulse. The model simulates the passive Q-switch in both low- and high-pressure cases in the absorbing medium.
In addition, numerical solutions of a non-linear rate equation system of the suggested model are quantitatively discussed. The solutions describe the photon number density, the population inversion and the energy transfer processes of amplifying and absorbing media. 相似文献

A mathematical model describing the dynamic emission of the intracavity frequency doubling (IFD) of a gain-switched two-section InGaAs/GaAs diode laser has been presented. One section is electrically pumped to provide gain, while the second section is unpumped (reverse biased) to provide a saturable absorber. The three-dimensional physical problem is reduced to one-dimensional model using adiabatic approximation, which allows the separation of the wavefunction. The suggested model in this paper allows studying the impact of the variations of the input InGaAs/GaAs/KTP diode laser parameters on the output pulsation characteristics. The proposed mathematical model is solved numerically using fourth-order Runge-Kutta method. The numerical calculations reflect the influence of the variation of the applied gain current and saturable bias current on the output laser pulse characteristics. The numerical results show good consistency with the available experimental data in references. 相似文献

In this contribution, a novel type of piezoelectric tubular energy harvester based on fluctuating fluid pressure is investigated. Analytic model of the proposed energy harvester is built under the assumption of axisymmetric radial vibration. Exact solution of the piezoelectric vibrating tube is obtained with its output performances formulated. A series of numerical simulations are conducted to investigate the influences of geometrical parameters, input mechanical load parameters and output electrical load parameters upon the output performances of the proposed piezoelectric tubular energy harvester. The model and simulation results indicate the potential of the proposed piezoelectric tubular energy harvester. It is expected that the energy harvester be useful in powering wireless sensor network for the health monitoring of hydraulic systems, where fluid conveying pipe vibration is omnipresent. 相似文献

A mathematical model describing the dynamic emission of the Q-switched ruby laser has been adapted. The suggested model allows the investigation of the effects of a dye cell on the mode characteristics of the ruby laser and, moreover, the study of the effect of the laser input parameters on the output laser pulse. This model simulates the nonlinear effects of dye pulse modulation on the laser emission.In addition, a numerical solution of a nonlinear rate equation system of the adapted model is discussed. The solution estimates the density of the emitted radiation, population inversion and energy transfer processes of the ruby laser rod and dye cell for different emission regimes (one pulse regime, free running pulses, repetition periodic pulses). The estimated results of the laser output pulse characteristics are in a good agreement with the other calculated and experimental results. 相似文献
