A high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection method (HPLC-DAD) combined with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was developed for the determination of enrofloxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin in goat milk. The HPLC-DAD method validation was compliant with the "DG SANCO 1805/2000" European regulation. The residues were extracted from milk with phosphate buffer, purified on a C18 Speedisk cartridge SPE (Baker) and then analysed using HPLC-DAD set at 277 nm. The decision limit (CCa) calculated by spiking samples at 100 microg/kg with both analytes, taking into account the maximum residue limit (MRL) of 100 microg/kg established by the European Union for the sum of enrofloxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin in milk, was 105.3 microg/kg for enrofloxacin and 105.5 microg/kg for ciprofloxacin. The detection capability (CCbeta) was 110.7 and 110.9 microg/kg for enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin, respectively. The mean recoveries of the method, calculated by spiking samples at 50, 100 and 150 microg/kg were 84% for enrofloxacin and 88% for ciprofloxacin. The limit of quantification was 20 microg/kg for both analytes. The HPLC-DAD validated method was successfully applied for the first time in goats milk, and proved to be suitable for the sensitive and accurate quantification and confirmation analysis of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin for regulatory purposes.  相似文献

This paper introduces a mathematical model which makes it possible both to determine the concentration of photosynthetic herbicides and to obtain a quantitative parameter in order to compare their activity using a previously described sensing system. The working principle involves the changes in absorption properties at 860 nm of the reaction centre (RC) isolated from the bacteria Rhodobacter sphaeroides when photosynthetic herbicides are present. The method has been used for the determination and activity comparison of five photosynthetic herbicides: diuron, atrazine, terbutryn, terbuthylazine and simazine. Detection limits obtained were 2.2, 0.75, 0.046, 0.25, and 1.4 μM, respectively. The resulting order for the different herbicides according to their action on RC was: terbutryn > terbuthylazine > atrazine > simazine > diuron.  相似文献

A reversed-phase liquid chromatographic method, optimised for the separation of trans-, and cis-resveratrol, catechin, epicatechin, quercetin and rutin, is reported. Separation was achieved using a C18 column and a gradient elution with acetonitrile and 5% formic acid aqueous solution. The analyses required an equilibration period of 10 min and a run time of 25 min for completion. Identification was based on retention characteristics and by relative UV spectra, obtained by photodiode array detector and were compared with commercial standards. Analyses were performed without any sample pre-treatment. Detection was carried out by UV–Vis detector at three different wavelengths. The detection limit ranged from 0.16 μgm L−1 (cis-resveratrol) to 1.5 μgm L−1 (+)-catechin. Investigation was extended to quantitative determination of phenol compounds in Italian red wine and to investigate the stability of the six antioxidants.  相似文献

Homogeneous Ziegler-Natta systems for the ethylene polymerization, deriving from R2R2′M complexes (R = cyclopentadienyl; R′ = alkyl, aryl; M = Ti, Zr, Hf) and oligomeric oxoalane compounds, were studied. Further results concerning the methyl aluminoxane synthesis and the related chemistry are reported. On the basis of spectroscopic data a delocalized electronic structure could be inferred for these compounds. Results from polymerization experiments showed that the highest productivities are obtained only by oxoalane cocatalysts having a high degree of oligomerization. The catalytic activity of the systems under investigation was strongly affected also by changing both the σ-alkyl and the π-cyclo-pentadienyl ligands. Furthermore, it was found that in the presence of methyl aluminoxane, the homoleptic σ-alkyl derivatives of IVB transition metals, such as Zr(CH2C6H5)4, are also able to polymerize ethylene with a fairly high productivity. Active species containing Zr? O? Al bonds have been postulated.  相似文献

Recent advances in both the experimental resolution and in the computational capabilities motivate new studies of surface properties. In particular, a detailed comparison between theoretical and experimental data is expected to provide a better insight into surface and image states. In this work we present a joint effort analyzing such features of the Cu(1 1 1) and Cu(0 0 1) surfaces. The experiments are performed by using both linear and non-linear angle-resolved photoemission. From the theoretical point of view, we make use of the Green function embedding technique within density functional theory. We are able to account for the image states by suitably modifying the effective potential in the Kohn-Sham equation and the generalized boundary conditions on the Green function. Comprehensive theoretical and experimental results on the effective mass and the binding energy of the Shockley state and the first image states are reported.  相似文献

This Letter reports on the first observation of elastic and magnetic dynamics of ordered arrays of permalloy nanodots excited by low-intensity 120 fs light pulses. The first order of the diffraction pattern, generated by the probe beam in a pump-probe configuration, is used for time-resolved reflectivity and time-resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect measurements. The nonadiabatical absorption of the pump triggers an acoustic standing wave, detected by the reflected probe signal, with a frequency related to the array wave vector. Instead, the magneto-optical signal exhibits, on the nanosecond time scale, the signature of the heat-exchange diffusion processes. In addition, a clear oscillation of the magnetic signal, at a frequency close to the frequency of the acoustic wave, is unambiguously detected. Finally, the interplay between the elastic and magnetic dynamics is analyzed and interpreted.  相似文献

The formation of organohalogen compounds in waters treated by chlorination has drawn increasing scientific attention due to the potentially hazardous health effects of this class of substances. Today, chlorination is the most widely used technology for civil water disinfection. In this study, headspace-solid phase microextraction coupled with GC-electron capture detector was used to determine organohalogen compounds in drinking water sampled from aqueducts and artesian wells in Italy. Experimental parameters, such as sample volume, stirring, salting out, extraction temperature, and extraction time, were evaluated and optimized. The LODs ranged from 1 to 10 ng/L and LOQs from 5 to 50 ng/L. A linear response was confirmed by correlation coefficients ranging from 0.9443 to 0.9999. Quantifiable organohalogen residues were found in 11 water samples, with concentration up to 11.3 +/- 0.5 microg/L for the sum of all trihalomethanes and 0.66 +/- 0.03 microg/L for the sum of trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene. These concentrations are lower than the current regulatory limits in Italy.  相似文献
