[60]Fullerene-fused pyrazolines 1 were prepared by the reaction of C60 with alky diazoacetates under the solid-state high-speed vibration milling conditions as well as in toluene solution. Pyrazolines 1 were stable in refluxing toluene and its thermolysis process in 1,2-dichlorobenzene was investigated, the decomposition rates and activation energies of pyrazolines 1 were obtained. The current work demonstrated that the liquid-phase reaction of C60 with alkyl diazoacetates undergoes via 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition pathway at room temperature, or proceeds via carbene mechanism at a temperature of refluxing toluene, thus clarifies the previous ambiguity of its reaction mechanism.  相似文献

The solvent-free reactions of fullerenes and N-alkylglycines with and without aldehydes (RCHO) 2a-e under high-speed vibration milling (HSVM) conditions have been investigated. Fulleropyrrolidines 4a-e (C60(CH2N(CH3)CHR), R=H (4a), C6H5 (4b), p-NO2-C6H4 (4c), p-CH3O-C6H4 (4d), p-(CH3)2N-C6H4 (4e)) were obtained in moderate yields from reactions of C60 with aldehydes 2a-e and N-methylglycine (Prato reaction). In all these solvent-free reactions, 4a was found to be formed besides 4b-e, indicating that fullerenes can react with N-substituted glycines in the absence of aldehyde to give fulleropyrrolidines. For this novel reaction, a possible reaction mechanism involving an electron transfer process has been proposed. Intrigued by this observation, the dependence of the yield on the reagent ratio for the reaction of C60 with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine was examined to search the optimal conditions. The reaction of C70 with paraformaldehyde and/or N-methylglycine under HSVM conditions was also studied and was found to give the positional isomers of [70]fulleropyrrolidines.  相似文献

Solvent-free mechanical milling is a new, environmentally friendly and cost-effective technology that is now widely used in the field of organic synthesis. The mechanochemical solvent-free synthesis of furoxans from aldoximes was achieved through dimerization of the in situ generated nitrile oxides in the presence of sodium chloride, Oxone and a base. A variety of furoxans was obtained with up to a 92% yield. The present protocol has the advantages of high reaction efficiency and mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Eight ladderphanes with C2-symmetric planar chiral ferrocene linkers are synthesized by ring opening metathesis polymerization of bisnorbornene monomers using Grubbs-I catalyst. The aminobenzoate in both monomers and polymers shows absorption maximum around 320 nm. Both monomers and polymers are Circular dichroism (CD) active. Little enhancements of CD profiles around 320 nm are observed for ladderphanes having chiral chloro- or phenyl-substituted ferrocene linkers. However, ladderphanes with a phenyl substituent on the cyclopendienyl ring exhibits enhancement of CD curves aound 240–300 nm. The congested phenyl moieties in adjacent linkers in this polymer might be well oriented such that interactions between these aromatic substituents on different monomeric units might provoke the enhancement of the CD curves in this region. When the methyl-substituted cyclopendienyl ligand is used for chiral ferrocene linkers, the ladderphanes exhibit two-fold enhancement of CD spectrum around 320 nm. This enhancement is further increased when the cyclopentadienyl ligand contains an additional phenyl substituent, owing to exciton coupling between aminobenzoate moieties in adjacent monomeric units. Moreover, the intensity of the CD curves in the region of 240–300 nm is significantly increased. Under solvent-free ball-milling conditions, the nucleophilic addition reactions of terminal alkynes to carbonyl compounds promoted by KOH proceeded efficiently at ambient temperature. Subsequent cyclization reactions of the synthesized propargylic alcohols with 2-naphthol catalyzed by indium trichloride tetrahydrate, leading to the formation of naphthopyrans, were then investigated. In most cases, side reactions were avoided and thus high yields were achieved.  相似文献

Herein, we report divergent additions of 2,2′-diazidobiphenyls to C60 and Sc3N@Ih-C80. In stark contrast to that of the previously reported bis-azide additions, the unexpected cascade reaction leads to the dearomative formation of azafulleroids 2 fused with a 7-6-5-membered ring system in the case of C60. In contrast, the corresponding reaction with Sc3N@Ih-C80 switches to the C−H insertion pathway, thereby resulting in multiple isomers, including a carbazole-derived [6,6]-azametallofulleroid 3 and a [5,6]-azametallofulleroid 4 and an unusual 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyrrolo[3,2-c]carbazole-derived metallofullerene 5 , whose molecular structures have been unambiguously determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Among them, the addition type of 5 is observed for the first time in all reported additions of azides to fullerenes. Furthermore, unexpected isomerizations from 3 to 5 and from 4 to 5 have been discovered, providing the first examples of the isomerization of an azafulleroid to a carbazole-derived fullerene rather than an aziridinofullerene. In particular, the isomerism of the [5,6]-isomer 4 to the [5,6]-isomer 5 is unprecedented in fullerene chemistry, contradicting the present understanding that isomerization generally occurs between [5,6]- and [6,6]-isomers. Control experiments have been carried out to rationalize the reaction mechanism. Furthermore, representative azafulleroids have been applied in organic solar cells, thereby resulting in improved power conversion efficiencies.  相似文献

Catalytic asymmetric variants for functional group transformations based on carbon–carbon bond activation still remain elusive. Herein we present an unprecedented palladium-catalyzed (3 + 2) spiro-annulation merging C(sp2)–C(sp2) σ bond activation and click desymmetrization to form synthetically versatile and value-added oxaspiro products. The operationally straightforward and enantioselective palladium-catalyzed atom-economic annulation process exploits a TADDOL-derived bulky P-ligand bearing a large cavity to control enantioselective spiro-annulation that converts cyclopropenones and cyclic 1,3-diketones into chiral oxaspiro cyclopentenone–lactone scaffolds with good diastereo- and enantio-selectivity. The click-like reaction is a successful methodology with a facile construction of two vicinal carbon quaternary stereocenters and can be used to deliver additional stereocenters during late-state functionalization for the synthesis of highly functionalized or more complex molecules.

An unprecedented palladium-catalyzed (3 + 2) spiro-annulation merging C–C bond activation and desymmetrization was developed for the enantioselective construction of synthetically versatile and value-added oxaspiro products with up to 95% ee.  相似文献

The thermal reaction of [60]fullerene (C60) with the carbonyl ylides generated in situ from trans-epoxides to give C60-fused tetrahydrofuran derivatives has been investigated. The reaction of C60 with trans-2-benzoyl-3-aryloxiranes afforded only cis-products, while the reaction of C60 with 2-cyano-2-ethoxycarbonyl-3-aryloxiranes gave exclusively or predominantly cis isomers. The isomeric distributions of the latter reactions were drastically affected by the substituent on the phenyl ring.  相似文献
