三烃基锡肟类化合物的合成及生物活性

共合成了１３个未见文献报道的三烃基锡肟衍生物，测定了它们的＾１ｈ，（＾１３Ｃ，＾１１９Ｓｎ）ＮＭＲ，ＩＲ和ＭＳ。结果表明此类化合物为四配位锡单体结构，生物活性测定结果表明部分化合物同时兼有杀菌、杀螨、除草多种活性。     

Utilization of hypervalent iodine in organic synthesis: A novel and facile two‐step protocol for the synthesis of new derivatives of 1H‐Imidazo[1,2‐b]pyrazole by the cyclocondensation involving α‐Tosyloxyacetophenones

A series of new 2‐aryl‐7‐cyano/ethoxycarbonyl‐6‐methylthio‐1H‐imidazo[1,2‐b]pyrazoles ( 5 ) have been synthesized in moderate to good yields, via a two‐step cyclocondensation procedure of 5‐amino‐4‐cyano/ethoxycarbonyl‐3‐methylthio‐1H‐pyrazole ( 1 ) and α‐bromoacetophenones ( 3 ) or α‐tosyloxyacetophenones ( 2 ), which were prepared by the reactions of acetophenones with [hydroxy(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene (HTIB). The intermediates, 5‐amino‐1‐(aroylmethyl)‐4‐ cyano/ethoxycarbonyl‐3‐methylthio‐1H‐pyrazoles ( 4 ), have been isolated, serving as evidence for the regioselectivity. When utilizing α‐tosyloxy‐acetophenones, the reactions were more eco‐friendly, the reaction time was significantly reduced and the synthetic procedure was more convenient and easier to manipulate. Surprisingly, using potassium carbonate to displace sodium carbonate in the synthesis of 4 , in the case of 1 (R? CN), two novel cyclocondensation products have been isolated and fully characterized, followed by the proposal of a plausible mechanism.

Total Synthesis of α-Elvucitabine

Total synthesis of α-elvucitabine was achieved in 26% overall yield by a concise nine-step procedure starting from L-lyxose, with trimethylsilyl trifluoromethaneoulfonate (TMSOTf)–mediated stereocontrolled α-N-glycosidation and olefination through Barton–McCombie deoxygenation being the key steps, and the stereochemistry of the product was determined by nuclear Overhauser effect spectroscopy.     

On the Well-Posedness Problem and the Scattering Problem for the Dullin-Gottwald-Holm Equation

In this paper, we study the well-posedness of the Cauchy problem and the scattering problem for a new nonlinear dispersive shallow water wave equation (the so-called DGH equation) which was derived by Dullin, Gottwald and Holm. The issue of passing to the limit as the dispersive parameter tends to zero for the solution of the DGH equation is investigated, and the convergence of solutions to the DGH equation as ²0 is studied, and the scattering data of the scattering problem for the equation can be explicitly expressed; the new exact peaked solitary wave solutions are obtained in the DGH equation. After giving the condition of existing peakon in the DGH equation, it turns out to be nonlinearly stable for the peakon in the DGH equation.     

水相中磷钼酸催化三组分合成烯丙基胺

以磷钼酸作为催化剂，芳香醛、胺和三丁基烯丙基锡三组分在水作为溶剂，室温下高产率的得到相应的烯丙基胺。     

Z=18—82原子的同步辐射内壳层光电离积分截面的计算和讨论

此文计算了Ｚ＝１８－８２的原子在北京同步辐射４Ｂ９Ａ束线的白色Ｘ光照射下的光电离积分截面Ｇ值。结果表明，有三个Ｇ值较大的区域，Ｚ＝１８－２０，３９－４７和５９－８２，最大值分别为３．８×１０－６，１．６×１０－５和３．５×１０－５ｐｈｏｔｏｎｓ·ｃｍ２／ｓ。同时，估计了平衡时主要多重电荷态离子数目，分析了用同步辐射和离子阱进行多重电荷态实验的新的候选原子，讨论了有关实验方法和技术。     

Vortex‐assisted liquid–liquid microextraction using a low‐toxicity solvent for the determination of five organophosphorus pesticides in water samples by high‐performance liquid chromatography

Vortex‐assisted liquid–liquid microextraction followed by high‐performance liquid chromatography with UV detection was applied to determine Isocarbophos, Parathion‐methyl, Triazophos, Phoxim and Chlorpyrifos‐methyl in water samples. 1‐Bromobutane was used as the extraction solvent, which has a higher density than water and low toxicity. Centrifugation and disperser solvent were not required in this microextraction procedure. The optimum extraction conditions for 15 mL water sample were: pH of the sample solution, 5; volume of the extraction solvent, 80 μL; vortex time, 2 min; salt addition, 0.5 g. Under the optimum conditions, enrichment factors ranging from 196 to 237 and limits of detection below 0.38 μg/L were obtained for the determination of target pesticides in water. Good linearities (r > 0.9992) were obtained within the range of 1–500 μg/L for all the compounds. The relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.62–2.86% and the recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 89.80 to 104.20%. The whole proposed methodology is simple, rapid, sensitive and environmentally friendly for determining traces of organophosphorus pesticides in the water samples.     

Catalytic asymmetric aza-Darzens reaction with a vaulted biphenanthrol magnesium phosphate salt

Conditions for a catalytic asymmetric aza-Darzens aziridine synthesis mediated by a vaulted biphenanthrol (VAPOL) magnesium phosphate salt is described. Using simple substrates, this methodology explores the scope and reactivity of a new magnesium catalyst for an aziridination reaction capable of building chirality and complexity simultaneously.     

Stability to the global large solutions of 3-D Navier-Stokes equations

In this paper, we consider the stability to the global large solutions of 3-D incompressible Navier-Stokes equations in the anisotropic Sobolev spaces. In particular, we proved that for any , given a global large solution v∈C([0,∞);H0,s₀(R³)∩L³(R³)) of (1.1) with and a divergence free vector satisfying for some sufficiently small constant depending on , v, and , (1.1) supplemented with initial data v(0)+w₀ has a unique global solution in u∈C([0,∞);H0,s₀(R³)) with ∇u∈L²(R⁺,H0,s₀(R³)). Furthermore, uh is close enough to vh in C([0,∞);H0,s(R³)).
