Single-phase ZnAl2O4 nanoparticles with the spinel structure were successfully synthesized using a modified polyacrylamide gel method according to the atomic ratio of Zn to Al = 1: 1.8. The as-prepared samples were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), differential scanning calorimetry analysis (DSC), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and photoluminescence (PL) spectra. XRD patterns show that the pure phase of ZnAl2O4 is obtained after heating the xerogel at 900°C for 5 h in air. The SEM images reveal that the ZnAl2O4 nanoparticles have a narrow particle size distribution and the average particle size is around 45 nm. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra demonstrate the single phase ZnAl2O4 nanoparticles have an emission peak located at 469 nm when excited by 350 nm light. The phase structure, coordination mechanism, and luminescence properties have been discussed on the basis of the experimental results.  相似文献

Deformation mechanisms of as‐deposited and post‐annealed Ti50.2Ni49.6, Ti50.3Ni46.2Cu3.5 and Ti48.5Ni40.8Cu7.5 thin films were investigated using the in situ synchrotron X‐ray diffraction technique. Results showed that initial crystalline phases determined the deformation mechanisms of all the films during tensile loading. For the films dominated by monoclinic martensites (B19′), tensile stress induced the detwinning of 〈011〉 type‐II twins and resulted in the preferred orientations of (002)B19′ parallel to the loading direction (∥ LD) and (020)B19′ perpendicular to the LD (⊥ LD). For the films dominated by austenite (B2), the austenite directly transformed into martensitic variants (B19′) with preferred orientations of (002)B19′ ∥ LD and (020)B19′ ⊥ LD. For the Ti50.3Ni46.2Cu3.5 and Ti48.1Ni40.8Cu7.5 films, martensitic transformation temperatures decreased apparently after post‐annealing because of the large thermal stress generated in the films due to the large differences in thermal expansion coefficients between the film and substrate.  相似文献

ZrW2O8 as the typical negative thermal expansion (NTE) material has attracted much attention for the potential applications in various fields such as tailored coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) composites. The hexagonal ZrW2O8 (h-ZrW2O8), with the combination of ZrO2 and WO3 in a composite, was synthesized at a pressure of 2 GPa and the temperature between 600°C and 700°C. We found h-ZrW2O8 decomposes to ZrO2+WO3 oxides that start from 500°C and end at 800°C, and determined the CTE of h-ZrW2O8 is?16.3×10?6°C?1 in the temperature range from 150°C to 450°C. The results show that ZrW2O8 with a hexagonal structure is metastable and exhibits high NTE property like its cubic structure.  相似文献

The homogeneity of deuterium distribution in potassium dideuterium phosphate single crystals was studied by Raman and infrared spectroscopy analyses. Results indicated that the pyramidal section exhibited more homogeneous deuterium distribution than the prismatic section. Supersaturation slightly affected the deuterium homogeneity in the pyramidal section of crystals grown rapidly from 80% deuterated solution. Deuterium homogeneity in the prismatic section decreased with increasing supersaturation level of the growth solution.  相似文献
