5-Allyl-7,7-difluoro-2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-6-(4-methoxyphenyl)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrazolo[4,3-c]pyridine-3-amine represents a fluorinated heterocyclic scaffold, potentially attractive. It was synthesized via Michael addition, Mannich reaction of the difluorinated ethyl bromoacetate with a benzotriazole derivative, followed by a Dieckmann condensation. Starting from simple materials, this efficient route which gives access to novel functionalized N-(5-allyl-7,7-dihalo)-4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-indazol-3-yl)-carboxymides, was explored and adapted for parallel synthesis, resulting in a compound library.  相似文献

A new type of covalent binderless bulk modified electrode has been fabricated and used in the simultaneous determination of lead and cadmium ions at nanomolar level. The modification of graphitic carbon with 4-amino salicylic acid was carried out under microwave irradiation through the amide bond formation. The electrochemical behavior of the fabricated electrode has been carried out to decipher the interacting ability of the functional moieties present on the modifier molecules toward the simultaneous determination of Pb2+ and Cd2+ ions using cyclic and differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry. The possible mode of interaction of functional groups with metal ions is proposed based on the pKa values of the modifier functionalities present on the surface of graphitic carbon particles. The analytical utility of the proposed sensor has been validated by measuring the lead and cadmium content from pretreated waste water samples of lead acid batteries.  相似文献

A series of small molecules, theophylline acetohydrazide hydrazone derivatives were obtained via condensation of theophylline-7-acetohydrazide with different aromatic/heterocyclic aldehydes. The compounds were synthesized and characterized by using conventional methods. Further, the compounds and standard drugs were evaluated against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain, the activity obtained was varying depending on the functional group attached to theophylline acetohydrazide hydrazone compounds. Among these, Br-substituted compounds showed more potent against M. tuberculosis with MIC 3.6–4 μM and better than the reference drugs used. The molecular docking studies have shown the possible binding modes of the compounds with protein (PDB ID: 4RHX); the compound 4h has shown highest glide score and binding energy. For all compounds, ADME properties were predicted.  相似文献

A new type of covalent bulk modified glassy carbon composite electrode has been fabricated and utilized in the simultaneous determination of lead and cadmium ions in aqueous medium. The covalent bulk modification was achieved by the chemical reduction of 2-hydroxybenzoic acid diazonium tetrafluroborate in the presence of hypophosphorous acid as a chemical reducing agent. The covalent attachment of the modifier molecule was examined by studying Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and the surface morphology was examined by scanning electron microscopy images. The electrochemistry of modified glassy carbon spheres was studied by its cyclic voltammetry to decipher the complexing ability of the modifier molecules towards Pb2+ and Cd2+ ions. The developed sensor showed a linear response in the concentration range 1–10 μM with a detection limit of 0.18 and 0.20 μM for lead and cadmium, respectively. The applicability of the proposed sensor has been checked by measuring the lead and cadmium levels quantitatively from sewage water and battery effluent samples.  相似文献

Propylphosphonic anhydride (®T3P) has been demonstrated to be an efficient and mild reagent for the one-pot synthesis of benzimidazoles and benzothiazoles from variety of alcohols. Mild conditions, short reaction time, broad functional group tolerance, low epimerization, easy and quick isolation of the products, excellent chemo selectivity, and excellent yields are main advantages of this procedure. Heterogeneous lipid membranes tuned by pH were evaluated at 37 degrees C in the form of PEGylated vesicles composed of lipid pairs with dipalmitoyl ( n = 16) and distearoyl ( n = 18) chain lengths. One lipid type was chosen to have the titratable moiety phosphatidic acid on its headgroup, and the other lipid type was chosen to have a phosphatidylcholine headgroup. The effect of pH on the formation of lipid heterogeneities and on membrane permeability was studied on vesicles composed of lipid pairs with matching and nonmatching chain lengths. The formation of lipid heterogeneities increases with decreasing pH in membranes composed of lipid pairs with either matching or nonmatching chain lengths. Increased permeability with decreasing pH was exhibited only by membranes composed of lipid pairs with nonmatching chain lengths. Permeability rates correlate strongly with the predicted extent of interfacial boundaries of heterogeneities, suggesting defective packing among nonmatching acyl chains of lipids. In heterogeneous mixtures with one lipid type in the fluid state ( n = 12), the dependence of membrane permeability on pH is weaker. In the presence of serum proteins, PEGylated gel-phase vesicles containing lipid pairs with nonmatching chain lengths exhibit faster release rates with decreasing pH compared to measured release rates in phosphate buffer, suggesting a second mechanism of formation of separated phases. PEGylated vesicles composed of lipid pairs with nonmatching chain lengths labeled with internalizing anti-HER2/neu antibodies that target overexpressed antigens on the surface of SKOV3-NMP2 ovarian cancer cells exhibit specific cancer cell targeting, followed by extensive internalization (more than 84% of bound vesicles) and fast release of contents intracellularly. These PEGylated vesicles composed of rigid membranes for long blood circulation times that exhibit pH-dependent release of contents intracellularly could become potent drug delivery carriers for the targeted therapy of solid tumors.  相似文献

The isolation of stable carbenes of the Arduengo (1a) and Wanzlick (2a) type has prompted us to look for stable nitrenium ions of the related structural type 1-ethyl-3-(phenyl)-1,2,3-triazolium perchlorate (6+). The title compound C10H14Cl N3O4 was isolated and structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with cell parameters a=6.697(4) Å, b=9.724(9) Å, c=19.844(2) Å and Z=4. The final residual factor is R1=0.0471 for 1545 reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献
